 Speakers:

 Kimberly R. McGhee is the principal attorney at Black & McGhee, A Professional Law Corporation. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, V.A.  Ben Schwefel is a Partner at Murtaugh Treglia Stern & Deily LLP and is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate law by the State Bar of California.
