A traumatic birth story with even more heartbreak to follow is the story I'm telling in this episode. I consider myself part of the NICU club now and I've learned a lot about resilience and grief that I hope I am ready for my next baby (when we try again!) For those of you who have lived this experience, I am so sorry. We are not alone, it's such a growing experience but never one I would want someone to go through.
