Hey lovelies, this week I chat about being 'sensitive' & 'emotional' as a gift, the superpower of it, and reparenting yourself. I talk about boundaries and how it never felt like a gift as I didn't have the skills to navigate my feelings, especially when they were big and heavy. I chat about being an empath, aka hypervigilant and complex PTSD, and how it can show up for me as a fawn response, people pleasing to stay safe, and learning to use my sensitivity and emotions in a way that served and benefitted me.
