Our returning guests for this episode are Bryan Kirk of Fiduciary Trust International and Daniel Lorenzen of Fox Rothschild, LLP.  We discuss issues that arise when trust companies administer trusts from a drafting attorney’s point of view and a trust company’s point of view.  This is the second of a two-part series.  In this episode, we review specific distribution provisions and issues that may arise through the lens of a corporate trustee.
