The Peach Pit team talks with Brad Schoenfeld, a professor of exercise science at Lehman College in New York. Brad serves as the graduate director of the Human Performance and Fitness program. Brad also shares his takeaways from a 2021 study on partial ROM knee extensions with solely female subjects.
