About Deborah Diggs:
Deborah Driggs, as seen in MTV, Oprah, Muscle Fitness, NBC, Howard Stern, Playboy and others….She is a sober empowerment coach.
Commercials, covers of magazines and fame did not keep her sober.
She says: The way you dealt with the pain from your past was to distract yourself. You used shopping, drinking alcohol, or traveling to escape the hurt and unbearable feelings that were just too painful to feel. You’re ready to heal so you can finally experience the love and joy that has been missing in your life. When we heal from our past hurts, it makes room for new experiences like connecting with others on a deeper level as well as feeling at peace about who you are; this is what you really want, and you’re ready!
She has been on her business journey since 1983. From a professional cheerleader for the LA Express to the entertainment world. She was ambitious and aspiring to work in a very glamorous business. Now in her 50's working in the business she loved so much with a different appreciation. Now an approach of love, digging in and leading with love.
She says she feels like life is just getting started at 57!
