Today I'm talking about the two types of mindsets: fixed and growth. In Carol Dweck's book "Mindset", she these two types of people. Someone with a fixed mindset views failure as a setback, whereas someone with a growth mindset views failure as an opportunity. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's getting out of your comfort zone that allows you to grow. If you consider yourself as someone with a fixed mindset, there are ways to change your mindset that will allow you to be more open to taking risks.
