Es abogado egresado de la Facultad de Derecho y Criminología de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León y finalizó sus estudios en la primera generación de la maestría de métodos alternos de solución de controversias de la misma Universidad. Fue creador y director en 1999 del primer centro de mediación municipal en México, en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. En esta entrevista con Trascendi, Lobo nos cuenta por qué su labor es fundamental para mejorar el ambiente social, el respeto a las leyes y las relaciones humanas para crear una verdadera cultura de paz.
