The Wild Men

The Wildmen began with a surprise question in a surprise session discussing how to approach questioning and interrogating our own traditions and beliefs.  How do we do this and where's the line? 

The Wildmen are back at it, and we can't seem to stop arguing about Eschatology.  This time with a little greek in unexpected places. 

On this podcast we discuss "Next Event on God's Calendar!"  and probably the more fantastic event in premillennial eschatology.  Where is this in scripture?  Is this real? How do we put all of these categorizations together to arrive at the rapture? 

Dispensationalism is a big word.  What is it?  How does it impact things?  Is this thing your pastor has been taught something that's helpful? hurtful? biblical? 

We realized in our first podcast on eschatology - the study of future things - that we never actually explained what the theories are, and specifically why this is so divisive in churches.   Are Christians going too far with this?  

We've all heard of Left Behind.  The rapture.  The end times preppers on youtube counting down the days until the last week of Daniel begins and trying to identify who the antichrist is.   We know there are "other" views, but they're just liberalism.  Or are they?

The "Seeker Sensitive" structure of church is becoming more and more dominant.  Not to mention technology has become more dominant in our daily lives.  Naturally we see this carried over into church.  Is something wrong with this? Is it unbiblical?  Should we embrace the Amish practices? 

"H" "E" double hockey sticks.  The one word you don't hear in church as often as we should.  It's taboo these days. Why?  How do we talk about it?  

A follow up from a previous podcast.  This time we have a deeper conversation specifically around tongues, cessation, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit in use today.  Join us as we try to figure out what's going on, especially when we hear miraculous works occurring the world today.
