Allyson Dinneen is a marriage and family therapist and mental health counselor who started the Notes From Your Therapist Instagram project, which currently has almost 400K followers. Allyson’s notes and insights on emotions, relationships, and life have been featured in Huffington Post, Shape, Cosmopolitan, and more. She lives in the Berkshires, Massachusetts and works in private practice.
