More than strength and conditioning I have created a holistic program that tackles fitness from all angles. It was something I have done for myself and clients because it works. I wanted this type of approach to be accessible to more people at more fitness levels. It is a 52-week program that includes strength training, conditioning, meditation, mobility, nutrition, community and tracking.
