In this week’s episode, Erica and Lauren interview Dr. Joy Pedersen, Enneagram Coach and Owner of Clarity Collective LLC all about exploring our enneagram. She described to us that the Enneagram is based on core fears, motivation and desires. Typing yourself through an enneagram test or program can help us understand how our motivation helps us make better choices for ourselves.
This conversation was fascinating and opened our eyes to another perspective on self evaluation in the pursuit of better relationships with ourselves and the people in our lives.
