Speaker 1 (00:00):
something called AGI.
Are you familiar with AGI?
It's actually that next levelof where AI is going is where AI
will be as bright as some ofthe smartest people on our
planet now at a PhD level butthen still have access to take
action on things that you toldto do.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Google Maps right now

out about it.
Yeah, just finding out about it.
Yeah, I feel so stupid.
The show's been out for threeyears.
I just got on it two weeks agoand it's the best show on tv
right now.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Wow well, welcome,
welcome, welcome, yeah what?
Speaker 2 (00:56):

Speaker 1 (00:56):
What's going on?
D hustle?
What's going on?
My guy raymond don't call himray ray, everything is good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, welcome.
Welcome audience to episodenumber 52 of the Tech Hustle
podcast.
We're holding it down andkicking off the year strong.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
What is it?
D 52.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Yeah, we're very
diverse here, DEI here.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
That's something to
talk about.
That later Facts right, that'sa bad word to use.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Ah, don't play with
me.
Speaker 4 (01:21):
Don't play with me.
I'm inspired.
Ah, don't play with me don'tplay with me.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
Well, first of all, I
want to say welcome, welcome to
the podcast.
This is, uh, your host, bobby d.
I got my guy d hustle raymond, don't call him ray ray um and
we're here to give y'all somegood insights in the field of
engineering, technology and theculture.
Uh, that's what the podcast isall about, and yo, our
viewership has always beencoming up.
I mean, we're almost 8 000viewers on youtube big shout
outs, give them a big round ofapplause um, we're killing it
(01:45):
out here, so we're going to keepthat momentum and big shout
outs see how you want thatcamera time.
No, no pictures, raymond.
You just gotta talk to thecamera, right?
Yeah, uh, but I definitely wantto give you all big shout outs
for showing up, especially allof our new followers that we
have.
We got some really good contentfor you.
So let me give you a quickrundown of the show today.
(02:07):
So we've got a few differentsegments.
If you're new here, I'll kickoff with a tech talk, where
we're going to be focusing aboutAI.
There's some big announcementsthat's been happening in our
community and tech community ingeneral, but I want to make sure
our community the ones thatlook like me and you, us right
that we're catching it, becauseit's a public service
(02:27):
announcement.
And then there's this newservice that just got released
that gets us closer to somethingcalled AGI.
I showed Raymond this a fewweeks ago, but now OpenAI got to
two, so we're definitely goingto be leveling up.
D-hustle is going to give ussome tech current events.
You got some cool things todrop.
For us, I do Yep, yep, yep, andfor us, yep, yep, yep.
And then we got raymond'snuggets.
He's gonna give him his littlesound right there, raymond's
nuggets, where he's gonna giveus some insights into some cool
(02:48):
websites.
Um, and he always got a new tvshow to drop, so I hope y'all
following along, um, and then wecome back around for sports.
Football is, uh, really whatwhat?
You hear something in thebackground.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
I smell it, but I
don't have any cologne on he's
trying to make moves.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
What are you trying
to get all cologned up for?
I?
Speaker 3 (03:07):
want some of that
cologne that he had on a few
weeks ago, oh look at you.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
I think there's
something in the corner over
there.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
That's a little
scented thing I'm about to say
man get in the mood.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
What's going on here?
Speaker 2 (03:22):
He's trying to cool
tools, trying to figure out what
happened to the girl.
Let us know We'll get someinsights on Raymond's Nuggets.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
You going to drop
some.
No don't be shy, bro.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
This is a safe space.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
We're not going to
say nothing on the internet.
It's definitely going to getposted, alright, but we're
definitely going to have someupdates about sports NFL's
coming to the end and we gotsome real good predictions
pulling up and then obviouslyall the other arenas that are
out there and then we're goingto close it out with some few
call to actions and some numbers, yeah, yeah, how you feeling,
Raymond, Good, good as alwayslet's get it.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
We want you guys more
knowledge.
Let's get it.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah, just be patient
, turn it up d?
Uh.
So this is uh getting into oursegment here.
Uh, that's specially dedicatedfor ai.
I've been talking about ai alllast year, but 2025, I'm going
to be talking about ai even moreduring my tech section because
we got some really coolinventions, some cool
(04:19):
investments.
Um, the united states is goingfor china, china's going for the
United States, like everybody'sgoing for each other's throat,
but there's a innovative battlethat's going on.
I'm going to talk to Jules realquick and I'm going to show
y'all how I actually promptJules, which is a skill set
(04:47):
around prompt engineering, andyou're going to see me kind of
give Jules the AI instructionsto do something to help me out
with my segment today.
So the first thing I'm going togo to is Google.
I'm at OpenAI's website, go tochatgptcom and then it's free
account so you can use it.
But I'm going to use the moreadvanced version so that y'all
can really catch what I'm doing.
So one thing I'm enabling isfor Jules to have access to
(05:09):
search.
But listen in while I talk toJules real quick.
Yo, what up, jules, I got atask for you.
I'm over here at the podcast.
Big shout outs to the team andbig shout outs to all of our
listeners.
We're going to be talking aboutAI during my segment, but the
thing that I want you to help meout with is I need to really do
some research, quick researcharound two topics, the first
topic being the $500 billioninvestment that the United
(05:32):
States recently announced.
So go ahead and find somewebsites, go ahead and find me
some links to reference it.
And then the second thing, which I do want you to find me a
video to watch, is OpenAI's newoperator.
I know that this is going to besomething that's going to
change the game around AGI, butI want you to do some research
so then I can talk about itduring my segment.
So, as always, thank you somuch, go ahead and look that up
(05:53):
for me and, as y'all can see, that's exactly how I talk to AI.
I talk to it just like as aregular person.
I give it instructions of whatI need and definitely giving it
access to my past experience interms of knowledge, but also
just in general access to theinternet so that it can do some
web searching.
So one of the cool things thatyou'll see in this prompt here
(06:14):
is that the output itself isdirectly talking to me and
saying hey, bobby, let's youknow, let's go and find out some
low down information for yourpodcast.
And the first topic that Juleshas brought up and or has given
me some insights into is the$500 billion $500 billion
investment in AI.
Now, the reason why I broughtthis up is fellas, when have you
(06:37):
ever heard somebody investingalmost half a trillion dollars
into something?
Speaker 2 (06:42):
I have heard of it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
How do you feel about thisinvestment of half a?
Speaker 1 (06:44):
trillion dollars,
$500 billion, have heard of it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
How do you feel about thisinvestment a half a trillion
dollars, 500 billion dollarsinto ai?
It's serious yeah, I've, that'sexactly it.
I feel like it's serious.
How about you, raymond?
Speaker 3 (06:53):
yeah, it's pretty
exciting.
I'm just trying to see how wecan get into that trying to see
how he can get a check.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
It's not a ppp loan,
bro.
Don't think that's gonna beeasy like that, though but, uh,
500 billion dollars.
And if you're not aware, uh,the united states government
especially trump getting intothe office have made an
investment, or kind of like hey,we're going to invest this
amount of money, which is, overfive years, 500 billion dollars,
and the main reason for them todo this is to build
infrastructure to run ai.
(07:22):
Now, if you're thinking about, like yo, why are they spending
this amount of money and how, inthe world, you know, can we get
to this point?
This is the time for you all tonot ignore it and pay attention
, because 500 billion dollars ahalf a trillion dollars is a lot
of money, meaning it'sextremely serious, like what d
hustle said, and the projectthat they're actually naming it
(07:42):
is called stargate project.
It's mainly funded by open ai,oracle and, uh, softbank.
Now why did you give him a onepoint?
Speaker 2 (07:53):
everybody here's like
copyright, it's like what the
fuck?
Excuse my french.
But yeah, I can't think ofanother fucking name stargate I
feel like every time I I know itwas a show of Stargate.
Why don't you call it MacGyver?
Speaker 4 (08:07):
Yeah, for sure.
Why don't you call it Alf?
You know Something.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
Come on man, the
original right yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
I don't understand
these names, man.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Did y'all watch that
show, Stargate?
I watched it?
Speaker 2 (08:18):
yeah, Did you watch
it, Raymond, back in the days
you never watched it.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
It actually was a
good show in my opinion.
If you're not familiar with theshow called Stargate, d-hustle
is definitely giving them some.
I got my age.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
I'm showing my age
right now.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
D-Hustle got some
insights into some old school TV
shows that were named the samething.
But yeah, they definitely bitthat name Stargate and they're
investing $500 billion.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
I apologize, continue
, no, no no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
I think it's always
uh good to be interrupted for
topics like that, becauseinnovative, or being innovative,
is always something that welike another name, right, uh?
but the other side of a coolthing about this is that they're
projecting to open up almost ahundred thousand jobs, uh, for
this type of project, wherethey're going to be building
(09:04):
data centers and upgrading thepower grid and supporting AI
workloads.
Now, the reason why I bring thisup is I don't know if we've
talked to you about projectsthat we've worked on here at the
tech hustle and you know wealways got a side hustle but one
of the cool things that we'redoing here is we're actually
pitching a few ideas aroundbuilding AI edge data centers
and if anything that I candefinitely tell you is that this
(09:26):
concept of building moreinfrastructure is going to be
more and more known, especiallyif they already met investing
this much and if you want tofollow along, because we're
going to be recording streamingcontent, we're going to be
recording live content, we'regoing to be talking about it
more here at the podcast, aboutthis AI project that we're
working on, and I definitelyfolds into what trajectory this
country is going on, butdefinitely an opportunity for us
(09:48):
, for us to level up what's up D.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
Country's going
nowhere bro.
Speaker 1 (09:51):
Huh, they're
investing $500 billion In the
wrong shit.
You want them to use it forsomething else?
Definitely yeah, like savemankind and all that good stuff.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
right, they don't
want me to get into it, yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
But I and all that
good stuff right, they don't
want me to get into, yeah, but Iwould definitely say, if you
are not exposed to this industryuh, around ai and tech I want
to encourage you to go get yourknowledge and level up.
Um, there's a lot ofcertification, there's a lot of
access, there's a lot oflearning and utilize the tool.
Look how I just used it to talkto the ai to generate some
content.
I hope y'all don't use this asa barrier, because I'm, like, so
worried of how much we're goingto be left behind if our
(10:27):
community doesn't, you know, start utilizing this tool and or
getting access to building outsome of this infrastructure that
they're spending $500 billionon.
So I definitely want you all tolevel up, hit up Tech Hustle,
follow along, join our community, because we got some really
cool announcements coming up.
The second thing that I want usto definitely talk about real
quick, before I go over my15-minute allocated for the
(10:48):
segment, is a new tool releasedby OpenAI called Operator.
Now, the reason why I bring thisup is we last week, during our
last episode 51, I was talkingabout AI agents and how they are
going to be the new norm for usto, you know, delegate work
with like as coworkers, but alsobeing able to interact with
(11:10):
them in some type of voicecommands thing, right, um, but
uh, the thing that we just gotaccess to is the AI also having
access to a web browser.
Now, I don't know if that turnedon the light bulb for you, but
when I first saw it, itdefinitely turned on the light
bulb for me.
Just imagine when I was talkingto Jules and I said, hey, go
(11:31):
and search the internet to gofind some information.
Now let's say that I told Jules, can you go buy me a ticket to
the concert down in Miami that'shappening next week and I want
to sit in front row and makesure the ticket prices are
between five and six hundreddollars for me and my wife.
Right, technically it could goand search that information, but
(11:51):
it wouldn't been able toactually take the action to
purchase it.
Now, with this new operator, yeah now we can actually take
actions to do things online toexecute on the things you're
asking for.
So, if you think about it, whatwe're really doing is giving AI
access to a browser, just likeit was us to have access to a
browser to click around and docertain things.
That makes sense, raymond.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Yeah, that's pretty
sweet.
Yeah, Is that on the advancedversion or the free?
Speaker 1 (12:16):
So right now it is
definitely on the more advanced
pro version.
So they have two, threeversions.
They have a free free version, which I encourage you all to go
sign up and use.
Um, if you have an account, just the google account, just go
there and sign up.
The second version is a twentydollar, one a month.
Um, that's considered, uh, thepro version, I believe.
Um, that's the one that I payfor and I got just about
(12:37):
everything plus more.
So when they're releasingthings.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
That's the one I got.
It's a twenty dollars.
Yeah, because I didn't havethat in mind.
Yeah, so I have the freeversion, yeah so the free
version.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
You might not get the
newest model over here for for
that, I was looking for that.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
I was like I was just
looking for it right now.
Yeah, I don't fuck, I don'thave that.
Yeah, because you got the freeversion but you at least still
get access to it right, it stillworks, ladies and gentlemen,
heck yeah, right, uh.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
And then there's a
third version, that's a 200 one,
that's a premium, that's theone that has access to this now,
and what they're going to do iseventually let everybody gets
access to it, but they give itto the premium because, hey,
they got to make some bread offthis somehow right two hundred
dollars a month two hundreddollars a month.
Is it worth it?
I don't think it's worth it yet.
Um, because I think that oncethey introduce more of these
(13:18):
type of operators and agentsthings, it will start to be more
worth it.
But, yeah, two hundred200 istough.
If you have that job, that, yeah, you need it on a consistent
basis 100, 100 if I'm, if I wasstill at the keyboard working, I
would have definitely got thejob to pay for the $200 version
a month, um, so that I could useit on a daily basis, plus one
to that, for sure.
But the cool thing that I wantto really just quickly show you
(13:39):
all is how does it work?
Um, and I'm trying to find aclip here, so I asked Jules to
find me a video, oh, and I thinkI found a section in the video
where it just goes a little bitmore deeper.
Speaker 5 (13:48):
So let's go ahead and
play it.
With specific platforms, operator uses screenshots and
virtual mouse and keyboardactions.
This allows it to navigatealmost any website just like you
would.
Importantly, operator asks foryour input at critical moments,
such as when payment informationis required, ensuring user
control over sensitive action.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
So, just as a
visualization, here on the right
hand side is the browser itself, so it actually looks like a
computer browser, like a Chromebrowser, and then on the left
side is your normal chatengagement with the AI, right?
So you're like hey, thisexample is like hey, go to
Instacart and order me some eggsand some other stuff that I
need for my pantry.
And it automatically went toInstacart, put it all in the
(14:32):
cart, and now it's like hey, Ineed to make a payment.
Can you log in and give me yourpayment information right
through the screen?
So it's not like the AI hasyour payment, but it's asking
you to do that part.
And then it actually processedthe payment for you.
Speaker 5 (14:44):
And it's all through
the screen.
Build out a foundation ofsophisticated ai technology.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah, those vision
capability, but that will
definitely have some linksinside of our um discord for you
all to check it out.
Um, but in general, just knowthat it is very close to
something called agi.
Are you familiar with ag?
Have you heard it before?
So, artificially general,general, intelligent,
intelligent, right.
It's actually that next levelof where AI is going is where AI
(15:11):
will be as bright as some ofthe smartest people on our
planet now at a PhD level, butthen still have access to take
action on things that you tellit to do.
So that's where it's like fullyautonomous in terms of its
decision-making but also stillguarded around the policies and
securities we put around it.
But it would be more closer towhat a human's knowledge and
(15:33):
interaction potentially will be,but on the internet.
If I were to kind of do aprediction of what it's gonna
look like, I think number oneevery individual is gonna have
their own AI.
So, just like I think numberone every individual is going to
have their own AI.
So, just like I have, jules Dwill have his version and
Raymond would have his version.
You can name them whatever youwant and this AI is actually
with you at all times.
(15:54):
So much so that if I'm doing anaction on something, I'm almost
foreseeing the future where weas humans don't really interact
with computers anymore, we justinteract directly through the AI
.
Like we tell the AI hey, go tothis website, pull it up for me,
right, and it's basically amonitor there.
Hey, can you click on thatbutton down there and go do this
actionable thing, right?
Is?
That's where I feel like we'removing towards, where our
(16:15):
interface to the internet willbe through an AI instance.
That is kind of like ourco-pilot, somebody that's always
with us, somebody that knows usin terms of the things and
habits that we have andultimately taking actions, so
that we don't have to do thoseactions anymore.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Shit, I'm already
there.
I'm already there with myglasses.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Oh, look at my guy,
I'm already there, yeah yeah,
actually, dehustle, you know, tell us about the glasses.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
So the glasses is
pretty cool, man, you're able to
take some pictures if you cansee the light.
Oh, look at that.
That automatically takespictures.
Then if I hold it down, I'mable to record.
Yeah, I say, hey, mother, whatam I looking at?
Actually, it turned on rightnow.
It's looking at exactly what itis.
Then it gives me a descriptionof what's going on yeah, um, if
(17:03):
I want to buy something, ittells me where exactly I can buy
it at.
Um, it tells me a whole bunchof stuff that d house has been
plugged in and we over here, noteven like he's more advanced
than all of us, my god let'sgive him a round of applause,
thank you.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
So my guy got the ray
band.
You got that for christmas, didn't you?
Yeah?
The family got it for you, yeahso you've been using it for at
least three, four weeks now.
Yep, yep.
How do you like it though?
Speaker 2 (17:28):
I like it, man.
It automatically downloadspictures into my camera so.
I won't have to lose anythingat all.
Life.
Battery life is pretty good, Isit?
I can't.
A whole day I wear it at 10o'clock in the morning, just an
example.
And.
I take it off like around maybelike around 7 o'clock at night.
(17:48):
I'm still like at 50% ofbattery life.
Yeah yeah, but then I take itbecause I really don't wear
glasses that much.
Yeah.
I just go on with the flow.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
And at home, I just
take it off.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
Yeah, plus they like
sunglasses too, right.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
Sunglasses at home.
I just take it off, yeah, plusthey like sunglasses too.
Right, it's sunglasses, so theyare.
Um, these are the intotransition.
Yeah.
So when the sun hits me a lot,it changes into a dark green,
yeah, and then when I'm insideit comes completely clear, just
like regular yeah, um, but youare.
If you wear glasses, um, thereare.
They do have prescription ah,okay you just have to turn it in
yeah um, and then they'll giveyou the glasses exactly yeah,
just bring your prescriptionstuff like that dang.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
I mean literally, bro
, you'd be walking around and
I'd be forgetting that it is,and it'd be whispering to you
too, right?
Speaker 2 (18:34):
I'm able to play
music yeah able to, you know,
see a whole bunch of stuff yeahthat tells me a lot, of, a lot
of information that I reallydon't need.
But that's awesome.
But but he's connected, right,I'm connected, yeah now.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Now can you see how
this all connects together, how
it definitely could be likesomebody that's walking with you
at all times, exactly yeah, andand they're listening to your
notifications, letting you knowwhat something is important.
Or hey, somebody's giving you acall, do you want me to answer
it?
Like it definitely is going tobe able to do all of that
eventually.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
So basically,
everything is just like Siri.
You'll say hey, you know, matter, you know, read me the
message, reply back to them.
Yeah.
Make a phone call.
Set a reminder.
Yeah yeah, it's just like Siri.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
Yeah, it does
everything that it needs but the
interaction is a little bitbetter, right, it's not as stiff
and rigid as siri is, right, like you can almost say, uh,
mumble what you want, whatyou're doing, and it can
understand it, rather than likeyou got to make sure, hey,
alexis, do this or hey, siri, dothis, specifically so that it
doesn't um, I hope my cameradidn't turn on and hear me, but
in general, um, that's cool, man.
I'm happy you like it, bro.
(19:43):
I've been waiting to see whatyour feedback is and definitely,
uh, looks like something I'mgonna make an investment in.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
My wife is just
worried that I'm gonna tune off
everybody and be in my own worldactually, when we was in the
meeting yesterday, I I was usingit um but um, you can almost
hear everything in thebackground yeah people looking
at me like what the fuck is hetalking?
Yeah, yeah, yeah I'm like I'mon the phone, thank you yeah duh
, you don't see the glasses whenthey get closer, like is that
(20:11):
the new man?
I was like yes, it is ah, mygod stylish, too.
Oh, thank you.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
Thank you sir I mean,
you know, he's the most stylish
one out of all of us, right?
He always has, you know, goodfits.
He is our fashion guy yeah I'mtrying to still learn you're're
learning, you're learning, butyo, thank you so much for
plugging that in, because Ithink that definitely connects
to you know, just a use case forAI that I think our community
just needs to be prepared for, because it's going to be easily
(20:35):
accessible, like this and, ifyou miss the opportunity and or
not, look for opportunitieswhere you can level up, like
think of business opportunitiesthat could come up or things
that you know you can invent.
This is the new lane that'sopening up.
And the last thing that I wantto say is that when we get
access to a technology like this, that countries like the United
States and all around the world, and all these CEOs and
(20:58):
high-level people are spendingbillions of dollars around it,
we need to pay attention.
We need to pay attention andjump all in, because if they're
jumping in off of a half atrillion dollars, even if I got
50 bucks in my back pocket, I'mfinding a way to invest in it.
I'm finding a way to learn fromit.
I'm finding a way to develop,because that's the direction
we're going on.
This is an industrial era, youknow, when they first created
(21:22):
the cars like the Ford andeverything exploded.
This is one of those errorsthat's coming up and I don't
want y'all to miss it,especially if you've grown up in
the 80s, gone through, you knowthe internet error, the mobile
error.
Just remember what it used tobe like.
Right, this is those times andI need y'all to follow along, so
I'll leave it at that.
Thank y'all so much for tuningin to the tech talk, especially
(21:42):
about ai, focus, um and yeah, big shout outs to the team uh
and d hustle showing off uh withthe best use case for it,
because I definitely can see usuh using it as such on a daily
basis and nobody even knowsright, he's walking around here,
nobody can hear what's going onand uh, the interaction's uh
seamless, but yeah, big shoutouts.
All right, fellas.
So next up we got coming up iscurrent events.
(22:04):
Tech current events.
What's up d?
Speaker 2 (22:06):
what's going on,
ladies and gentlemen raymond,
don't call me ray ray and mr akabobby d you already know, let
them know a lot of stuff.
Man, let me get into it,because we got a lot of life
hacker alerts going on here.
So youtube, youtube now aresaying people are saying that
(22:27):
they've seen a lot of hours onskipped ads in their streaming
what's that mean, though?
basically means is that they'reputting a whole bunch of hours
on for people that are using um.
So, for example, you know howyou go on YouTube and then after
, let's say, your YouTubechannel that you're looking has
(22:47):
100, not 100, but basically anhour, you know how many ads they
have.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Now you're not able to skipthem.
Some of them are just going.
You just have to wait untilthey go basically announce it
and then, it's completely done.
Speaker 1 (23:02):
Ah, okay, I got you.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Let me put that here
in Discord here.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
What's up?
D I'm Remy, but you could neverskip the ads, could you?
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Some of them you can
and some of them you can't.
So the short ones you're ableto skip them.
It has like a good 15 seconds.
Sometimes they do two ads inone, so 15 seconds, and then the
next one, 15, and then you'reable to skip it.
But these now if you'rewatching something for a long
period of time, it's justyoutube is just basically having
(23:29):
you force you to watch it forceyou to watch?
Speaker 1 (23:31):
yeah, the whole
entire youtube is like yo, we're
gonna y'all gonna have to watchthis because we're getting paid
off of it.
Um and it, yeah, it definitelyforcing them to go through the
ads.
Speaker 3 (23:40):
Ad listen yeah, I've
noticed that too.
Or close to mike or not, togive them a plug, you can get
youtube premium, that's good, ifyou want to spend that extra,
how much is it though?
Uh, I think it's like 15 to 20bucks a month, but in my opinion
, it's worth every penny yeah Ihad it for three months and yeah
, you're hooked it's awesome wowso but obviously I don't have
(24:00):
it now, but yeah, it's awesomethough yeah, unskippable ads.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
Look at that.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Gotcha.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
What's up D what else
we got going on?
Speaker 2 (24:08):
All right, here's
something here for Mr Get.
I don't know if you know, getleaked, exploited, get laws of
stealing credentials.
Ooh.
So I'll put that here on ourbeautiful Discord so people can
see.
So I'll put that here on ourbeautiful Discord so people can
see.
So it seems like GitHubbasically was going on, that it
(24:30):
seems that there is a clone toleak A possible discovery that
basically are stealingcredentials for everybody that
are using it.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Wow, that's a big one
.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
Yep, that's a big one
Credential helpers or tools to
store to retrieve authenticcredentials when Git interacts
with remote, helping avoidrepeatedly entering credentials
for every Git operation.
Yeah, yeah.
So something to take a lookinto that Make sure you guys are
using.
Make sure, yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
So the way that it's
breaking down is so.
Git has this ability that youdefinitely don't store passwords
in it, but let's say that I'mbuilding an app that needs to
access a password or, evenbetter, an API key those are
things that everybody probablyis familiar with For you to
access this website.
Hey, I connected this API.
It says what's your key?
That key is like a password, but what it's saying is is that
(25:21):
they've been able to create away that, when Git operations
happen that requires you to goand fetch that, that they're
able to capture that leakedpassword that way, which is
crazy, because that's also oneof the biggest fears that I have
(25:42):
is, when I'm writing code islet me not put my password in my
code to force it to go and dothis.
But now that security function,it has a vulnerability.
But now that security function,it has a vulnerability.
So, if you are using GitHuboperations or operators,
definitely check yourconfiguration and what D dropped
here in the Discord here, sothat you don't get your
passwords or your API keysleaked, because then they'll
just run up that bill for sure.
This is a good one.
Speaker 2 (26:01):
Yep, yep, next one,
Uh-oh, what's up elon musk is
doing the robot robo taxi robotaxi yes, so robo taxi, but
that's not even my main concernI'm sending here is exactly he
will.
Elon musk did as far as hisformal, as far as the salute
(26:25):
that he is doing.
Now I read an article a coupleof days ago that even Germany,
or Asian people, and you know, all over the country, they're
saying that they are worriedabout how the United States is
going right now due to thesesalutes that are coming back
(26:45):
from aka hitler yeah it's almostgoing almost the same way yeah
so, um, I just put that therejust to show you guys.
If you scroll down, you can seethe robo taxi, what it looks
like on the bottom.
But this guy's salute man isgetting me worried.
I don't know what is he doing.
Um, it's very stylish.
It looks like almost like alamborghini slash custom the
(27:08):
taxi itself taxi.
It's a two-seater, no steeringwheel as you can see it there,
uh, but that's another thinggoing on I don't know, are you
ready for that yet?
Speaker 3 (27:16):
where are they going
to roll that out to?
Speaker 1 (27:19):
I don't know uh,
probably uh out west yeah, it's
definitely Going to be out westCalifornia.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Nevada.
You know, everything over thereGoes out first.
Yeah.
The same way we did that thecar.
Waymo, waymo yeah.
Same way, okay, arizona.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
I mean, it looks
stylish.
I don't know if I'm ready forit.
Not to have a steering wheel, though.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
I'm trying to figure
out how much it is.
Is it going to be more thanUber and freaking regular taxis?
Speaker 1 (27:48):
Hey, that's the
market they're going to try to
go up against.
Am I more?
Speaker 2 (27:50):
secure?
These are questions we need tofigure out.
Yeah.
You know, and the other end, your president of the United
States, has a lot of crap goingon right now.
He is busy.
He is busy Signing in a wholebunch of garbage stuff.
Before I get into the main one, instead of the Gulf of Mexico
(28:13):
right now it is basically theGulf of America.
It's hard to even find it right.
So Google Maps right now, basically are making the changes
from the Gulf of Mexico to theGulf of America.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Google Maps is
already doing this.
Google, oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Donald Trump has
nothing better to do right now
but change stuff.
I guess he doesn't want nothingto do with Mexicans, so the
first thing he wants to doinstead of Gulf of Mexico is
Gulf of America Interesting.
There's a lot of shit going onin the world besides fucking
changing Golf of Mexico to Golfof America, in my opinion.
Facts.
You guys can take it anywhereyou guys want, but it is what it
(28:51):
is.
Yeah.
So there you go right there, golf of Mexico to Golf of
America.
Golf of America, that's whatyour president is doing right
now.
Last but not least, I still gotone more thing, your president
again dealing with DEI.
Yeah, I just want to put thatout there real quick.
(29:11):
Enlisting a federal office aspunishment begins.
A lot of people is very wellconcerned.
This is where Raymond comes insaying I'm worried about my job.
So a lot of companies.
Now I'm having issues with deiand office employees yeah, yeah
that's another uh segment there, but I don't get into politics
(29:31):
right now, so I'm gonna go aheadand skip that as we speak yeah,
all right, let's give another.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Yeah, I think, in in
terms of just long term, we're
going to see the results of itand we have, you know, mentees
here at the Tech Hustle that areconcerned about DEI concerns
and I'm more or less, have, youknow, very strong opinion we
talk about offline.
If you want, come to our schoolcommunity, I'll fill you in.
But in general, I think it'sgoing to be the results of this
(30:00):
is what we're going to see, thedata that's around it.
But, yeah, it's definitely asad time for giving, you know,
underrepresented peopleopportunities that we know
they're not going to try to giveto us.
I guess they want every seat atthe table rather than being
diverse.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
But they have their
cake and the one to eat it to.
Basically, that's where itcomes down to.
But, next subject Apple.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
What's up with?
Speaker 2 (30:20):
Apple down too, yeah.
But next subject apple.
What's up with apple?
Apple airpods finally is coming.
Uh, have their own airpodsfirmware.
Um, this is basically astep-by-step for you to upload
your firmware and how to installit in case anybody wants to
update their airpods or theairpods pro here is your
installation guide of how to dothat with that there for you,
(30:41):
that's cool awesome awesome.
All right, and before I go intoother subjects here, continuing
with apple here apple hasdecided to come out with a 18.3
yes, I said 18.3 update threeweeks ago from the 18.2.
I don't understand what exactlyis going on, but but this is
(31:02):
getting me nervous.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
They have problems.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
That's what it is
iPhone release, A crucial update
recommended for all users.
Now is it to me or is it?
Do you feel like Apple fuckedup on the 18.2 that they had to
three weeks?
Speaker 1 (31:18):
after yeah.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
They're doing the
18.3.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
That's exactly what
it is.
You're hitting a nail're doingthe 18.3.
That's exactly what it is.
You're hitting a nail right onthe head, like okay well, well
then, we messed up.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
Let's, let's do it
another let's send out.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
Let's send out
another patch let's send out
another patch.
Speaker 2 (31:30):
What's going on here?
Speaker 1 (31:31):
yeah, for sure.
Yeah, well, I was.
I got the alert too and I wasactually surprised by it because
I just recently did the updateand you know I have my phone
doing automatic stuff, um.
But thank you for bringing thisup, because I think apple, um
and whenever you do get updates,it's as fast as they're pushing
it it's because they made thesoftware worse with the last
update to clean it up and makeit better.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
With the new one, I
feel like they were rushing yeah
um, and then what happens is issome of the stuff were not
working successfully.
Uh, they decided to.
Um, they fucked up yeah, that'swhat it comes down to I mean
they?
Speaker 1 (32:04):
they had to release a
uh apple intelligence
quote-unquote really fast sothat they can get some marketing
around the word ai, um, but itdoesn't seem like in terms of
product wise.
Uh, it was at that level.
I'm worried about apple bro,like I really am, I don't know
what the gif is over there.
They're staying so far awayfrom ai in terms of being
innovative and either one of twothings are going.
(32:27):
They're doing a lot of stuffbehind closed doors and they're
just not telling nobody, andthen one day they're going to
drop something that's going toblow our minds, or, uh,
management over there is justgetting too stale because the
iphone still looks like the samefrom 10 years ago and they
don't know what to do.
Like still the same one of thetwo things, but nothing changed
but the camera and the color.
I'm worried.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
I'm worried about
camera and the color and uh,
mazda celebrates somethingdifferent.
I like to do somethingdifferent on my segment here.
Mazda celebrates 35 years ofthe mx5 and they receive models.
So all you mazda lovers outthere um, you like those nice
little two-door coupes yeah, thelittle small one yeah um, you
know, something nice for youguys, instead of you guys
(33:08):
getting a bmw z3 or z4, you knowthe mustang, slash, porsche,
you know, etc, etc.
35 years congratulations.
Congratulations to Mazda.
Wow, that's cool.
Other than that, this is cool1989.
1989, first year it came out.
Now they're still moving.
They're still moving strong.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
Wow, they're probably
one of the only ones that are
still being created with stickshift right.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
I want to say yes.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
Yes, yes, because
everything now is the paddle.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
The paddle.
I don't like that.
I like the old school clutch.
I want to feel it With thepaddles.
Do you still have a clutch?
Speaker 2 (33:46):
It's like a
seven-speed transmission slash,
but no clutch.
No clutch at all.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
No, I still want to
be able to really drive it.
But yeah, big shout-outs toMazda's owner.
I bet you there's definitelygoing to be, especially when you
go to car shows.
You there's definitely going tobe.
Especially when you go to carshows you probably see them
souped up um them being broughtback to life um and yeah, uh,
big, big shout outs to 35 years.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
That's amazing.
That's, that's cool.
Yeah, yep, um and um.
I don't know if you guys knowhere's a fun fact I know we're
going to boston this weekendyeah but boston just had a, an
earthquake or 3.3.
What in new england?
What?
Yeah, just want to give youguys a heads up.
Speaker 1 (34:22):
It had to be you, it
had to be Boston.
Knew the place, knew thatyou're about to pull up.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
They knew what was
going on what.
They said, hey, let me just doa little earthquake let you guys
know what's going on.
3.3 over there in New England, massachusetts.
Speaker 1 (34:38):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
Hopefully there's no
damage there.
No 3.8, I'm sorry.
Hit about six miles off thesouth coast of york harbor,
maine, at 10 22 wow, well, wewere sending out all the, all
the thoughts to all of them.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
Have you, either of
you, ever felt earthquake before
?
Speaker 2 (34:55):
uh, no, no, yeah, I
mean no no no it's.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
It's literally one of
the weirdest feelings I've ever
had.
So when I lived in sanfrancisco during my time, you
know, working out there um, Iexperienced two earthquakes.
One of them I was sleeping andI and it actually woke me up
subtly, right.
I mean, I'm not a light sleeper, so there's definitely reasons
for me to know like, oh snap, Idefinitely felt it.
And then the second one I waswide awake and my wife my wife
(35:21):
at that time was was.
She slept back Not my wifeduring that time, but my wife at
that time slept through it andshe's a light sleeper.
But the thing that you feel whenyou actually are in an
earthquake, it's almost as ifthe building, like a giant, or
somebody, got on top of thebuilding and shook it just a
little bit Right, and you don'thave nothing that you feel
grounded to because the grounditself is shaking at the same
(35:44):
time.
It's one of the most weirdestfeeling I've ever felt, scary,
because it's like it's almostlike when you hide your plane.
You ever de-hustle, uh, butyou're driving and all of a
sudden you hide your plane, youfeel the car sliding, it's like,
and you're like I can't feel,like we're gonna hit any or like
you don't feel the the, likethe tension, or like the the,
the downpour of the ground.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
That's how it felt,
but inside of a building like
that, the closest I get to anearthquake is when I'm on the
plane and I'm saying that we'rehaving some turbulence yeah,
right it definitely feels likethat light feeling, like you
can't catch yourself becausethere's nothing under you uh but
wow, um when.
Speaker 1 (36:21):
When was the last
time they had a freaking
earthquake?
Up there that is crazy.
I don't know if y'all don'tknow, but something's going on
on planet earth, um, because wewe having some uh uh anatomies
uh, that haven't happened inhundreds of years, um, and I
can't believe they still don'tbelieve in climate change if
we're having stuff like thateight seconds of the turbulence
(36:41):
that they had wow, that's that'sscary right there.
Speaker 2 (36:45):
New orleans caused
damage was 5.6 and new hampshire
occurred in the 1940s.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
I don't know where we
see 1940s.
Oh, here goes 1940, but look, look it up here.
Oh, so that's the last one.
Is 1940s, got it yeah?
Speaker 3 (36:59):
wow, good thing it
happened before you guys get
there facts.
Speaker 1 (37:01):
Yeah, we're going to
see what happens when we leave
so big, big shout out cd.
Appreciate the, the, thecurrent events, um, and next up
we got my guy raymond don't callhim ray ray.
He got a few uh websites thatyou want to drop today.
So what we're talking abouttoday yes, so good morning,
gentlemen, so morning, morning.
How about the audience?
Speaker 3 (37:20):
you're gonna talk to
them morning audience.
So first website I have is foryou job seekers out there, so
I'm gonna drop it here in the uhgroup chat.
Here it is called job scan, sobasically what this website does
is, if you have your resume, you go into this website.
They have two boxes, so youcopy your resume.
(37:40):
You go into this website.
They have two boxes, so youcopy your resume, you plug it
into the box that says scan yourresume.
So it's going to have two boxes.
So what it does is you scanyour resume, you paste it in
there and there's another boxfor the job description.
Let's just say you're applyingfor a job that says you know
tech support.
You're going to copy thatdescription of the job that says
tech support on the second box,and what this website does is
(38:02):
analyzes your resume againstthat job and it just kind of
gives you a little percentageand saying, hey, like you know,
you've got too much of thisfluff or this, take this out.
And it gives you a percentageon how you stand against that
job and it kind of tells youwhat to clean up.
So that's what it does.
I think it's pretty cool.
I you know you can go intoOpenAI and plug your resume and
(38:24):
do stuff like that.
You can redo it.
But you know OpenAI doesn'treally say what chances you have
.
So this website kind of doesthat.
So you know it gives you aboutlike three scans a month.
So it's not free, so after thatthere's a charge.
Speaker 1 (38:38):
But you know, just
something for you job seekers,
if you're interested to see howyou would stack up against a job
Three scans a month, yeah Wellit does the comparison, so it's
like your resume will stay thesame, but your job posting that
you're going to try to apply forwould change over time.
Yes, this is actually a reallycool tool and the reason why I
(38:59):
really like it is it's ai backedright, so it's actually
utilizing ai.
It actually free free, five freeuh job scans oh, okay, my
apologies okay, um, but if youjust think about it, uh and this
is kind of like when when we'retalking about designing
businesses and coming up withuse case this company created a
software as a service that willtake your resume, look at a job
(39:21):
description and tell you like,uh yeah, you are a high
percentage of getting this job,or what raymond was saying, that
it'll actually recommend thingsthat you should change in your
resume so that you can you know,oh, actually change this line
or change that and that's ai,that's helping you.
You know, level up in thoseopportunities and uh, yeah, if
you are following along becausewe definitely have a lot of
people in our community that arelooking for jobs, looking to
(39:42):
get into tech and stuff likethat this is a great tool for
you to be able to merge togetherwith your normal job searching,
but also helping you narrowthat focus so you can have the
right things on your resume tobe recognized.
Speaker 3 (39:55):
So yeah, good one,
yep.
And the other thing too is Iwanted to say is it's pretty
cool, because what theserecruiters and stuff do is they
use a, they use software tofilter you out, so they look for
specific words.
They're like, all right,raymond doesn't have a shot, he
doesn't have these keywords, sothat they're not even looking at
your resume.
It's a software that's doingall that scanning.
So this will at least look atyour resume and tell you hey,
(40:19):
this is what you need to put onthere.
Take this, you don't have ashot at this job you're applying
for.
For sure, because, yeah, they're not even looking at it,
bro.
It's just a software, that'sjust.
You know, da-da-da-da-da, yeah.
Speaker 1 (40:29):
Yeah, big shout-outs
to that.
And Jobscanco, y'all need tosend us a check because we over
here are recommending this.
It looks like it's $89 a monthif you get the premium version.
Obviously, they give you a fewscans for five free scans to
test it out.
I would highly recommend youall to test it out.
Don't spend all that money.
Test it out so you can see howyou can get your resume in the
(40:52):
right state.
And then also, what Raymond'stalking about is something
called an ATS system.
It's the application trackingsystem where they do all that
filtering.
So it's like, hey, we'relooking for somebody that knows
python, or somebody that knowssap, somebody that knows, uh,
this software, that system, um,and this kind of helps you, uh,
get recognized more with thattype of scan.
So, yeah, big shout outs, yep,all right, what next nugget you
(41:13):
got?
Speaker 3 (41:13):
so I got another one
here for you busy folks like you
know, d hustle and you bobbyyou guys are like always on the
run, you guys are so busy andstuff are we yeah, we're trying
to make, we're trying to buildsomething here play.
Speaker 1 (41:24):
Are we on a hustle?
I get it, I respect it.
Speaker 3 (41:26):
So yeah, this is
another one I'm going to drop in
here.
This is a.
It's pretty cool.
It's a learning website so itis pretty cool.
It's called highbrow so it'sdefinitely a interesting
learning uh style that they have.
So the reason it is super cool,so it's called Highbrow.
So basically, if you'reinterested in learning something
new, you go on their website.
(41:47):
They got all kinds of differentstuff that you're interested in
learning, which is pretty cool.
So for you busy folks like DHustle and Bobby D, they will
email you a lesson plan.
The lesson plan is five minuteslong.
So, let's just say oh, I wantto learn, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (42:02):
Biome plan is five
minutes long, so let's just say
oh, I want to learn, I don'tknow how biomechanics,
biomechanics.
Speaker 3 (42:04):
So they're going to
send you a lesson plan that's
only five minutes long, to youremail for 10 days so hey, this
is lesson one.
It takes you only five minutesyeah then the next day they
email you lesson two ah, onlytakes five minutes, so the whole
thing takes 10 days.
You will learn this new.
Whatever the heck you want tolearn biomechanics in 10 days
yeah and the plans are only fiveminutes long wow.
Speaker 1 (42:24):
So yeah, that's cool.
Drop that link again in here, because I think you dropped the
the old one.
Speaker 3 (42:28):
Yep, but let me copy
it, so I think you can get a
30-day free trial but, afterthat it's it's 10 bucks a month.
And what that does?
It helps out the teachers whomade the plans and stuff like
that.
So yeah but yeah, no, I thoughtit was like for 10 bucks a
month 10 bucks a month.
It emails you five minutes.
It takes for 10 days.
Speaker 1 (42:44):
I'm like I bet you, I
bet you it's backed by ai.
I can't wait to to dive alittle bit deeper into it
surprised me.
Speaker 3 (42:49):
So, yeah, I thought
that was pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (42:51):
So, and this is like,
uh, this new concept that I
don't know if y'all heard moreabout.
It's called micro learning.
You know how, right now, um,everybody attention span is
short, right, right, everybodywants to be on IG or TikTok and
they're just scrolling right andthey're really not spending
enough time to absorb stuff.
It's because we've gotten to anera where micro attention spans
(43:11):
is what they're actuallystarting to build systems around
, such as micro learning for,you know, three hours, or
instagram.
Hey, uh, let's give them accessto something that can fill that
same dopamine with that smallsnippet of information, um, and
then just make it easilyaccessible.
So, um, this sounds reallyreally, really cool yeah, I
(43:31):
thought it was neat.
Speaker 3 (43:32):
I'm gonna check it
out myself.
So, like you said, ourattention span is really small,
like with the, you know, shortclips that we want on youtube
and everything like that.
So, yeah this is only fiveminutes a day.
That's it.
And in 10 days you'll learnsomething new.
Oh, that's cool man yeah, Ithought it was uh pretty
interesting, so yeah definitelygreat, great, great nugget here.
Speaker 1 (43:50):
Appreciate you,
raymond.
So what else we got?
Speaker 3 (43:53):
so last one here.
I wanted to recommend the showfor you guys here, but you know,
sometimes I give you guys showadvices and I'm wondering are
you guys listening?
Are you guys actually watchingsome of this stuff?
Speaker 1 (44:03):
yeah, some of them
we've already seen.
Okay, um, so definitely we weconcur in your analysis on shows
.
Uh, one of them that, um, Istill don't have access to apple
tv yet, that I haven't seen yet.
Uh, that new one that you didlast week, uh, severance yeah, I
didn't get to see that onebecause I don't have apple tv,
um, but I you, but Take youradvice and tune in You're saying
(44:23):
you ain't hearing his shit.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
I'm trying to hear
what he's trying to say.
Speaker 3 (44:29):
So before I get into
the show, I'm glad you brought
Severance.
Speaker 1 (44:32):
You haven't seen
Severance yet.
No, I haven't.
Speaker 3 (44:36):
Severance is the best
show on TV right now.
What they came out with season2 two weeks ago I'm on season
two.
I watch episode one and twofour times now.
Speaker 1 (44:46):
Four times yes, is
that good?
Speaker 3 (44:48):
It's the best show on
TV right now period.
Speaker 1 (44:50):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (44:51):
It's a hidden gem
that people were just finding
out about it.
I feel so stupid.
The show's been out for threeyears.
I just got on it two weeks ago.
It two weeks ago.
It is the best show on TV rightnow.
Wow that is not the nugget Iwant to give you.
I wanted to reiterate you needto watch Severance.
Yeah.
It is the best show on TV rightnow.
Speaker 2 (45:08):
I have a question for
you, man.
Why are you watching theepisode one and two like four
times?
I'm confused Because it's thatgood.
Speaker 1 (45:14):
Wow, yes, it's almost
as good as going to movie two,
three times they just came outwith.
Speaker 3 (45:19):
They're coming out
with it episodically every week,
which I hate, but it is what itis like, literally.
I look forward to watchingseverance on friday night.
It's that good.
Speaker 1 (45:27):
I'm not over,
exaggerating, wow so yeah,
there's a black guy in there,isn't there?
Speaker 3 (45:31):
there is.
There's a black guy in there.
That's the reason why I'll go.
Why else you think I'm watchingit?
There's two black guys in there, so yeah, I'm sorry, I'm just
being straight.
Speaker 1 (45:40):
Y'all don't want to
talk about di no more.
I'm gonna tell you why I'mdoing what I'm doing.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
Well, yeah, so and
they're very funny and yeah,
it's.
It's a great show, man I highlyrecommend it.
So yeah, apple is like they'rekilling it, so apple I gotta
give them apple.
Speaker 1 (45:53):
Y'all need to send us
a check.
We're gonna give you some goodreviews here, but but that that
wasn't the nugget, though.
You just see how good the showis.
Is that you even?
Speaker 3 (46:00):
I just had.
Speaker 1 (46:01):
That's what I'm
wondering are you guys?
Speaker 3 (46:02):
listening.
Are you guys following up onthese?
Yeah, well send me yourusername and password, and then
I then, and then I'll definitelycatch up so yeah, so we all
here have you know prime videoright yeah the show that just
came out on prime a few weeksago.
You guys might have watched italready.
I cranked through it.
It's awesome.
I'm gonna drop it in the chathere.
(46:25):
It is called on call like youknow.
Call like you're on call for ajob.
Speaker 1 (46:31):
Ah yes, you have you
seen this one too.
Speaker 3 (46:32):
I heard of it yeah,
so if you're into, like you know
, cop shows, like we all are,you know, mainly most cop shows,
that's you well, I mean the copshows detectives, I like cross,
so that's the first, okay allright, I'm glad you brought
cross.
So mainly most cop shows aretypically the cops with street
clothes yeah this show does theopposite.
(46:54):
It's the cops with theiruniforms on yeah, and that's why
I like it.
So it gives you that perspectiveon those cops because you know
mainly the shows are by crosswith the detectives.
Speaker 1 (47:04):
Detectives and stuff.
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (47:05):
Like the cops and the
uniforms.
And what's great about the showis the episodes are only 30
minutes long.
So only 30 minutes.
You crank through it.
It is a really, really good copshow.
It's only eight episodes.
What sucks is the episodes are30 minutes because it doesn't
let the characters develop, because it goes so quick, but
it's eight episodes.
That's a fantastic cop showyeah, yeah, it's really, really
(47:25):
good.
So yeah, it's.
Uh.
Yeah, just wanted you to checkout that gym if you.
Speaker 1 (47:29):
Yeah, marlene's
watching it, my wife's watching
it right now.
Okay, so I caught a few.
Say it again are they mimicking9-1-1 um, it's almost like that,
because you you are likeraymond said, you're you're not
like on that detective side ofthe house, you're actually on
the street cop side of the house, like the uniform officers
that's patrolling an area andthey know the city up and down,
they know everybody in thecommunity, type stuff.
(47:51):
And it's like one of those likeperspectives that sometimes we
forget what cops roles are andtheir jobs are, and also like
hey, there are trainees outthere, these are new cops there,
and they have to partner upwith a senior person.
And this chick right here, uh,she's like ready to take the
next leap in her career, but shestill loves being a street cop
and just being a part of thecommunity.
(48:11):
But also she's definitelythrowing it down, um, in terms
of like you know, you know, getting into people's faces and
getting those situations.
So I I thought I was catchingit and because my wife does like
those more detective, murdermystery type stuff, and it does
fall in that same line, becausethe first scene of it I ain't
gonna give it away, but it waskind of like damn this, this
show's starting off like thisopens up with a bang.
(48:33):
Yeah, it's like swapping yeah,it's uh, it's so, swat gives you
that behind the scenes swatview, but this one is inside the
, the actual cruiser, yeah, anddealing with their, their
day-to-day yeah, because youknow these uniform cops.
Speaker 3 (48:45):
Obviously they want
to get promoted to do the street
clothes yeah, but this is wherethey start off at yeah, you get
to see how they, you know, goto domestic calls and all that
yeah it's a really good show bro, it's only 30 minutes long,
eight episodes.
Speaker 1 (48:56):
You'll crank it out
really good yeah, I would like
to hear an opinion of somebodythat's actually in law
enforcement, like a cop, andthen see what they thought about
the show.
Speaker 3 (49:04):
There was a uniformed
cop that went on a blog and he
said this was like the truestone that is that shows behind
the scenes, behind the scenes ina while.
Speaker 1 (49:11):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (49:12):
Definitely yeah.
Speaker 1 (49:13):
Big shout out, and
this is on Prime right, it's on.
Prime Yo.
Amazon.
I Respecto yeah.
Speaker 3 (49:18):
I was killing it
Between Cross and this, yeah,
and you got Reacher coming out.
Do you guys watch Reacher?
Which one's that one you guysdon't watch.
Speaker 2 (49:25):
Reacher.
It's another show.
It's a show almost like JackReacher from the Tom Cruise did.
Speaker 1 (49:31):
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah,
I've seen it.
You watch Reacher, yeah.
Speaker 3 (49:36):
I haven't seen it.
It's a with season three he's.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
He's supposedly like
a jag officer, right he's part
of some like detective of themilitary.
Right you gotta watch it allright, you're gonna spill the
spoilers, yeah, but yeah, big, Ithink this is a great show.
Uh, definitely, big shout outsto them.
Um, and yeah, if you are intothis type of uh um, like uh
scenery or uh content, um, I, II would definitely give it one.
(49:58):
My wife is really enjoying it.
So, uh, if she likes it, then I, I know it's good.
So good one, raymond, yeah,yeah.
Speaker 2 (50:04):
Prime.
Speaker 1 (50:04):
Send that check,
though.
At least let us get freemembership, or something Like
come on now, if anybody and I'llput a plug right here, because
this is our point that I can dosome sponsorship, no-transcript
(50:29):
coming.
All us, we're here at the techhustle and with that, uh, we're
on to our next segment.
D hustle is going to bring upsome sports.
Yeah, it's that time of theyear, what?
Speaker 2 (50:40):
What's going on,
ladies and gentlemen?
As far as sports, let's getdown to it, because I got a lot
of stuff to talk about later on.
Speaker 1 (50:48):
What's going on?
Speaker 2 (50:48):
player All right
Hockey.
If you're following hockey, hockey is still going on right
now.
There are 80 games right nowthat they have played 80 games
already, so far 80 games, florida Panthers.
For you guys, florida Panthers, they are in second place.
Seems like Toronto is takingthat to the streets as you can
(51:09):
see.
Other than that, I mean otherteams there.
My range is all the way down inthe bottom Well, not all the
way down.
Philadelphia is under there, but I feel good about that Other
than that for those hockey'sfighting right yeah, so you guys
watch hockey.
If not, there is on tv, uh,every other day.
Uh, I think it's tnt, I'm nottoo sure.
(51:32):
I don't know what streamingservice you guys have, but you
guys can more than welcome towatch your hockey.
Speaker 1 (51:37):
I like hockey for the
fights I am yeah, he's just
waiting for them to knuckle up.
He's waiting for the fights.
Speaker 2 (51:42):
Soccer Soccer's still
going on.
A lot of soccer games beengoing on.
God bless whoever you likethere.
It is what it is.
More soccer to you guys.
College.
If you guys have not seen whowon for the college Seems like
Notre Dame took that win, butthey did lose against the one
(52:07):
and only Ohio.
The Ohio.
Speaker 1 (52:09):
State.
Speaker 3 (52:10):
Yes, crazy.
Speaker 1 (52:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (52:11):
Let's talk about the
college a little bit.
So, like DeHussell said, OhioState won the chip there.
Yeah.
So it's crazy with the NIL, youknow, with the kids getting
paid now.
Speaker 1 (52:22):
Well, talk about
NILil.
What does that mean?
Speaker 3 (52:23):
nil is basically.
It's like um the kids getsponsored, they can get paid
yeah, yeah, so students canactually get checks now.
Yes, they can get checks, soit's to the point now where
students are getting paid moreto stay in college, so some of
the kids are suing to stay incollege instead of going to the
nfl draft.
Speaker 1 (52:40):
Wow, yes, wow,
because they're going to make
more money in college than goingin correct.
Speaker 3 (52:45):
They literally have
like gms in college now that
like you know, hey, we're goingto pay this kid this amount of
money get in a transfer portalso anyway, the reason why I
bring it up is university ofmiami just paid the quarterback
from georgia, four milliondollars to go to, uh um oh, to
come to unam to come to um.
Yeah, he's there, right now.
So the georgia quarterback isat um, um, oh, because cam
(53:07):
warren is on.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
Yeah, because cam
warren's going to draft.
Speaker 3 (53:09):
So now, the receiver
on ohio state.
He's a freshman.
This kid is the best widereceiver in college right now.
He just wanted to chip on ohiostate.
Now there are rumors thatuniversity of miami is willing
to pay him four million dollarsto come down to um.
Wow, because he just wanted tochip on Ohio State.
Now there are rumors thatUniversity of Miami is willing
to pay him $4 million to comedown to.
Um.
Wow.
Because he just wanted to chipwith Ohio State.
What does he need to stay therefor?
He's a freshman, he's that good.
(53:31):
They're saying he can go to theNFL right now, but University
of Miami is telling him comehere to Miami.
So this is like it's crazy.
It's out of control.
Speaker 1 (53:40):
Well, first of all, I
have two opinions.
Number one I'm happy that theyoung ones are getting paid,
because, if you think about thecommitment in terms of why I
always used to like collegefootball the most, is because
that's where the best plays andthe best performance happen.
Because they're trying to berecognized for the NFL, right?
But that also has some injuriesthat, when they happen, they
(54:00):
don't even get to the NFLbecause they get injured in
school and the school never evenwrites them a check.
We gave you, you know, education, quote unquote you got
this bachelor's degree.
That's all we can give you.
So them getting paid, I doagree, but now they're playing
these bargaining chip games.
I don't know if I agree withthat, right, it's like, hey, uh,
I'm gonna pay this person somuch more than this other person
(54:23):
that's already on the teamcommitted to it and we're gonna
bring him in to him for fourmillion.
Speaker 2 (54:28):
That's crazy it is,
it's out of control, because if
you really look at it, to tellyou the truth, when you start
the nfl you're not getting paidfour million dollars.
Yeah, I'm saying off the ripyeah so I I get it that you're
gonna go go ahead and give theseguys this money, but the
expectation when you go to NFLis totally different.
Speaker 1 (54:46):
Facts Totally
different.
I mean, technically, that meansfor them to go to the NFL.
They need to get some of thehighest contracts ever.
It's because I've already gotmy $4 million.
Speaker 2 (54:54):
$4 million don't mean
nothing, no more it reminds me
of that movie back in the dayscalled Blue Chips, with Nick
Nolte when he went looking forshack and and penny hardway and
and all these guys how they usedto be like, hey, I'm gonna give
you a nice, brand new, nicemercedes-benz, but they try to
keep that on the low yeah yeah, get fucking all these scouts and
(55:15):
all that stuff.
It's just crazy, man.
Four million dollars for a kidthat we don't even know he's
gonna to finish for I don't know.
Over there.
Speaker 3 (55:23):
I don't know.
I hear you, but then again, what about the schools making
all the money?
Off of them, I mean, butschools are making a lot of
money bro, they're making money.
Speaker 2 (55:30):
You go to a game,
right, you've got to pay for
tickets, so you're making moneyregardless.
Besides, that college is alsocharging these kids that go to
school there.
You don't have to pay the fullamount for it.
For example, my daughter wentto UM and she had to pay.
They say the tickets normallyis $50 for us.
(55:52):
She has to only pay $20.
So, regardless.
They're making money regardlessof the students and of the
regular customers that arebasically going Put that into
the school, Put it into a fundor something, but you're going
to pay.
I mean it is.
It gets them motivated.
I just hope they don't get hurt, that's my main concern yeah.
You get paid all this money, you're hurt, and then it is what
(56:15):
it is Look up, ronnie.
That's not a subject, that'sfor later on, uh.
Speaker 1 (56:24):
But yeah, I don't
know about all that.
Paying college students thatmuch money, that's a little bit,
uh, a little bit much for me.
Speaker 3 (56:30):
Maybe have the fun
available to them when they
graduate, um, maybe investing inthem yeah, but what if that kid
doesn't have a chance to go tothe nfl or anything?
Well, he gets it when hegraduate yeah, but that doesn't
know how it works though.
Speaker 1 (56:42):
Yeah, I know it
doesn't.
So yeah, I'm just trying to seeif there's a way to give them
an incentive for them to stickaround, but they're going to be
making more.
I mean, they open up thefloodgates.
Now this becomes the norm.
Speaker 2 (56:53):
Listen if you're
watching this podcast.
Ladies and gentlemen, sports, basketball, football, whatever
the case may be, take the money, that's fine.
Yeah.
Have a plan B.
Facts.
Plain and simple, because youget hurt, they ain't going to
freaking.
Sign you again.
Do whatever else that you wantto do science, computer
engineering, whatever the casemay be, and if you make it,
(57:17):
congratulations.
Let's see if you can become thenext Jalen Daniels out there.
Speaker 3 (57:23):
But it is what it is.
I like it.
Speaker 1 (57:25):
Well, you'll like it
as soon as UF gets on the plan.
Speaker 3 (57:27):
Well, uf sucks.
They need to be doing what UMis doing paying.
Speaker 1 (57:31):
UF is a state college
.
They don't have the money.
They ain't got the money likethat.
Speaker 3 (57:35):
Yes, they don't have
the money like that.
See, you have all these richpeople me.
They can afford that yeah soyou got like alabama, you know
which.
They win a lot of chips andstuff.
Yeah, their president isliterally begging people for
money because they don't havelike the rich donors, like um
does.
Yeah, so it's crazy.
You can't compete it is.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
Here's the scoop.
So all these colleges, like yousaid, uh, alabama are begging
people for money, but at the endof the day, they're winning
chips without the money but soat the end of the day, they're
winning chips without the money.
So at the end of the day, ifyou really look at it, come to
Alabama, we're going to win achip, we're going to do this,
we're going to do that, andthey're not paying any of the
freaking guys $4 million for it.
(58:14):
So look at the difference onthat.
Speaker 3 (58:18):
Yeah, but it's kind
of changed now.
This is like the year the SECdidn't dominate.
So, they're saying it's becauseof this the paying, because
they can't compete, Because lookat Ohio State.
They're paying these kids,alabama.
This because you know SECalways wins.
That's why Nick Saban retired, because he couldn't compete with
that.
The paying.
Speaker 1 (58:35):
That's why he retired
.
I mean, they probably used toget athletes on the recruiting
side.
Speaker 3 (58:38):
Yeah, now the NIL.
He's like forget this, I'm donewith it.
Speaker 1 (58:41):
Yeah, because they
don't have a fund like that,
correct?
Speaker 3 (58:46):
So it's changed the
game.
Speaker 1 (58:47):
All I know is
University of Miami is bringing
home a chip sooner than y'allthink.
Bro, we're writing checks outthere.
We're writing checks.
Speaker 2 (58:54):
We'll see.
What else you got on your list?
D Baseball.
Baseball is almost starting.
That's the end of January, sopreseason will be starting up
shortly.
So all you Mets fans out there, let's see what Juan Soto got
and let's see if we can payPeter Alonso for that.
Other than that, dodgers aretrying to figure out what to do,
who to sign and who not to sign, and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (59:18):
I mean talk about
money.
Doesn't Dodgers want to haveone of the biggest banks over
there, money-wise?
Speaker 2 (59:22):
Something like that
the Yankees are usually number
one on top of that they'reeverything like that, but as of
right now, the Yankees, the Mets, are basically having the most
money.
Wow, signing one total for $765million.
Yeah, for how many yearsActually?
I've just seen for 15 years.
Speaker 1 (59:40):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (59:43):
After five?
For how many years Actually?
I've just seen for 15 years,wow.
And after five years he has anoption.
That's the way to do it.
Congratulations to him Give hima round of applause.
So also I did see that JuanSoto's $765 million is.
You combine LeBron and StephCurry together.
And he still makes more money,at least double what they're
basically doing, that's sick.
(01:00:04):
That is phenomenal.
So if my son is watching this,we're going to have a problem
here trying to figure this thingout.
That's wild NBA.
What I've been waiting for, jimmy freaking Butler.
Speaker 1 (01:00:17):
I heard, I heard.
Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
Jimmy Butler is
basically suspended due to his
attitude of not showing up to apractice game.
He is asking for a trade, butPat Riley owns that shit.
Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
Pat Riley says you're
going to sit here.
Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
You're going to sit
here, figure things out.
Oh, I hear a question, go ahead.
Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
What is your opinion
on this?
I think it's kind of whack whatthey're doing to him.
What do you mean?
Speaker 2 (01:00:43):
You have an
obligation If we're paying you
millions of dollars this is howI look at it.
If I'm paying you millions ofdollars, you need to show up to
practice.
You need to freaking doeverything that you need to do
in the book.
The only way you're able toskip out is a death in the
family or something happens withthe family situation.
(01:01:04):
Yeah.
Other than that, I don't give afuck what you're doing on your
side time You're here to playRound of applause.
What is your expectations onthat?
Speaker 3 (01:01:16):
No, I completely
agree with you.
I'm just saying that theyshould get rid of him because
it's making it's a badenvironment like the cancer that
he's creating like the guy onyou know what I mean?
Just it's not complicated totrade someone like they can't
even focus.
You know, people were like theycan't even practice, but that's
what I'm saying just get rid ofthem it's not complicated.
Speaker 1 (01:01:33):
I think it's also if
you think about the strategy
behind that is, if they do thatwith one player, then they're
going to have to do that everytime.
Somebody wants to do somethinglike that.
They have to set a standard.
Even if you are the franchiseplayer, you still need to
perform at that expected level, right when we're paying you
millions of dollars, like Deesays, these are of our
(01:02:00):
expectations.
If you don't meet thoseexpectations, you're
indefinitely spent, suspended, and you're going to sit on that
bench, um and no, we're notgoing to trade you.
We'd rather swallow this money,um, and deal with this pause
situation.
Speaker 2 (01:02:07):
Um versus uh, opening
up the door for that yeah, and
he also got fined uh, I thinkit's 27.2 million dollars For
basically, you know, for noteven Showing up in partition.
Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
That's crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:02:21):
Like I have no idea
what exactly this guy is doing.
Man, yeah, I get it, you wantto get traded, but this is not
the way.
This is not the way.
Speaker 1 (01:02:29):
What team is going to
Want to pick you up?
Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Exactly my point.
Speaker 1 (01:02:31):
And you're going to
ask For premium money, exactly.
Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
You want to ask For
premium dollars, but you can't
show up to expectation.
You got to understand, man.
I get you don't want to play ormaybe you don't see yourself.
Actually, let me see thestandings for this guy here real
quick because Miami is on asixth seed right now.
So you're already almost in theplayoffs.
So I'm not too sure whatexactly is your issue here.
(01:02:56):
I would understand you're notgoing into the playoffs like you
know, like freaking how do youcall it?
The Dolphins?
Yeah.
You was trying to go in andbasically you don't want to play
anymore.
But I mean, at the end of theday you're hurt on a consistent
basis.
You know you got these kidsthat look up to you that wanna
Basically, you know, wanna beyou.
(01:03:18):
They just wanna play In the NBA.
And just because you wanna beTraded, you know, I don't know
man, I feel, I feel like thisguy man is being a baby.
Yeah.
Of the situation there.
But you know you gotta ask Heatfans these situations.
You're like I don't understandRemy, what do you think?
Speaker 3 (01:03:38):
Yeah, no, I agree
with you.
He is definitely being a painin the ass, but then again, he
does this on every team he'splayed on so everywhere.
We should have known this wasgoing to happen.
Minnesota.
Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
He's done this
everywhere 76ers, so this is
what he does.
Speaker 3 (01:03:57):
So would you accept?
Accept the trade?
Uh no, he's like a cancer,exactly right.
Speaker 2 (01:03:59):
I mean, you know all
that, but he does this
everywhere.
Nobody wants to pick him up.
Now he's saying that he wantsto go to phoenix to play with uh
devin booker and fucking uh, uhkd.
I mean I don't want to stand.
At the end of the day I get it.
He wants the chip, but this isnot the way I.
I feel like he's moving aroundlike kd and fucking lebron.
He's trying to figure shit outtoo much.
Speaker 3 (01:04:20):
It is what it is.
You don't think it'sdisrespectful them not starting
him or anything like that, oryeah, why were you started?
Speaker 1 (01:04:26):
I think they.
They set like a standard, likethey, they made a mark.
Speaker 2 (01:04:29):
Of course they did
that on purpose because you, at
the end of the day, if you lookat it like this, if he does what
doesn't give the other playersnot to do it.
Speaker 3 (01:04:37):
Facts this guy took
them to the chip Doesn't matter.
Speaker 2 (01:04:40):
Who took who?
Speaker 3 (01:04:40):
to the chip.
He took them to the chip on thebubble year, the 2020.
That shit, he was their bestplayer.
I mean, what the heck?
Speaker 2 (01:04:51):
The bubble year.
The bubble year, the fuckingLakers won all over Zion.
Get the fuck out of here.
Speaker 1 (01:04:56):
That's what he's
bringing up right there.
That's crazy Raven.
Speaker 3 (01:04:59):
He took them to the
chip, I mean yes, he's a cancer
and all that.
But I mean, I don't know.
Yeah.
I just feel like they used themand now they're just.
Speaker 2 (01:05:07):
Uh-huh, that's the
only way that they're ever make
it to the fucking playoffsChampionship is to the fucking
chip.
I don't know if you've seenthat Lakers only makes it to
that chip of basically flagbanner chip, but real chip.
You don't want to even comeclose.
Speaker 4 (01:05:26):
Yeah, that's crazy.
They said we don't do those.
No more.
Speaker 2 (01:05:28):
Anyway back to as far
as basketball here.
As far as basketball here, cavaliers doing their thing.
The best team right now isOklahoma City.
Shout out to them.
Speaker 3 (01:05:38):
Over the.
Speaker 2 (01:05:39):
Cavs Over the Cavs.
Cavs are 37-9 and Oklahoma is37-8.
I still think the Cavs arebetter Not in black and white
here.
All right, all right, eye test.
Speaker 1 (01:05:54):
Sometimes, take out
the numbers, the numbers, okay,
okay.
Speaker 3 (01:05:56):
Stephen.
A the eye test.
The eye test, looking at themplay.
Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
Oh man, numbers don't
lie.
Player.
I understand that Numbers don'tlie.
Speaker 2 (01:06:03):
Sometimes, you know
Okay.
Speaker 3 (01:06:05):
Use your eyes.
We're looking.
Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
I'm seeing my eyes
how the fuck the Lakers were
number nine.
Speaker 1 (01:06:12):
All of a sudden,
they're number five.
Speaker 2 (01:06:14):
How?
What eye test is that?
Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
The eye.
It is that the itis is thatthey bloating their numbers.
That's what it is unfreaking,believable.
Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
Anyway, back boston.
Number two, nicks.
Number three boom, powerfulmoves bucks.
Number four it is what it is.
Uh.
76 is all the way down to number11 wow I would understand that
in the western conference here Itest oklahoma.
Number one Houston have no ideahow they're making things
happen, but they are making ithappen.
We're behind Memphis and DenverNuggets.
(01:06:43):
I think I know what thestrategy of the Nuggets is to
NBA champions.
Basically, what they're tryingto do is we're not trying to be
number one seed, we're trying toplay a good seed and then knock
everybody else and get all theway down to the chip.
Speaker 3 (01:06:56):
I like their strategy
.
Not a bad idea.
Houston looks good.
I agree with you on thatstrategy.
Speaker 2 (01:07:00):
For some reason,
lakers are number five.
I don't know how the fuck thathappens.
Clippers Minnesota, they'rePhoenix down there, and then
Golden State, number 11.
Speaker 1 (01:07:09):
Wow, Golden State.
Speaker 2 (01:07:12):
They just broke 50%.
Oh no, they're under.
They're under right now.
They're 489.
Wow, that is crazy.
They're trying to figure shitout.
Other than that, let's get downto business here.
As you know, NFL, NFL.
I already knew Kansas City wasgoing to take that L on that
beautiful weather, but they wonthe game.
(01:07:33):
Sorry for Raymond.
He wanted.
Speaker 3 (01:07:37):
Buffalo to win.
Yeah, you wanted KC to win.
Huh yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:07:42):
I definitely didn't
want KC to win.
Speaker 3 (01:07:44):
I didn't want Buffalo
to win.
Obviously I hate BuffaloBecause I'm a Dolphins fan, but
I was rooting for them to win.
Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
Yeah, I mean, how did
y'all feel about the game?
Because there were some callsthat I thought was very suspect.
Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
Which one the Cook
touchdown call.
Speaker 1 (01:07:59):
No, the one that the
wide receiver and cornerback
were fighting over the ball.
And the ball touched the ground, but they still gave it to the
pass interference one.
Yeah, it was supposed to be.
No, I think it was.
No, they ruled it as a catch.
Yeah, but the ball hit thefloor.
Speaker 3 (01:08:16):
Let me yeah but the
ball hit the floor.
Let me see if I can pull it.
Caught it at the same time.
Yeah well, the defense fenderhad it and then the right
receiver ended up ending with it.
So when it's a tie like that, they're going to give it to the
offense but the ball touched theground yeah, I hear you, but it
should have been incomplete.
But I agree with you.
Speaker 1 (01:08:31):
Yeah, it was an
incomplete pass.
Well, here it is, right here.
Yeah, image of it right there.
The ball literally touches theground, which I thought.
That's usually the reason whyyou don't get the ball.
Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
What they're saying
is that he had possession of it
while it touched the ground.
Speaker 1 (01:08:48):
I thought if it
touches the ground it's a wrap.
Speaker 2 (01:08:49):
Yes, yes.
Speaker 1 (01:08:51):
During the process of
receiving it until you get
control of it.
This doesn't look like he's incontrol.
There's a guy laying on top ofhis face and they're fighting
over the ball and the balltouches the ground.
I thought the defense shouldhave had it Well, whenever it is
a fight against offense, defense offense usually wins.
Yeah, I give them that, but theball touched the ground.
Speaker 3 (01:09:09):
Yeah, I don't
understand it.
Speaker 1 (01:09:16):
What do you think
about the first down?
Speaker 3 (01:09:17):
when, uh, the bills
quarterback, when they said that
wasn't the first down, whichone was that?
Oh no, no, that was a touchdown.
No, it was the first down.
It was a goal line.
Very suspect.
Speaker 1 (01:09:21):
I thought that was
suspect too, but it was on the
goal line, they did the tushpush right.
Yeah, they didn't get it, butthey didn't get it.
But he, he got the first down.
He didn't get the first down.
Speaker 3 (01:09:30):
No, I mean he it
looked like he got it.
Yeah, he should have got it.
Got it in my opinion, yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (01:09:35):
Yeah, I don't know.
I don't know, I mean it justfor me, kc, just seems like
people are too much on theirside.
Speaker 2 (01:09:41):
All they care about
is 3P.
That's what everybody's worriedabout, everybody cares about.
Nobody has ever done it before.
Yada, yada, yada, 3p, 3p, 3p tothe championship.
And you know, I want to say mygiants took care of one of those
.
Knock them out, but they madeit there.
Nobody talked about that.
You know, these are things thatjoe mantana did his thing back
(01:10:03):
in the days.
I mean, it is what it is, butanyway, back to our normal
program here.
Uh, kc, uh knocked that out.
I knew that was going to happen.
And then eagles uh took here.
The command is 55, 23.
That was crazy for me.
Speaker 1 (01:10:17):
I thought what the
point?
Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
system 55 yeah, 55 to
23 I thought they were going to
knock that out there, but otherthan that um no, no, I mean the
points 55 was was higher thanyou expected.
Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Yeah, we had, yeah
barclay did his thing.
Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
You're welcome, yeah
that's all the philly fans right
there You're welcome.
So Congratulations to PortiaSmith, portia Campbell-Smith,
portia Campbell-Smith, shout outto you For Kansas City fans.
Yeah.
Super Bowl February 9th.
Speaker 1 (01:10:45):
And Candice, we can
shout Candice out for Philly.
Candice, one of our coaches, yes, one of our coaches there.
Speaker 2 (01:10:51):
Philadelphia and
Kansas City Super Bowl 9th At
New Orleans.
New.
Orleans, I'm going to do mypredictions right now.
I'm going to go withPhiladelphia.
Speaker 1 (01:10:59):
You're going with
Philadelphia.
Speaker 2 (01:11:00):
I'm going with.
Speaker 3 (01:11:00):
Philly.
That was my question who areyou rooting for Now?
Speaker 2 (01:11:04):
I'm going for
Philadelphia because Kansas City
took them out two years ago butdidn't have Barkley.
Speaker 1 (01:11:11):
They did not have
Barkley.
Barkley's a beast.
Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
Barkley's doing his
thing and if he got traded From
the Giants and breaking yardage2,000 yards.
I might as well have him go allthe way.
And after that I willcongratulate Every Philadelphia
fan For a good, beautiful.
Speaker 3 (01:11:30):
I felt bad For you
Giants fans.
Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
I mean, what did
y'all Get in that trade though?
Nothing, nothing.
They need that whole whoever itneeds to be fired.
Speaker 3 (01:11:39):
Yes, like completely.
At least do a sign and tradeyeah even like they just let him
go for free wow like come on,man.
So I feel bad, like he justgoes on to a super bowl team and
they're just yeah, it's crazy,but what's your prediction,
raymond?
Yeah, no, I'm going for theeagles because, like he said,
like the hustle said they, theyhave the MVP or one of the MVP
candidates.
(01:11:59):
So just give the ball toBarkley and get out of the way
For sure, I think.
Speaker 1 (01:12:02):
I'm on the same side
with Philly.
I didn't watch the whole season, but when I seen him play and
every time I see how far he's inthe secondary every time I'm
like man he's definitely.
He's like a generational talent.
Yeah, for sure.
It reminded me like old schoolwatching football.
Emmitt.
Speaker 3 (01:12:18):
Smith, barry Sanders
like being able to get through
the line and really you know, thompson, oh, my gosh One play
the first play they gave him.
Speaker 1 (01:12:25):
I'm like what the
hell?
And he's out.
Yeah, I'm still hurt.
That's crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
I wish we could and
try to figure this shit out, but
it is what it is, but if KCwins man, they have a phenomenal
thing.
They're probably going tocompare him to Brady.
That's the thing thateverybody's talking about.
Is this going to be its thirdor fourth chip?
Speaker 1 (01:12:44):
No, it's going to be
3P, 3p.
Speaker 3 (01:12:46):
It's going to be his
third chip if he wins.
I think it's his third, yeah,okay.
Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
It's his third, but
it would be, yeah, three
consecutive.
Who's calling the game, youthink?
What do you mean?
Like the commentators, I wantto see, I want to hear Romo
Comment the game.
Speaker 2 (01:13:01):
I don't know who has
it this year.
I don't know, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:13:05):
I'm just trying to
see If Tom Brady or Romo, if
it's on.
Speaker 3 (01:13:07):
Fox, it'll be Brady.
Speaker 1 (01:13:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:13:09):
Yeah, kc has to go
down.
Speaker 1 (01:13:14):
KC has to go down
yeah.
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:13:16):
You think so.
Yeah, I mean, you know Just, they have to go down.
Speaker 2 (01:13:21):
No, so this will be
this.
Patrick Mahomes this is histhird chip.
If he wins, it will be hisfourth.
Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (01:13:28):
He won 20, 2020
that's what I thought 2023, 2024
.
Speaker 1 (01:13:33):
But, but this would
be the third consecutive one.
Speaker 3 (01:13:35):
Yeah, no one's ever
done that.
Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
Three in a row.
Three in a row.
Speaker 3 (01:13:37):
Yeah, I feel like if
he wins this, he'll have like a
drop.
Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
Yeah, they're
definitely going to bring it up,
they're going to make it Stillnot getting paid more than Juan
Solo, though that's 75 million.
You want to get that out theway.
Speaker 3 (01:13:56):
Juan Solo's.
Like I'm chilling right now,got to play to make my bread
shoot.
He's got a lot.
He's got to do a lot.
Have four and brady has seven.
Speaker 2 (01:13:59):
You guys think he'll
even get close to sniffing or
breaking.
Here's my thing.
I think so, man, because if youreally look at it he'll have
that much talent in it.
I mean, he's got some talent,uh.
Besides, kelsey, uh, oh,congratulations.
The d hop, uh, finally gettinga trip.
It's been a while for him.
I don't think he ever got to atrip.
So, deandre Hopkins, in caseyou guys don't know who D-Hop is
(01:14:26):
.
And then they got Wordy.
Wordy is doing his thing Goodguy over there, but other than
that man, they're doing theirthing, man.
The thing is we just don't knowwho the fuck he is going to
throw to the same.
Just don't know who the fuck heis going to throw to.
So the same way, josh Allen.
They don't have a lot.
Yeah, I don't even know whohe's throwing to.
So, our fantasy users.
They pick him up because theyknow he's going to spread the
(01:14:47):
ball out.
Yeah, he's going to spread theball out, but at the end of the
day, we just don't know.
Yeah.
But I'll tell you one thing Ifthey don't do, if Philly does
not do any type of defense likethe way Buffalo Bills did,
they're done.
Speaker 1 (01:15:04):
Yeah, yeah, I felt
like they had my guy
tippy-toeing, like he wasdefinitely running every time
that they had a chance.
That's what that defense wasdoing to him.
Speaker 2 (01:15:11):
So you got to put the
pressure on Mahomes have him
scramble and stuff like that.
Make sure you guys cover andthen you go from there.
But other than that Super Bowlprediction, we're going to go
down the line there, as Ialready see.
I'm assuming you saidPhiladelphia, philly, I'm going
to go for Philly.
Speaker 1 (01:15:26):
I'm going for Philly.
Touchdown or field goal.
Speaker 3 (01:15:29):
Touchdown.
They got to beat this team.
Speaker 2 (01:15:31):
Yeah, I feel that you
would have to beat Kansas City
by two touchdowns in order foryou to secure the belt.
Yeah, I agree.
Plain and simple.
I don't care what the heck youguys do.
If not, I feel he's going to doa Tom Brady thing knock it down
.
Even if he got two minutes he'sgoing to run it Two minutes
running.
He knows what to do.
If it comes down to that, I seeKansas City winning.
Speaker 1 (01:15:53):
Yeah, plain and
simple, like if it's close, just
like the Bills game.
Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
If it was close like
the Bills game, because if you
really look at it, the onlyperson that gave Kansas City a
problem was the Bills.
The only defeat Kansas City hadwas the Bills.
I'm not talking about thatBroncos game because everybody
was on the second bench.
You know everybody was on thefreaking bench and stuff.
They started their secondsecondary the only loss Kansas
(01:16:20):
City did was the Bills, and theBills took care of fucking
business, knew how to knock themdown.
So I recommend you Philadelphiafans, make sure you watch the
tape watch the tape, rewind it,rewind it.
Speaker 1 (01:16:33):
Figure out the place.
Speaker 2 (01:16:34):
Yeah, it is what it
is but other than that man.
That's all I got for sports.
