With all the hormones floating around, the ladies play with the f*ck off energy, with the intent to have it f*ck right off and stay in 2024 where it belongs!
The girls then debate how far to take this, “Healed Hot Girl Summer”, allowing themselves the consideration of what it could mean to… take a lover. They have a laugh as both of them see that their desire is to stay future focused and seek that forever partnership. Bye-Bye old strategy! V also gives us a sneaky update. The ladies take a detour (nothing new there) and share some top tips for men's Hinge dating profiles. Come on fellas, give details of what you want and throw away the party photos!
They then dive into the reality of how, when you’re on a personal development journey the “next level” can bring the “same devil”. For Elly, that's a new presentation of avoidance and self-sabotage. Elly shares she can see how much she hasn't yet done, especially in respect of having massive impact with her business and how exciting it is to see how much MORE reach and impact she can have. For V, that looks like stepping into the next level of her business, securing a high-level business coach and the next level of receiving someone who will match her energy and love ALL of her. In this, Elly reminds us to look at how far we have come AND look at how much potential is still available. This means we get to see all the things that are still possible and celebrate what has been achieved!
V shares a great reframe you can explore when you're stuck hearing yourself feeling or thinking, “I don't know!” Bringing new things into your realm of possibility. They invite you to do this reflection of your year too, making sure to focus on how far you've come while also getting excited about where you get to go next!
The relationship helpline touches on a very delicate nuanced topic, breaking intergenerational sexual trauma cycles. Elly gives a very kind trigger warning, as you’re then invited to see how empowering it can be to learn to look at everything from various perspectives and that you can find a healing and empowering place to stand after any experience, no matter how painful.
The ladies then flag that next week will be the last episode of 2024. (Sad face, right?) Taking a future focus, next week's episode shows you the vision of what’s available to you on this journey of self-discovery and reclaiming love. You’ll feel how exciting it is for each of them to be able to guide you along the way!
