The best writing approach is to start with questions, not with the answers. This can be hard because, if you are an expert, you know the answers. But the problem with the answers is that they don’t provide direction. Questions, however, do provide direction. It’s easy to set up a narrative by asking the right questions at the right time. And at the end of the day, this is what writing is about—answering the right questions at the right time. If you remember this, you will become a successful author.
