When you realise you don’t find yourself—you unbecome everything you’re not!

This episode is a fire-starter! A reclamation. A reminder that identity isn’t static—it’s a living, breathing, ever-evolving force. And every time you think “This is me now,” some 'higher self' laughs and says, “Not yet, sis.”

We’re talking about power—not the curated kind, but the messy, embodied, holy-shit-this-is-ME kind. The kind that requires shedding skins, letting go of safety nets, and surrendering to the next layer of your becoming.

And yes… I’m also sharing what’s next in my world: a whole new evolution of my 1:1 and group coaching, that goes deeper, wider and ... wilder than ever before.

And if you didn't notice, we are ALMOST at 100 episodes! To celebrate the 100th episode, I also announce a giveaway competition!

And it's been so much fun, and it's had me recognizing that I
really want to nudge you a little harder to do the same for
you, your way. Yeah.
So I'm going to ask you questions today.
Are you here for that? Obviously you're listening.

(00:21):
Hi, I'm Veronica Jane, Embodiment Empowerment and
Relationship Coach. And this.
Is this? Isn't me podcast.
I wonder if you've ever found yourself in a moment where you
look at your life and. Realize this.
Isn't me and you're ready for the next version of yourself.
That's what This Isn't Me podcast is all about.
Letting go of the past and stepping into the.

(00:42):
Future you desire and deserve this.
Isn't me anymore. Welcome to another episode of
This Isn't Me podcast. I am Veronica Jane, and I am so
grateful that you're here. I'm so grateful that you're here
for your next evolution, for everyone's next evolution.
You're here for growth. You're here for learning.

(01:02):
You're here for integration. You're here for embodiment.
You're here to be alive. Yeah.
To actually make something of life, to feel alive, to be in
your aliveness, to actually do something while you're here on
this earth thing. Yeah, Let's get into this
episode and that idea of the next devolution.

(01:23):
I've been evolving and I bet youhave too.
Am I right? There are so many different
expressions and identities of your essence that you get to be.
Do you see that? Like, actually, I used to think
that I had to be like a type, like a skater girl or like a
smart girl, or like a teacher, amother.

(01:46):
I had to be like one thing, and I had to evolve out of something
to create a new thing, a new identity, a new expression.
And what I've been recognizing, which I didn't even realize I
didn't hold the frame for, is that we get to be all of the
things. We get to take every expression
of us from along the way and bring it into our new identity

(02:08):
over and over again. We get to find the next
evolution continually. There's no end to growth.
There's no end to you in your expression.
It's just transformation, evolution, expansion.
And I've been creating the next evolution of me, of what ioffer

(02:31):
of my website, of the way that Iam as a woman and a partner and
eventually a mother and all the dogs like at the door making
noise. And it's been so much fun.
And it's had me recognizing that.
I really want to nudge you a little harder to do the same for

(02:51):
you, your way. Yeah.
So I'm going to ask you questions today.
Are you here for that? Obviously you're listening.
Who have you been being that youare complete with?
Because, yeah, you get to bring every version of you along.
You get to fall in love with every part of you.

(03:12):
Integrate each little brat, eachrebel, each good girl, each rule
follower. And you also get to let go of
coping strategies and behaviors and ways of being that aren't
working for you anymore. Yeah, You get to love yourself,

(03:33):
Identify the expression of you, what they were there to do,
integrate it and let it go. Yeah, those behaviors that
aren't working for you, that fora time were what helped you
survive. They don't have to stay in your
life. They get to be something you
leave in the past. And I wonder if you get that.

(03:55):
So I want to ask you again, whatare some behaviors that you're
done with that no longer serve you?
What are some ways of being thatyou're scared to be?
Maybe you want to pull out your journal and write on these, or
maybe you just want to answer them out loud.
They're questions I've been asking myself a lot lately, and

(04:15):
I want to keep asking myself over and over again because this
idea of this isn't me is this ever evolving concept that you
find out this isn't me. This isn't me again and again
and again. I just noticed every time I move
my hands, the camera's like trying to zoom in.
So then it gets blurry. If you're just listening, you're
like, whatever. But if you're watching, yeah,
that's fun. I I could sit still, but it's

(04:37):
not fun for me. So I'm also wondering, what are
the edges that you're timid to step into?
What are the expressions of you that you've been hiding in the
shadows? What are the desires that feel

(04:59):
too deep to even whisper out loud?
What are the fears that are holding you back?
What's something that if you knew you couldn't fail, you'd
allow yourself to do? If you let go of everyone's
judgement, including your own ofyourself, what's that thing that

(05:23):
you really want to do? Yeah, that thing.
What might happen if you did it?What might not happen if you
don't? The next evolution of you is one
step away. Yeah, one step.
Over and over again. You take one step.

(05:46):
That's it. It doesn't have to be perfect.
It doesn't have to be calculated.
It doesn't have to be strategic. It doesn't have to be certain.
It doesn't have to be within your scope of safety.
It can be an edge. It can be unknown.
What if you took that step againand again and again?
Maybe it is in your zone of safety.

(06:07):
Maybe we only expand at the speed of our nervous system.
So what's right there at the edge that's accessible for you?
What's that one step that you'reready for that you've been
avoiding? Yeah, that.
What if you did that? Because I wonder if you actually
want to evolve or if you just want to look like you are.

(06:29):
I wonder if you really want to grow, if you really want to
transform, if you really want tolike be the best expression of
you. Or do you just want people to
think that that's what you're doing?
Because unconsciously, I think there's been times even in the
last few years where that's beenme.
It's like, no, actually, I'm good.
I figured it out. I'm done now Look at me.
Nailed it. And then I realize it's become a

(06:54):
plateau. And in that it's become a
pretending or a performance. And it's time for the next
evolution of me again. Yeah, over.
And over again. And I want you to feel empowered
to create that for yourself because what is life if you're
not growing in it, right? There's that saying that if

(07:14):
you're not growing, you're dying.
And I live by that. And I feel like you do too, if
you're here listening to this. So what parts of you are dying,
that desire to grow and thrive, and what parts of you are dead
that you get to have fall from the tree that is your life to
turn into compost, to create thesoil and the nourishment for

(07:36):
what's next to grow? That was good.
Sometimes metaphors just come and I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That feels real good, really good.
So I'm here for the next evolution of me, of you, of
everyone, And I hope you are too.
I just put out my brand new website, all my new group

(07:56):
programs, all my new one-on-one programs, a heap of new
mindfulness tracks, hypnosis, all sorts of resources are
coming at you because I want to support this next evolution of
you. And the beauty in this is it
showing and supporting the next evolution of me.
Like everything I create is for an expression of me, whether
she's long past, recently passedor emerging now, I'm creating

(08:19):
content that's for me, like I listen to, I utilize, I do the
things that I'm sharing with you.
And so it's so much fun to get to involve evil in front of you
and to involve you in that evolution.
And so I'm wondering what you'redoing to reach that next
evolution of you. Maybe it's with me, like what

(08:41):
would happen if you went and hada look at my website to see what
called to you? What could happen if you reached
out to the DMS and said, hey, V,I'm scared of shit.
But like, what if we had a little chat on the phone, but if
we had a free call? I just talked about what's going
on for you and figured out what could be next.
As at one step. Yeah.
So I'm going to keep evolving that next evolution.

(09:03):
I'm thirsty for it. And I hope you are too.
If you're thirsty for evolution,I hope you'll connect.
I hope you'll observe what's coming.
I hope you'll engage with what'sthere because I'm going to bring
you a whole array of love, of tools, of techniques, of
embodiment, strategies, of mindsets, of beliefs, and I'm

(09:24):
going to keep evolving with you.Let's do it together.
Not only that, this is episode 99 of the podcast.
Holy shit, right? I can't believe the next episode
will be #100 And so with that comes a new evolution of the
podcast. Same name, new image, and a lot

(09:46):
of fun. I'm inviting so many more of
you. So a lot of clients are coming
onto the podcast. Friends, people who inspire me,
people I'm learning from, peopleI've connected with online,
people whose books I've read, podcasts I listen to.
And I'm so excited to be doing this again and to celebrate the
100th episode. I was like, my PA is like, what

(10:08):
are you going to do to celebratevia?
And I was like, oh, shit, do people.
Yeah, we should do that. I just like, I'm always like,
what's next? And so excited to keep moving
forward that I forget sometimes to anchor in those really great
accomplishments and and excitingthings in life.
So to celebrate, I'm going to run a little competition.
I want you to send me your favorite episode and why.

(10:28):
Yeah, and my favorite comment contribution, like the most, the
one that makes me laugh the most, the one that hits my heart
the most. Whatever is true for you is
going to get a special opportunity.
They're going to be given accessto one of two group containers.
Either you do you, which is the embodiment somatic work that's
starting at the end of June, early July, or connecting you,

(10:50):
which starts in September, whichis relating to self and others,
all about the connection that you have to yourself and how
that shows up in your relationships to support them.
So the best 1 is going to get access to a group program and
then additionally another or possibly the same listener will
get an opportunity and invitation to come on the

(11:11):
podcast. So the other thing you get to do
is celebrate your favorite episode, your favorite part, and
tell me why you want to come on the podcast if that interests
you. What's your story?
What's your this isn't me story? What's your next evolution that
you're coming into? This is your opportunity to
connect, to share, to use your story, you're evolution, you're

(11:33):
evolving, you're unraveling, you're unleashing, you're
unveiling to be like this is me.And imagine doing that on this
platform where you've been unveiling, unleashing, and
unraveling you. Pretty sweet.
And I'd love to bring more and more of you into this world to

(11:54):
share it with me, to share with everyone because this is a
collaborative space. That was always the goal, and it
always will be the intention. So let's evolve together, OK.
The next evolution. What does yours look like?
Thanks for being here for mine. Yeah.
It's been scary. Like, I'm honest, it's gonna.
It's been edgy to step into bringing more somatic tools,

(12:17):
more pleasure tools, more ways of bringing back people into
their body, to bring a little more spice, a little more fire,
and to show you that you get to be every version of you.
The bad girl, the sex pot, the mother, the nature lover, the
little girl, all of it. You're so welcome here.
All of you is welcome here. And I have to keep reminding

(12:40):
myself of that, of keep being that, of finding parts that have
exiled and bringing them back and welcoming them.
So thanks for being here for my evolution.
It means the world. And I'm so excited for you to be
here for the evolution of the podcast and to participate in
that in the way that feels greatfor you.
So in love and learning and fireand evolution, this has been
