Speaker 1 (00:09):
all right, welcome back to cops.
When donut?
I am bored in my dorm room hereon the military base doing my
military time and I am trying togo live on Instagram and TikTok
.
And I decided to see whathappens when I do vertical, also

(00:33):
on my YouTube channel and myLinkedIn and Facebook.
So if you're joining in andyou're watching and you're like
what the hell, why does it lookweird?
It's because I decided to dothe vertical so I could also do
TikTok and Instagram.
I don't know how it's going tobe.
If you're my YouTube following, let me know.

(00:55):
I apologize is what it is.
This was not planned, I justdecided to jump on and do it.
So if you're out there andyou're like, oh shit, what's
this?
I am Eric Levine.
This is the Two Cops, one Donutpodcast slash social media page
.
Whole goal is to bridge the gapbetween police and the community

(01:19):
through, basically, education.
Really, that's the main thing.
Share perspective, give youguys a voice, those that want to
gripe at a cop.
That's what we're here for.
So people are jumping on.
What are you doing?
What is going on?
Did I lose a couple of days?
No, you didn't.
I'm bored.
Y'all my YouTube following.
I'm bored as shit.

(01:40):
I've been sitting in this roomall day.
I already ate two breakfastburritos.
I ate one for breakfast andthen I bought a second one.
You can't see it, but I'mliving off of that damn
microwave in the mini fridgebehind me, so I got nothing else
to do so I'm drinking somesmoke wagon by myself.
My wife's busy.
She's got things going on.
She don't want to FaceTime menow, so I'm having a little sip

(02:06):
for my people on youtube.
How does it look with thevertical like is it look?
Did they do it in verticalformat?
If you're on my linkedin, couldyou guys tell me how the
linkedin looks?
But I am simultaneously tryingto check all of my TikTok

(02:30):
because I think we went live onTikTok.
Yeah, we're live on TikTok aswell.
So just saying hi to everybodyAgain.
I'm one man show here.
He says I haven't seen yourface in HD before.
Not sure about this.
I don't know how you haven'tseen my face in HD.
Sir, we literally work together.
Brian Thompson's out there.

(02:50):
He said I'm stuck without power.
Stupid tornadoes yeah, tornadoes scare the shit out of
me and I live in Texas, so I'mwith you guys.
Put out a video today.
It seems to be.
It looks like an iPhone videoon YouTube.
Okay, interesting, good to know.
Mr Bill Fo, what is thismadness?
I'm going old school guys.

(03:12):
This is like.
For those that haven't followedme since I started, this is what
I used to do all the time wasjust me.
I didn't have friends.
Ward said smallie size this.
Yeah, it's only going to be invertical format today.
I apologize.
I wanted to get my Instagram andmy TikTok on here.

(03:36):
Try to get those people to jumpon and say what's up and kind
of put their feelers out there.
King of the dinks, make copslike guns.
Well, considering I'm wearing ashirt with guns on it, if you
can't see this retro rifle shirtI'm sporting, it's got some
hidden sniper rifles on it.

(03:57):
Definitely big 2A guy.
I see the Gold Shield Showsaying what's up, brother,
what's going on on Instagram?
Just going through the comments, you guys will have to bear
with me because I've got a lotof different spots for comments.
So I got to watch Restream, Igot to watch Instagram and I got
to watch TikTok.
So trying to keep it alltogether.

(04:22):
Then, patrick, true Love, howdydy, mrb, mama G, tats,
everybody in the communitySaying what's up to each other?
Just Education, education.
Oh, I got it, I put it togetherthere.
Education, I said ready or not?
That's a great police game, bythe way.

(04:44):
And yeah, mr Billfold, I know Igot the the whiskers growing
here because it's the weekendand I can virtually grow a beard
in like two days.
So is what it is.
If they decide to call me in,then I'll just shave, go in, but
they ain't gonna call me inuntil tomorrow morning.
So is it?
It is Sunday, right?
Yeah, it's Sunday.
Having a little smoke wagon CCGin the house?

(05:11):
Actually, that would beconstitutional country girl.
Yeah, ccg.
Yeah, that makes sense.
Thought there was one morethere.
King of the Dinks, what kind ofsniper rifle?
That's a good question.
Let me look.
It looks like it's on an ARplatform with an extended heavy

(05:37):
barrel.
Yeah, it's an AR platform, butit doesn't specifically say what
it is.
Yeah, it's an AR platform, butit doesn't specifically say what
it is.
And, a matter of fact, now thatI'm really looking at it, I'd
almost say it's not so much asniper rifle as it's a precision

(05:59):
rifle, Meaning it can reach outand touch you, just can't reach
out and touch you like a sniperrifle can.
But, guys, I put out a videotoday, so let me pull that guy
up here.
We got some good conversationgoing.
It was an OIS officer-involvedshooting, so it is.

(06:23):
Oh, look at that.
I found a new way to scrollstuff.
Give me one second.
While I figure out how tonavigate my own stuff here, I'm
gonna pull that thing up.
Education m110, sas, dmr.
Don't know as much as I loveguns, I am not a gun aficionado,

(06:47):
so I will tell you that much.
Let's see here, two cops, onedonut.
Let's go to our page.
Let's find our shorts.
There we go, we will pull thisone up.
Okay, we're going to biggiesize that.

(07:09):
We're going to share the screen.
Give me one second.
Y'all Share that guy.
All right, there we go andlet's go.
The option involves shootingand it's kind of graphic.
I'll blur it out.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Hey there, Put your hands on the dash.
No one reach around.
You understand me and let's go.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
Don't reach for that fucking gun, or I'll shoot you,
you motherfucker.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
Hey, stay back.
Don't reach for that fuckinggun.
Keep your hands on themotherfucking dash.
Keep your hands Shot fired, shot fired.

(07:57):
I got you.
Let's get the CQT to get himout.
It's right down there on thislamp.
All right, yep, let's get himout.
Get the gun Hold on, hold on,slide over, slide over, so we're
not crossfire.
Slide, slide, slide, slide.
Hey, watch out, get to the carout there.
Slide, slide, slide.
I'm on him, you hold him.
You hold him.
I got 62.
Draco, no one reach around here, understand me.

(08:25):
Of course I won't take anothercar On the fucking dash.
You reach down there again, Iwill shoot you, motherfucker.
Keep it on the dash, bro.
Keep it on the fucking dash.
Make it 84.
Don't reach for that fuckinggun or I'll shoot you.
You motherfucker, stay back.

(08:56):
Don't reach for that fuckinggun.
Keep your hands on themotherfucking dash.
Notice the goosebumps.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
That's a physiological change due to
stress.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
All right.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
We will small-e-size that guy and we will stop
sharing and that's what we'regoing to discuss for today.
We're going to get an use offorce on that.
We're not going to go over awhole bunch of videos like we
would normally do on our livestreams.
So this is kind of a dumbeddown format just to chat and

(09:29):
education.
Threw out a little bit ofwisdom for everybody.
He said Draco is a great gunfor people who don't want to hit
their targets but want to scarethe neighbor.
Scare the neighbor.

(09:50):
Now, on that video, let's kindof get into what I said about it
and basically it was greatpolice work all around.
I mean I didn't see a flaw inanything that was done.
They came up to the car, polite, professional Even, even told
the guy like hey, keep yourhands on the dash.
He didn't see the gun.
The passenger, I think, drewhis attention there because he

(10:13):
had reached down the first time.
That's when he was like hey, keep your hands on the dash,
completely professional.
Then I think the cop saw thegun and that's when everything
elevated.
So he elevated his language.
Now I did hear people in thecomments.
They were a little upset, uh,saying that it was
unprofessional in the way thathe was talking.
He shouldn't have beenmotherfucking the guy, to which

(10:33):
I would say I would agree withyou if that's how he started.
But he didn't start that way.
He tried to startprofessionally.
That didn't work because thisguy started to try and what I
consider walk on this officer bytesting how serious the officer
was.
The officer could have beenjustified in shooting right away

(10:55):
, but he didn't.
He escalated his language.
Why did he escalate hislanguage?
Well, one, he was stressed outtoo.
I think he did this because, ifhe didn't, the only other option
is force.
You're not going to go hands-on.
You're not going to let the guyget to the gun before you shoot
.
That's not how this works.
We don't have to wait to gethit, just like when people

(11:18):
square up with us as policeofficers, I look for fight
indicators, bladed stance,pumping their fists.
The big one is clenched jaw.
They stop communicating like ifI see you doing all this stuff,
I don't have to wait for you tohit me, I can hit you first, I
can take you down right then andthere.
So these are things that we cando as police, that people get

(11:40):
upset about when they don'tunderstand the articulation
behind it.
Now, in this one he used, youknow, he motherfucked him up and
down Like he was trying toconvey the seriousness of what
was going on and that he was notplaying.
And you even hear his partnerlike keep your hand, like dude,
stop taking your hands off thedash.
And you can hear the passenger, the dude that got shot, was

(12:03):
like like oh, dang, is like that.
Like yeah, absolutely so.
Those that were getting alittle upset on the language uh,
let me see how this works here.
Guess who just jumped in?
What up?
What's up?

Speaker 3 (12:20):
hey, it works, look at that I saw your, uh, my phone
beeped and I was like well, I'msitting next to the computer,
we'll try it, why not?

Speaker 1 (12:30):
this was impromptu y'all.
Nobody on the donut uh networkreally knew that we were doing
this.
So so I was talking about thevideo, alan, I don't know how
much you heard, uh, but it'stalking about the shooting video
, so I was just to the partabout the language.
So the officer clearly seen thefirearm and even tells him like

(12:51):
, if you reach for that, I'mgoing to shoot you.
So I liked that the officer.
This is one of those timeswhere I tell officers like show
your cards.
This is one of those times youdon't want to hold back.
Let everybody and their momknow you see a gun and if he
reaches for that gun, there'sgoing to be consequences for
that.
And that's what this officerdid.
And that is hard to train.

(13:11):
That is not something that islike you learn that from other
people or it's not reallytrained.
I think we do train to call outa gun if we see a gun, but in
instances like this, whereyou're trying to figure it out
on the fly, like this, was goodon this officer.

(13:32):
I really think they did a goodjob at letting one person talk.
So that was amazing, lettingjust the one guy talk.
I was really pumped about that.
So we only had one guy in charge.
He had a clear line of sight.
He moved to try to.
Obviously that driver wantednothing.
He didn't want no smoke withanything, was trying to plead
with his partner like bro, don'treach.

(13:52):
And here's another point that Iwanted to make.
Normally and this is just in my18 years of law enforcement,
alan, you back me up, but thishas been your experience when
people get stressed out fromcops and they intend to give up,
hands go up.
They go on their head, they goup, they'll touch the ceiling,
they'll put their hands out thewindow, they'll hold on to the

(14:12):
steering wheel, they will notmove.
An action that never happensunless you're trying to do some
dumb shit is reaching.
Yep, when you're trying to dosome dumb shit, it's either
you're trying to get rid of dopewhich we don't know if it's
dope or a weapon or you'retrying to reach for a weapon.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
Yeah, it's real quick because everybody really does
talk with their hands, and soit's like, hey, I'm not doing
anything wrong.
Yes, sir, Very quickly.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Yeah, and now Alan's face is covered by chat, which
is what I don't like aboutvertical mode.
Oh, you guys can't see.
I mean to me I can see Alan'sface, but I don't know why you
guys cannot.
Yeah, maybe if we change aroundthe view a little bit, Sorry.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I see Alan.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Fine on YouTube.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
Yeah, country Girl may be on something different,
because right now it looks fineto me I'm going to go back to
the big size, but yeah, so letme get to that point.
Now he moves.
Um, I think I'm hearing myself.

(15:31):
Why am I hearing myself?

Speaker 3 (15:34):
I had it playing for just a second on my phone, oh
okay, okay, I thought it was me,I was trying to mute it down
before, so I could actually seewhat everybody else was looking
at.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
No worries.
And so now he angled away, hegot a better shooting path, and
even then he still didn't pullthe trigger.
So that's another thing I wastrying to articulate is like if
these cops were out there beingbloodthirsty and all they want
to do is kill people and usetheir gun, this guy had every
opportunity to do it and hebasically went with like a three

(16:06):
strikes and you're out rule.
I don't think he intentionallydid that, but damn, how much do
you risk?
Because that particular gunshoots 7.62, I believe, and
those rounds are going to gostraight through vests.
That'll chop you up.
That that'll chop you up.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
Um so, david edmonston said oh, no biggie
size on sunday night.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Huh, we are biggie sized.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
I see what she's saying I do see what she's
saying, so so what is that on?

Speaker 1 (16:44):
youtube oh, it's the youtube one.
Oh, harrison brock just uhbought two memberships.
I think member for two months, yeah, yeah oh, nice, nice.
Thank you, harrison brock.
Appreciate you, brother.
Guys, anytime that you do, um,buy those stickers or anything
from our YouTube that directlyhelps keep going what we got

(17:06):
going.
So yeah, I don't understand whythe chat's got Alan's face all
blocked, but I mean, it is whatit is, not much we can do about
it tonight.
Country Eric and a cup of beer.
Don't want him drinking alone.
That's my girl, I like that.
That's a wingman right there.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
That's why.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
I'm here, buddy, that's why I'm here.
I was feeling bad, man, youwere lonely.
And just a reminder to thosethat are watching uh, I am on
wi-fi.
This is not normal for us.
I don't normally try to do theshow on wi-Fi, but it's all I
got, so I will probably kind ofbe some rough coverage here.

(17:55):
Mac RDPU, where are you guyscops at?
That's for us to know and foryou to find out.
So, mac, on TikTok, Iappreciate your question.
We do not discuss that becausewe are still active police
officers and we can't associatethe police departments that we

(18:17):
work at with what we do on oursocial media.
They have to be separate.
So I do appreciate that it isvery easy to find out Just
Google us, you'll find us.
But I can't talk.
Appreciate that it is very easyto find out, just Google us,
you'll find us, but I can't talkabout that.
So that's on our TikTok account.
So let me see here.
True Love said I'd pop a beer ifI had the money for one.
You ain't got the money for abeer, bro.

(18:38):
You can get yourself a nicesteel reserve tall boy for like
99 cents.
Brian Thompson, I'm on my car'ssatellite hotspot Country girl.
Too bad.
I can't gift you one, patrick.
Yeah, I'd give you a beer forsure, sir.

(18:58):
But all right, let me get backto discussing that video.
And if you're on Instagram, thanks for popping on guys.
If you are more comfortable, weare streaming on YouTube.
We're also on TikTok right now.
So please, if you guys are justjumping on, ask questions, talk
about videos that maybe we'veshown in the past.
If you got police-related stuff, let us know what was it.

(19:20):
I jumped on a Long IslandAuditor's post today where there
were some officers that justwere so out of pocket.
It was ridiculous.
So I just put in the commentslike that's terrible policing,
they need to be fired.
And his people just went afterme just because I'm a cop.

(19:42):
So I was like well, I'll learnmy lesson.
Don't chat on Long Islandauditors people's page on
Instagram.
They don't care.
Uh, jacob Wesley, keith Lyons,mpa.
Yes, um, shotguns and tattoos.
Oh, pat, if you got Venmo, I'llbuy you one.
That is a sweet girl rightthere.

(20:02):
And then Mr Billfold, memberfor three months, level three,
baker's Dozen message I sit withAlan.
Men are gross.
Oh, I love it.
Poor Alan.
He's only got one fan and it'sMr Billfold.
And the sad part is Mr Billfolddoesn't even like me.

(20:23):
He's only here for Alan.
That's fine.
I don't like me either.
I just like Alan, but it iswhat it is all right.
So now, on this shooting, thisvideo that we put out there,
this officer-involved shooting,I want you guys to also be one
cognizant.
I tried to point it out whilethe video was playing.
You can see.

(20:49):
And thank you again, mrBillfold.
I didn't say thank you afterreading your YouTube membership
thing, so I do appreciate that.
Sir, I feel like a dick.
Acorn Magdump said not all of us.
I'm on OG, I'm an OG LongIsland Auditor supporter.
Appreciate it.
Yeah, I know you guys wouldn't,but the general crowd that's
talking on there, they're notbig fans.

(21:11):
Country Girl, I've got astatement.
Slash question, eric.
Unbelievably, I see more andmore cops being ignorant and
violating rights.
When are you having theQualified Immunity Show?
We're really trying to workthat for Vaughn.
Ask Mr Billfold If you guysaren't familiar with Vaughn.

(21:34):
He's a big presence and he'shard to corner.
So trying to get that, Ipromise you I'm going to have it
.
Mr Billfold, I tolerate Levinebecause he is sweet and capable,
if slow and a bit touched.
Oh man, patrick, true love.

(21:55):
Y'all are too kind, honestly, and won't divulge here, but been
in a tough situation for quitesome time.
Sorry to hear that brotherSpeaking of auditors from Ozark
Moon chiming in.
I heard her voice in a toughsituation for quite some time.
Sorry to hear that brotherSpeaking of auditors from Ozark
moon chiming in.
He heard her voice in a minute.
That clip you posted to the bankgot a ton of comments, didn't
it?
Yeah, which one Cause it seemsto be all the first amendment

(22:16):
auditor stuff that I've beenposting lately has been bank
related.
Like that's the new thing?
Is that the new strategy?
Uh, is that's the new thing?
Is that the new strategy Isjumping on that?
I'm just trying to see ifanybody chimed in on IG.

(22:36):
It's crazy.
We got 150,000 followers abouton Instagram and we hardly get
anybody that jumps on the lives.
Maybe we just haven't done themenough.
They don't show up enough.
I don't know.
It's weird to me, but, um, yeah, as far as, as far as the bank
things go, it's it is weird.
Weird that they keep hitting upthe banks and that's I kind of

(23:01):
get the strategy behind it,because nobody wants their bank
information looked at.
So it kind of get the strategybehind it, because nobody wants
their bank information looked at.
So it kind of makes sense.
I see why people would call thecops.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
People panic.
They panic when people are justlike roaming around a bank with
sketchy cameras and things likethat.
So yeah, cops always get calledto those.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
Yep, Yep, Long Island .
Jake Wesley said Long Islandaudit can kiss my ass.
A bunch of jerks.
I don't have that opinion.
I actually really like hisstyle.
I think it's very educational.
I haven't heard him be wrong inhis information he puts out

(23:46):
there.
Now I haven't followed him fora long time so there could be
old stuff that he screwed up on.
But shit, there's old stuffthat I screwed up on on my own
podcast, stuff that I don't takeanything off.
So I'm sure if you go backyou'll be able to find it so own
that we all fuck up.
But the way that I've seen longisland auditor, at least in the

(24:08):
past couple years, I like hisstuff.
I think he's helped improvepolicing because it showed an
extreme gap in training thatapparently is still there.
So mr billfold eric doesn'tlike me either.
I'll have a debate on my mancrush Von Kleem, the dream on QI
one day.
I stand no chance but I willtake the beating, you sick son

(24:29):
of a bitch.
Oh man, the whole point is toget y'all to respond.
Yeah, and that's part of theother problem that nobody really
likes to talk about.
Why are we not calling outcivilians a little bit?
Why are you calling the cops?
Why do you not know the law?
Or are you trying to manipulatethe law and use the cops as a

(24:53):
patsy for yourself?
Like, well, maybe they'll justleave just because the cops
showed up and you know damn wellthey ain't breaking a law?
That's where this bridge in thegap comes in.
Y'all Like, yeah, police gotwork of their own to do, but
y'all need to do some of yourown work.
There's a lot of freedoms youhave here that you're not aware

(25:15):
of and you're trying to callcops on people because you think
it's against the law.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
There's a lot of Karens out there and Carls.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
There is.

Speaker 3 (25:28):
Are they Carls or are they Kyles?
You know, I've heard themcalled both.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
I don't think we've come to a consensus on the.
Is it consensus or census?
Consensus yeah, I think so.
Either way, I don't think we'vehad a consensus census on we

(25:52):
lost you there for a secondbuddy.

Speaker 3 (25:55):
Oh, did you?
You froze up for just a second.
Yeah, you're back now.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
What was the last thing you heard me say?
The consensus.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
I don't think we've had a consensus.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
I don't think we have a consensus slash census on if
it should be Kyle, carl or Chad, because I think those are the
three that everybody kind ofuses.
But everybody agrees it's Karenhands down.
So let's just say Darren, don'tbe throwing in new names.
C-c-g-n.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
Darren.

Speaker 1 (26:33):
Darren.
It doesn't have the same.
It doesn't have no karen anddarren, that now I haven't heard
darren once ever, y'all tryingto make up some new shit.
Cops are supposed to inform thecallers that no crime is being
committed.
Yes, instead they fuck up andenforce feelings and policies
that are not lawful.
That is another major mess upthat cops are not taking the
time to do.
Your job is to educate as well.

(26:53):
Don't just tell them, hey, there's nothing we can do.
Say, hey, see where they're at,they're on the public sidewalk,
they can film from there.
It's a First Amendment,protected right.
Anything their eyes and theircamera lens can see from the
public sidewalk, they can filmfrom there.
It's a first amendment,protected right.
Anything their eyes and theircamera lens can see from the
public sidewalk is free game.
So if you don't want themlooking into the building
through your windows, close theblinds.
If you don't want them lookingat whatever like, it's your job

(27:19):
to make sure that stuff iscovered up.
So I heard Ken.
I haven't heard Ken.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
I haven't heard that one, nope.
You know why is it that so manycops will not like do that with
you know, I feel like we haveto make so many decisions but
they're afraid to tell somebodythat.
You know, why are you evencalling us here, like this is
not an issue?
You know?

Speaker 1 (27:46):
I don't understand that yeah, I like um, what, um,
uh, fucking magnum saying heredispatch could field a lot of
problems.
I wish they could, but theyliterally can't.
They're not allowed to.
Yeah, they're yeah unless theyare push it out yeah, they have
to push out, unless they'resworn personnel.
Um right, I'm looking over hereat instagram.

(28:08):
I see the aaron jane coaching.
I think that they should becalled chad.
Uh, raymond bennett saidbrandon and karen, let's go,
brandon.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
Oh man, y'all are that's gonna start a whole
nother conversation yeah, we'renot trying to go down the
political roll there.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Yeah, then those cops want qualified immunity when
they get sued for trespassingpeople from sidewalks, and
that's another part of this.
Guys I keep seeing cops arelike well, they want you
trespassed from here, so youhave to ID.
Meanwhile the guy is on publicsidewalk.
I'm like he has to be onproperty.
Here's how trespassing works.

(28:46):
Y'all, and a lot of peoplearen't aware of this.
If you show up and I'm justgoing to say it's 7-Eleven,
because that's one of the mostcommon places we trespass people
from so you show up to 7-Elevenand the worker behind the
counter is like I want that dudetrespassed from here.
And I will go over to that guyand say, hey, they don't want

(29:10):
you here.
Did they tell you to leave?
No, they never told me to leave.
Okay, stand by, let me go talkto them real quick.
Hey, what did this guy do whilehe was here?
He just stinks and you know, Ican tell he's homeless and we
don't want him here.
Okay, did you tell him to leave?
No, not yet.
Oh well, that's kind of thething that you need to do.

(29:30):
You need to tell him to leave.
Would you like us to tell himto leave.
Yeah, okay, dude, you got to go.
So with trespassing, you have toafford people the ability to
leave.
You can't just call and get acriminal trespass or trespass
warning without affording themthe ability to leave.
So now you go over there andtell them hey, you got to go.
If he tells me, no, it's apublic place, I don't have to

(29:53):
leave, well, now I have criminaltrespass because I afforded him
the ability to leave.
He's still on property, now Ican do the criminal trespass.
So in that, that's when we canstart to ask for information.
But, alan, I'll challenge you.
Can we force them to ID Ifwe're not arresting them?

Speaker 3 (30:15):
No, not unless we have a bigger issue to be there
for, we have to have a crime forhaving been there and at this
point it hasn't been a crime, tothis point.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
Right.
So that is another part wherecops screw up.
Even I screwed this up youngerin my career.
I thought, oh, I've gotcriminal trespass, now I can ID
them Because you're filling outpaperwork.
That's not true.
And I got slapped by theprosecutor.
He's like you can't do that.
I'm like oh, oh shit this ishow I was trained to do it.

(30:48):
So yeah, I've seen it.

Speaker 3 (30:48):
A lot of times yeah, I was like you know oh, dispatch
called me here, so you have toid to me.
Well, yeah, yeah, that's theother one yeah, yeah, just
because you took the calldoesn't mean it's a violation of
the law.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
So so for for you younger cops out there, when
we're talking about a criminaltrespass, warning little piece
of paper that you do if theywant to tell you that their name
is optimus prime, that's whatyou got to go with you don't not
fail the id, then that's notfailure to id, because you're

(31:22):
not.
You're, they're still going toleave.
You're still making them leaveNow, if they choose to stick
around, stick around.
Now.
They're violating the criminaltrespass and I'm going to arrest
them under the alias of Optimusprime.
And now I can identify him.
Secondary, secondarily, I'mterrible with words lately.
I think I'm getting dumber.

Speaker 3 (31:42):
Maybe it's cause you're isolated.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Maybe it is.
Yeah, it could be right.
That could be right.
So listen to me.
Cops, newer cops, especiallybecause I was led down the wrong
path on trespassing, I had poortraining and this is what's
weird For you guys to understandwhere I'm at has amazing

(32:05):
training, but somehow, some wayit got mixed up with my training
out in the field and someofficer that didn't know what
they were doing led me down thatpath.
So Wade Lucero said what did itsay?
The first job of a cop is toput you under their control.

(32:26):
The second job is to charge youwith a crime.
It all starts with a call forservice.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
The first job of a police officer is to keep the
peace, yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
Yeah, and honestly, when I show up, my first job is
basically like all right, do Ihave an offense?
If no, let's get this shit overwith.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
Can I get back into my vehicle like warm back up or
something?

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Yeah, oh man, brian Thompson, have another drink and
we'll test your speech.
Yeah, I'll put my eyes up tothe camera.
We'll test your speech, eric.
Yeah, I'll put my eyes up tothe camera, see if I got hgn,
hgn.
So uh, yeah, with the criminaltrespass, guys, remember that

(33:13):
does not automatically give youthe right to identify somebody
in texas.
I kind of want to speak forother states.
Y'all may freak out.
Don't be blowing Alan.
Yes, thank you Alan.
He's not even wearing a retrorifle shirt.
Y'all.

Speaker 3 (33:30):
I'm sorry, sir.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
Unsat.
What about a whiskey lullabyshirt, sir?
Oh, he's got his badge.
Hell yeah, my man, this lookslike a big one.
I'm going to read it.
Sorry, you will never convinceme.
Men filming kids' dance studiosor ladies' boutiques is not

(33:54):
creepy.
I'm not going to try toconvince you of that.
I agree with you.
I wish the cops would at leasttry to have an honest
conversation with weird old men.
It's creepy for women and moms.
Even if it's your FirstAmendment I mean I can't speak
for every cop, but I don't knowa single cop that wouldn't do
something when they see acreeper.

(34:16):
Yeah, they will try every trickin the book to get that person
out of there if they 100% knowthat that dude's just being
creepy.
But it is a slippery slope,y'all, is it?
It is the best body camevidence failing to trespass

(34:39):
properly I have seen in a longtime.
What one is he talking about?
It is the best body camevidence of failing to trespass
properly I've seen in a longtime.
What one is he talking about?
It is the best body camevidence of failing to trespass.
Is he talking about the MrBelfold are you talking about?
He said?
I resent that one link.
I don't have the ability to getto that with what we're doing
right now, so I can't pull it up.

(35:00):
I'm sorry, I'm limited in whatI know and can do doing this.
This is only my second timeever doing what I'm doing right
now, so I apologize.

Speaker 3 (35:12):
Well, and the screens are gonna get all jacked up if
we start adding a whole lot ofother things.
Yeah, I know who only knowswhat it's gonna do.
Do next, you know, right, oneof the things that bothers me
about criminal trespass is youshow up to this convenience
store and they're like, oh, Iwant him criminally trespassed.
Okay, you think he wasshoplifting, let me go figure

(35:34):
more out about this.
But then, you know, you findout that he really was
shoplifting.
I don't want to press charges,I just want him criminally
trespassed.
It's like dude, like figure itout, like why did you call me
here?
You know, or you know, it's twoweeks after they've been
criminally trespassed andthey're like well, I'm not, I'm
not allowed to be a witness foryou.
Then why were you you allowedto tell me that he, you were

(35:57):
going to be the guardian of thestore and sign the piece of
paper for the criminal trespass.
Yeah, yeah, you don't you don'tget both sides of that.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
Yup Uh.
Over on Instagram, d lamb 30 ohseven said he just had the same
discussion with his PO.
Um yeah, it's uh guys, I'mtelling you, maybe I should put
out an instructor instructionalvideo of criminal trespass.
That would be a good one.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
Yeah, I think that is a good one.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
I'm piecing together the ego class that my buddy
George had come up with anotherofficer that I'm friends with I
want to put together like alittle series.
I taught the class to theseyoung airmen that are base cops,
basically military cops.
They're young, they're anywherefrom 18 to 22, 23 years old, so

(36:49):
their prefrontal cortex isn'teven finished developing yet and
this class directly affectsthem and we discuss it in the
ego class of knowing yourprefrontal cortex doesn't stop
developing until you're like 25,that is where your logical
brain is at and that's where youwant to be thinking from all

(37:10):
the time.
As a cop, you don't want to bethinking from your emotional
part of your brain.
It's literally the wrong partof your brain.
So that's what this class getsinto.
So I've been teaching that, that, that's what this class
gets into.
So I've been teaching that andthe I don't know, maybe maybe
taught 50 to 100 newer airmen onthat and they love it.
Love it so far.
Oh, acorn, hooking us up, whatdo you give us?

(37:33):
Got the super chat going.
Five dollars, nevada h and cdist, tcod, smoke wagon donation
accepted.
Is that?
Who makes smoke wagon, right?
Yeah, hc, hell.
Yeah, I know I've been reppingthem forever.
I wish they would.
They do see us on Instagramoccasionally.

(37:56):
They'll like something thatwe've done.
They know we exist.
Maybe they're just testing outour loyalty what do you think
about this?

Speaker 3 (38:08):
isn't trespassing calls?
Some of the most common calls?
What would you say?
The most common calls are?
I would say that domestic, youknow, or inside the home,
fighting, you know.
Yeah, somebody's not gettingalong.
What other are your most Just?

Speaker 1 (38:25):
disturbance which is so general Disturbance is a
normal one.

Speaker 3 (38:29):
I heard a loud noise.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
Traffic accidents.
Those are another, like duringthe daytime, you know, early in
the morning, like you know, 7, 8o'clock, 9 o'clock, there's a
ton of accidents.
And then around lunchtimethere's a bunch of accidents.
And then when work gets out, around four or five o'clock,
there's a bunch of accidents.
Yep, um.
Brian Thompson said I amtotally unemotional when, when

(38:52):
stressed or on a call, neverhave been members, you get a
free milestone super chat everymonth.
Hell yeah, I don't even knowwhat that means, but I'm glad
you get a free Milestone SuperChat every month.
Hell yeah, I don't even knowwhat that means, but I'm glad
you get it.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
Thanks for advertising there, Mr Belfort.

Speaker 1 (39:08):
I know Mr Belfort is helping us out.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
We're learning something every day.

Speaker 1 (39:15):
Right Still waiting on that White Claw endorsement
that Ward says no offense to.
White Claw, but it is not forme.
I can't.
I don't like the texture of it.
I don't like the taste of it.
It tastes like TV static.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
My wife has these water alcoholic drinks.

Speaker 1 (39:40):
It's like some kind of water flavor and oh, it's
terrible yeah I can't even dothose yep, uh country girl said
that her pet peeve is when copswho won't leave private property
, when told repeatedly and haveno warrant, no pc.
Yeah, you got to have some sortof uh like, if there's a hot
call, you're in.
You know pursuit stuff likethat.

(40:02):
That's a hot call, you're in,pursuit stuff like that.
That's a circumstance whereit's in the course of their
duties, but other than that, youreally have a warrant.
Like she said, she's right, click the dollar sign next to
the chat and you can post onecomment like that per month.
Oh, no, shit to the chat andyou can post one comment like

(40:27):
that per month.
Oh, no shit.
See, I gotta make mr billfold, just be my brian thompson.
Look at me.
Thank you, brian thompson.
Appreciate it so much, brother, that is hilarious too.

Speaker 3 (40:38):
Thank you very much, did you know?
We're not real cops.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
Yeah, we're not real cops.
No, I don't think that's whatKeith Lyons is saying.
Oh, okay.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
He's on LinkedIn.
Shotguns and tattoos.
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (40:55):
What'd she say?
You are directly responsiblefor me being hung over tomorrow
at the food pantry.
You're welcome.
You are welcome.

Speaker 3 (41:02):
My name looks, looks shotguns and tattoos.

Speaker 1 (41:04):
You should be hung over tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
That's an awesome name you did it to yourself I
agree.

Speaker 1 (41:14):
I'm over here looking at my I I I gram instagram chat
um bs narcotics feed said thattheft in progress, not in
progress.
That's a common call.
That is very true, God how many?
Times you get that.
That's so annoying.
He said at least in the smalltown of Robstown.

(41:36):
Lol, alan, look it up, see whatthe population of Robstown is.
I don't think there's going tobe a whole lot of them, but so
mr bill fitz said imagine me anoutlaw uh working, working for
the popos.
Hey man, what better way tobridge the gap, baby?
that's the best way to do itright, uh, or stick it, oh oh.

(41:59):
So at my, we actually make ourrecruits go through this exact
scenario.
They have to go to a loud musiccall.
Now, granted, I work for a verylarge department.
We are very blessed to have anamazing training facility with a
whole mock village inside.
So they show up to a call.
It's a loud music call, and thewhole point is we bait them

(42:21):
into trying to stop us fromshutting the door, and they fall
for it all the time, and thenwe tear their ass apart.
So that is absolutely ascenario that should be beat
into your recruits' heads, aboutsticking your foot in the door
Because you have breached thethreshold, and that's what we
tell them.
Where's the invisible thresholdhere?

(42:43):
You cannot go past that withouta warrant or an exigent
circumstance, and because it'sloud and you can't hear them
does not give you the right todo that.

Speaker 3 (42:53):
So which Rob's town are we talking about?
Are we talking about Texas?
I don't know Rob's town, Texas.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
BS narcotics feed.
What Rob'sown are we referringto?
We're just curious.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
So we'll see if he says it, 10,000 if it's Texas.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
Well, if it's Texas, yeah, we got 10,000.
What if a Parks and Recsupervisor requests a CTW on a
homeless for consistentlyviolating park rules and camping
?
Ooh, that's out of mywheelhouse.
I don't know, I would think,because it's a public park.

Speaker 3 (43:30):
Yeah.
Well, and I think there'sprobably an ordinance involved
in it.
Yeah, like park ordinances.

Speaker 1 (43:37):
Yeah, maybe if there's some sort of city park
ordinance.
But I would tell you I'm notgoing to do that.
I'm going to refer it to theprosecutor and see if they want
to do it.
We'll call it a suspect case.
So I'll write it up, I'll writethe report.
I'm not going to trespass theguy, right then and there I'll
let the prosecutor decide andthen he'll put it on the

(43:57):
detective who will write the CTW, right.
So that's how I see that.
In other words, I'm going topass the buck, because that is
not in my purview and I don'tknow.
The answer to that that is thebeauty of being a cop is, if you
don't know, you can pass itdown the road.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
Well, did you see that bill that's been presented
in Texas to eliminate parkspolice officers in the state?
This has just been presentedand what are your feelings on
eliminating that department?

Speaker 1 (44:35):
They're eliminating.
What now?

Speaker 3 (44:37):
The park police Texas the parks police department,
Texas Parks Police.
I've never even heard of such athing.
Why would you need policexasthe parks uh, police department
texas parks?

Speaker 1 (44:42):
police.
I never even heard of such athing.
Why?

Speaker 3 (44:44):
would you need?

Speaker 1 (44:45):
police just for the parks.
Is that what?

Speaker 3 (44:49):
well, they are the ones that are employed at the
actual park facility to be thepolice officers on that in that
department.
Oh so they basically at onetime they were part of part
official wildlife, but nowthey've kind of been separated
and so they they manage, and arethe police on that, those
properties yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (45:12):
Um, sarge said he was training some airmen.
Yes, yes, I was.
Uh, let me see here, and yes, exactly why qualified immunity
needs to be abolished oh, theytry to suck you in every time
you get on here every time andlisten.

(45:34):
As of right now, I don't agree.
I'll tell you that I think itneeds to be tweaked, but not
abolished, just like defundingthe police.
I don't think defunding thepolice was going to work.
And then, lo and behold, it wasright, it didn't work.
It didn't work but it doesn'tmean my mind can't be changed.
Just need to hear that shitpresented a certain way I could
change my mind at the drop of ahat.

(45:57):
I am not married into how Ithink Easily can change my mind
with a good argument, but untilI hear a counter to the reasons
that I think it will cause someproblems.
But we'll save that for theQualified Immunity episode.
Sons of bitches, they alwaysget me going.

Speaker 3 (46:17):
I do want you guys to know that there is a whole
section of notes on things thatwe want discussed on that, so
like there's a whole page goingon, yeah, we literally have a
script.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
Not like to follow a script, but we have a whole like
.
These are the common questionsyou all say and ask and
statements you make.
So we want to make sure that, even when it happens, you guys
know that we're trying to covereverything that you've talked
about in the past because, yeah,I think it'll be a good episode

(46:51):
.
So, looking over at TikTokTikTok's pretty dead.
We don't have a lot offollowers on TikTok.
Instagram's pretty dead.
We got about eight people on it.
Come on Instagram, step up man,get your people over here, uh.
And if you guys are not aboutthose platforms, jump on youtube
or linkedin.
We're over there too.
But my sheriff's department hasdeputies that police the

(47:15):
national park.
That would be so fun.
I would love to be able to go.
You know, like, imagine if thatwas like your retirement gig
for your department, like you'reon your moonlight years.
You know you're about done.
That'd be the shit as long asyou don't fall off your bike.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
You know that would be embarrassing.

Speaker 1 (47:32):
Shoot, I'd be on a horse, for sure, for sure,
that's awesome.
Mr Billfold.
I'm going to run a studio andbe in on that debate.
I like it.
What did Patrick say?
I see people responding to him.
I missed it, patrick, I agreeon the.

(47:55):
What did he say?
I agree on the IA thing AcornNeeds an outside independent
source to investigate.
Thing Acorn needs an outsideindependent source to
investigate.
I think if you guys knew moreabout the process of IA it would
give you a lot better hope.
Smaller departments typicallydon't even have an IA.
They do defer it to statepolice.
So that's another positive.
But there's really good checksand balances.

(48:17):
Like where I'm at, we have apolice monitor and I actually
had her on the podcast so youcan hear her talk all about the
checks and balances there.
Um, you know you also got useof force review boards.
You got all these differentoutside things that can really
help keep things in check.
So I like it.
Um, board rumble we are onrumble, but we're not on rumble

(48:39):
right now.
Um, I've tried to get it tolike like I've linked it up.
I just don't know why it nevershows up when we go live, so I
just stopped doing it.
I think I need to read therules and figure out how to do
it, but where are we at?

Speaker 3 (48:56):
Gaines and Gaming said Texas Rangers will
investigate two for largeproblems.
So actually in my smalleragency we invite them in to
investigate almost any crimesthat's bigger than us and so
since they have the resources wedon't, they'll come in and be

(49:16):
kind of the investigator andthen we'll go track down things
that they need us to track downPlus, like, say, it's an
officer-involved shooting, theywill handle the whole
investigation and then ourdepartment will handle kind of
the internal side of it.
But then they come together atyou know, and keep their
information separate and thencome together at the end to give

(49:38):
it to the district attorneyyeah, um, acorn mag dump, ia
always says we investigatedourselves and found we did
nothing wrong, and that's where, again, I will disagree with you
.

Speaker 1 (49:52):
Um, a matter of fact, I actually shared a link I
think it was with mr billfold, where the officers of a
sheriff's department I think inSan Antonio maybe or something
like that in the county they'vearrested 16 of their own people
just in this last year and theyhad like three more that were on

(50:13):
the chopping block.
So that's what I'm saying islike you guys don't hear about
the officers that are gettingbusted by IA all the.
You guys don't hear about theofficers that are getting busted
by all the time.
You only hear about thecontroversial ones.
So I don't know what more youwould want.
I would want my you knowdepartment handling doing what

(50:36):
they're supposed to be doing.
So it's not that I'm saying thatit never happens.
I'm sure there have been goodold boy systems that have come
up or elapsed in theinvestigation in itself.
But I can tell you right nowI'm not getting fired for your
dumb assery and every IA guy Iknow they're the same way

(50:58):
because their investigation issubject to being looked at by
outside eyes anyway.
So if it does go awry and itends up going to trial, their IA
investigation is going to belooked at and if they find out
that they intentionally missedstuff or omitted stuff or
whatever, they're fired.
I'm not getting fired for somedude I don't know.
I mean, I might know your name,we may work at the same

(51:23):
department, but I ain't going tojail for you.
I'm not getting fired for you.
That's what I say.
Uh, jacob wesley, I keepwanting to say wesley.
Um, I will say this.
Like the audit video where thecops don't know the laws about
firearms and they get corrected.

(51:44):
I know most cops, unfortunately, don't know a lot of some of
these firearm laws, though.
Fair, I've seen some videos ofcops that don't know that stuff
and they sure as shit don't likebeing corrected in the field An
off-duty officer and thedispatcher, drunk, called
dispatch to avoid getting caughtDUI killed a pedestrian a year

(52:07):
ago and still working, neverarrested.
Dna matched the vehicle.
Okay, like I said, I didn't saythat it never happens, but it
is not this sweeping wave acrossthe nation that it's just
continuously gotten better andbetter.

(52:27):
That's been my experience.
There is a difference betweenIA finding wrongdoing when a cop
gets a DUI.
It's another when they sweepofficer abuses under the rug.
True, true, true, true, um.
Did you hear the 20 year duicandle in new mexico?

(52:49):
What?

Speaker 3 (52:51):
is that scandal?

Speaker 1 (52:54):
oh, maybe that's what he meant.
Scandal y'all.
I'm not speaking very welltonight.
If you't spell right, it'sreally going to be a bad combo.

Speaker 3 (53:03):
I don't know, I haven't heard that one.

Speaker 1 (53:05):
So I have not, and.

Speaker 3 (53:07):
I'm real close to New Mexico, so S and T.

Speaker 1 (53:10):
Was you asked about Venmo?
Agree, I said they should havebeen busted on site.
We would have been arrested onthe spot.
It does get in the weedssometimes when it involves
police, like the video of theyoung female officer trying to
pull her sergeant off of a dudeafter he used excessive force

(53:33):
and we had the discussion beforeand people are like, well, you
need to arrest him on the spot.
That depends One.
Guys, you need a victim.
Just because you said you wouldhave arrested that person on
the spot, I may have went andtalked to that female officer
and she's like no, I don't wantto do anything.
Can't arrest somebody thatdoesn't want to be a victim, not

(53:55):
on simple assault, at least inTexas.
So that's going to be aninvestigation.
Charges can still be filedthrough the DA, which is what's
going to happen.
Eric, red face, blue, smilingface, blue smiling what?

Speaker 3 (54:14):
That must be some.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
That's got to be some weird thing on YouTube that I
can't see.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
I'm looking for it now.

Speaker 1 (54:21):
Okay, you're grabbing it.
I was going to say.
I was like what is that?
Too funny.
Uh-oh country girl, everybody'sgoing to buy Patrick a beer.
I like it.
That's what I'm talking about.
Oh shit, be quiet.
Rainblood's here Can't quitesee.

(54:45):
It Is what it is.
Red face, blue face, higher, higher, little higher.
There we go.
Oh, okay, I got it.
Now I see Cornelius on there.
Yukon Cornelius Too.
Uconn Cornelius Too funny.

Speaker 3 (55:04):
I need a little refill y'all.

Speaker 1 (55:08):
I do have to work tomorrow.
Can't be too crazy tonight.

Speaker 3 (55:13):
Do you go in the same time every day or?

Speaker 1 (55:16):
is it different?
It does vary 8 o'clock tomorrow.
Some days it's like 5.45because we have PT, things like
that.
Marine blood.
Blast it.
You caught me, love it, marineblood.
Another one of our transplantsover there from Failure, stop

(55:36):
Podcast.

Speaker 3 (55:37):
I am on History.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
Yeah, go to your room .
Can you hear me?

Speaker 3 (55:45):
No, I have my earphones in.

Speaker 1 (55:48):
Just don't say Biggie Size again, and I can remain
sober tonight.
Am I a drinking game?

Speaker 3 (55:55):
You are.
Yeah, we've talked about that acouple times.
Yeah, Anytime you say BiggieSize, I have to take a shot.

Speaker 1 (56:04):
Oh Lord, I'm trying to stop saying uh, that's a new
one for me.
I've listened back to a coupleshows and I keep saying uh, uh,
uh.
It drives me up the wall.
I just wasn't cognizant that Iwas saying it so much.
Shotgun for fuck's sake, country girl, just looking at

(56:26):
the chat seeing what's going on.
Guys, give me one second hereChecking over on Instagram, you
should do a dating show episodeon here.
Oh Lord, mads Vanneken that's acool name, by the way.

Speaker 3 (56:41):
It is.

Speaker 1 (56:43):
I'm on both chairfors .
Oh, fucking Mr Billfolds onInstagram too, talking on our
chat.
He's trying to mess with me Toofunny.
Country Girl News says whatwere they saying about me?

(57:04):
Wade Lucero police are protectedby the city, which is a
corporation not owned by thepeople.
That's why there is no justice.
Google, when was my cityincorporated?
You're getting into the weedson me for that.
I can't help you with thatstuff.
I don't handle the civil sideof things.
What do we got here?

(57:29):
If an officer witnesses acitizen, attack a citizen, they
don't need a victim to presscharges.
Yes, they do.
How can a subordinate policeofficer choose not to be a
victim of an assault, but adomestic violence partner can?
So there is a slight differencethere.
Like in Texas, mutual combat.

(57:49):
I don't have to take anybody tojail.
If it was mutual combat, whichis more than likely going to be
what that police officer wasgoing to say.
No, no, I put my hands on himfirst and I don't want to press.
Try, I don't want nothing tocome of it.
Okay Is what it is.
It's going to get reported forsure.
And again, the prosecutor canchoose to pick up charges on

(58:12):
that if they want, but me as acop.
We're not making an arrest onsite.
We will suspect case.
It create the case, let thedetective work, it get all the
evidence together and thenpresent it to the DA and then
the DA will decide if they'regoing to press charges.
And normally what the DA isgoing to do is they're going to
reach out to your victim and say, hey, we want to move forward

(58:36):
with this case.
Are you going to be acooperative victim, slash
witness?
And if they say no, thenthey're not going to press
forward with that.
But if it becomes a felonywhere there's serious bodily
injury, then the cops can dosomething.
So if you guys are fighting andhe gets a good punch, knocks

(58:58):
you to the ground, and then allof a sudden he's putting boots
to your head and you're justcovered up.
Well, we get over there.
You got a concussion and brokennose and all this stuff.
That's different.
Now we can make an arrest onsight.
We don't need that person to bea victim.
However, again, it may still gothat way, it may still be.

(59:22):
We get you checked out bymedical.
Medical is going to release you.
We talk to you, hey, do youwant to press charges on this
guy and you're like no, I talkedshit to him, I touched his
girl's butt and I got what wascoming to me.
We're going to suspect case it.
So if you're not familiar withsuspect casing guys, this is
essentially what happens.
This is why you don't see anarrest right on the spot all the

(59:43):
time.
We're going to get all theevidence that we got.
We're going to collect all theinformation, get the witness
statements, get all that, putthe videos together, put it on
the report, give it to thedetective.
The detective is going to dofollow up, put it together and
see if they've got enough topush a case and if they're not
sure, they're going to reach outto the prosecutor and be like
here's what we got.

(01:00:03):
Do you want to press forwardwith this?
And the prosecutor is going tobe like yes, or find this out
for me, or I don't think we gotit, but let me reach out to the
victim and they'll reach out onelast time before they decide.
That is your discretion, thatyour prosecutors have discretion
.

Speaker 3 (01:00:22):
That your prosecutors have.
So Mr Billfold asked how is acop choking another cop not
disturbing the peace?
So and and you said it later, different states have different
laws, but in Texas, if thathappens, you still have to have
a complaining party.
An officer can't be thecomplaining party on that

(01:00:42):
situation.

Speaker 1 (01:00:44):
Right Yep.

Speaker 3 (01:00:47):
For it to become disturbing, the peace, yeah, or,
in Texas, disorderly conduct.

Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Yeah, but if it's a domestic, that's different.
Brian Thompson, he just timedup.
Yeah, we're thinking the sameway, brian.
Yeah, if it's a domestic, that's different, because now we
have people that live in thesame spot.
We can't separate you.
There's nothing we can do.
You both have a right to thatplace.
So we as the state can be likeall right, there appears to be

(01:01:16):
some violence going on.
So to prevent further violence,if it's just verbal, it's just
verbal, we can leave, we don'thave to arrest anybody.
If it's just verbal, it's justverbal, we can leave, we don't
have to arrest anybody.
But if there's signs ofviolence, we have to figure out
who the more aggressive party is.
I'm blanking on my wording forthat and we're going to take
them.
I will say yeah aggressor, yeah, the aggressor.

(01:01:39):
75% of the time it is the guy.
So, and even those, we takethem to jail, put the case
together.
That person's out within 24hours and the case is given to
the domestic violence detectives.
They'll try to forward it tothe prosecutor and your victim

(01:02:00):
won't be willing to prosecute.
So shout out to mag mag dump.
He said, using a warrant forMatt Thornton to appear on the
next live or 60 days in jail.
I love it.
Uh, ward Levine you down forsome mutual combat?
Yeah, anytime, brother.
I uh.
I don't think that would be agood day for you, ward.

Speaker 2 (01:02:22):
You know how much I've trained.

Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
I've been doing jiu-jitsu since 06.
I did judo before that and I'vebeen boxing the last two years.
So good luck, buddy.
I'm not trying to be cocky andI just got a 96 on my PT test.
So if I can't beat you up withtechnique, I will out-attrition
you.
Santiago, Ah, Santiago, Ibelieve that's Native American

(01:02:55):
for whale's vagina.
Or wait, no, that's San Diego.
Come on, guys.
Ron Burgundy joke.

Speaker 2 (01:03:05):
That was a good joke.
Oh, it was, it was yeah, thankyou.

Speaker 1 (01:03:10):
You're killing me, spalzer.
The OP was the OP.
I'm an idiot.
A cop was fired for going 89 towork and was pulled over by
another cop.
The cop going 80 left thetraffic stop.
Oh yeah, I did see that video.
That was Florida, I believe.
Yeah, he was hauling ass goingto work no lights, no sirens, in

(01:03:32):
a residential area and he was acity cop.
And the deputy comes up and waslike what the fuck's a fire bro
?
Like what's going on?
He's like I'm going to work, what do you want?
And the guy's like I need tosee your license and your
insurance now.
And he's like no, and he justfucking leaves.
So things like that.
Like can you arrest them rightthen?

(01:03:55):
And there you can Do.
You want to do, I want to fightwith somebody that is also
armed.
No, I'm not trying to do thatif I don't have to.
So try to take the easy route.
He's easy to identify.
You're going to know who he is.
Let's just go through theproper channels and get it
handled that way.

Speaker 3 (01:04:15):
That one's pretty easy to take care of because
generally you can make one phonecall and that one top to bottom
gets handled.

Speaker 1 (01:04:23):
And the car is going to tell on you.
Anyway, All you got to do isreport it.
The car is going to telleverything about you.
So I did watch a video todayfrom the civil civil, the civil
rights lawyer.
Have you ever heard of him?
I think I've showed his stuffon here before.
Alan the civil rights lawyer.
He's a badass.
He does, he does follow-up,which is what I like.

(01:04:45):
So the video I watched todaywas a follow-up.
I'll give you guys the rundownand you guys kind of chime in
and tell me what you think.
So guy gets pulled over and I'mtalking the dad of the dads.
I guarantee he had some newbalance shoes with grass stains,
like you know, a fanny pack,Like he was the dad of dads.
Like, when you see this guy andthe cops like comes up and he is

(01:05:07):
, he pulled him over because theguy was flashing his headlights
warning people of the speedtrap.
Oh, Jared Cosina's on what's up, brother?
He said I'm watching you fromVegas right now my man Shout out
to Jared.
So he's flashing his headlightswarning people that there's a

(01:05:28):
speed trap up ahead.
That's constitutionallyprotected, right?
I actually think there's aSupreme Court case on that or
there is some sort of circuitcourt case that's determined
that anyway Cop pulls him overfor that.
So the stop's already illegalBecause you can't pull him over
for that.
But he tells him that's what hepulls him over for.
Then he proceeds to write thisdude a bunch of tickets, and as

(01:05:50):
he's telling him all thesetickets he's writing, he tells
him one of the tickets that hecould take him to jail for was
for having an unsignedregistration.
Now in Texas we don't haveregistration cards, but in some
states they do Michigan, I think.
We have.
Oh, that's right, that's right, yeah, the guy just kind of
laughed, just like I did, likereally, dude, okay.

(01:06:11):
And the guy goes oh, is thatfunny?
Proceeds to make him get out ofthe car, puts him in cuffs and
arrests the guyun-fucking-believable right,
their, their sheriff doublesdown and like takes this
roundabout way of trying tojustify what that deputy was

(01:06:35):
doing instead of just owning itand there was no repercussions
to that deputy.
I'm like are you fuckingkidding me?
And then we, then we see guysin in this chat like you know,
mag dump and and, uh, countrygirl and mr bill fold and andy
fletcher and some of these otherguys that are like no, we see

(01:06:59):
this shit all the time.
And you're like I haven't heardof that but I'm not looking for
it either.
But since doing the podcast, I'dlook for it all the time.
Now, now I'm finding it and Ifind this one, because it was a
case that when I first saw itit's like one of the first
things I ever spoke out on I waslike this is bullshit, why, why
would you arrest a dude?
Like is the juice worth thesqueeze?
That's kind of where I startedusing that term.
A lot was based on that fuckingthing and the sheriff doubles

(01:07:24):
down and I'm like levine, isthat the one it is?
If that was one of your guys, what would you?
You fired, fired yep fired.
Goodbye, because not only youknow I, I will give you the uh,

(01:07:44):
I will give you the uh.
Mr billfold said yeah, eric, double down is why you earn all
the hate.
Yeah, like that, the doubledown deserves the hate.
Absolutely like I, I live inand die by the.
I screw up all the time.
I don't mind screwing up.
I actually learned a lot morewhen I screw up and I figure out
that I screwed up.

(01:08:05):
I don't have an ego and thepride to to try to double down.
And so, and even with this guy,for his initial stop, let's say
that he literally thought hehad the justification, like
maybe he thought that was likeokay, we have a training problem
, we'll get you in some trainingshit.
But you can't look me in theeye and tell me that you
arrested that guy for a justreason other than flexing your

(01:08:28):
power, which to me is abusingyour power and letting your ego
get in the way.
I don't have room for that.
I can't untrain that.
So you're going to get humbled, you're going to get fired.
Maybe another department picksyou up, maybe they don't, but
you're not going to get, you'renot getting by with me.
That ego shit should have beenchecked at the door the minute
you swore that oath and you putthe badge on.

(01:08:49):
That's just the way I look atit.
So I hold this to a highstandard.
So if you're a cop out thereand you're like, oh, you're a
fucking traitor, like no, okay,I mean you can think that, but
look at yourself in the mirrorand tell me that what I'm saying
isn't true.
I don't know any cops that areworth their salt.
They're going to tell me I'mwrong.

(01:09:10):
They may not like it.
No, levine, we should belooking out for our guys.
It's a tough job as it is Okay.
Yeah, do it when it'sappropriate.
Do it when it's appropriate Ifyour guys you know like.
I'll give you a good examplethat Michigan cop that pitted
that state trooper.
He pitted a car going the wrongway on the freeway.
He found an opportunity.
He pitted the car and he endsup getting suspended for like 90

(01:09:34):
days without pay or something.
That's a time you look out foryour brother.
That guy did the right thing, even though it was against
policy.
That guy did the right thing.
He saved lives.
We know the fatalities that wesee on the freeway from wrong
way, drunk drivers at night andyes, that person was drunk, so
so that, that's, that's how Isee I'll get off my soapbox.

Speaker 3 (01:09:56):
I'm sorry guys, sometimes I get on a tangent
that's why we have the show isbecause you have a tangent, so
we appreciate you having thattangent, yeah yeah I, I don't
know, am I way off?
I'm just no, I completely agreewith you.
I think you know I've beenwatching the chat and talking

(01:10:17):
about all the high beams and allthat kind of stuff and the one
thing that makes me think, youknow, I've spent some time on
the highway lately and all thecars have high beams now.
It's not like early on, youknow, when I was in high school
when you had like separate bulbsand things like that and you
were like man, I'm blinded now.
But I feel like that brand newLexus that comes driving by me.

(01:10:40):
I'm like God, I can't see.
And those were just the basicheadlights.

Speaker 1 (01:10:45):
And all of the trucks now are way bigger, I mean, and
taller.
So now the lights, you know, the cars didn't get any taller.
So if you're in a regular car, that light's coming right in
your eyeballs.
Um, that light's going right inyour eyeballs.
I don't like the way I said it.
The first time.

Speaker 3 (01:11:09):
I think you should take it I think you should say
biggie Size on that one, youshould have a drink on that one.

Speaker 1 (01:11:17):
We're going to Biggie Size this drink, guys.
Sorry, david Emerson, tell ushow you really feel.
Eric Wood, marine Bloods oh,I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:11:28):
No, you're good.

Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
Ward, that is true.
Way too many brights, especially the blue ones, and
what one did you highlight?

Speaker 3 (01:11:36):
Ryan Hosing?

Speaker 1 (01:11:37):
I don't see it.
Cops are putting people in acage because their feelings were
hurt.
I know, and that is somethingfor and this is good too,
because I actually have acoworker on here, ward, and you
guys see him in the chat all thetime.
So you haven't seen Ward get onhere and be like Levine.
You're a traitor to the blueside or anything like that.

(01:11:58):
We don't even work on the sameside of town.
So I'm trying to tell you guys,I'm not a one-off, I'm not a
one-of-a-kind where I work.
This is the majority, and I canonly say majority because I
don't know everybody.
But somebody went a littlecrazy.
Pravis, pravis got him amembership.

(01:12:20):
Who shot that out there?
Magdum, magdum, my man, acornMagdum, hey, walk around and

Speaker 3 (01:12:29):

Yes, he did, I like it.
There you go.

Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
Walk around and find out.
We haven't heard him chat in awhile, david, no, we haven't he
was so mad that he didn't getone that night yep, pravis tried
so hard um.

Speaker 3 (01:12:44):
Let's see who else j beam hard scrote do we need to
have, like, the top 10 names?
We do, we do we can do a showjust on the names.

Speaker 1 (01:13:00):
David Thompson got one.
Okay, cuckoo and MichelleDeClew Is that a real name?
That one's borderline MarineBlood?
I feel blinded.
Every time I pass a car, imagine the damage it's doing to
our eyes, no different than thedamage you probably got done to

(01:13:20):
your eyes in the marine corps.
Sir um, marine blood can't get agifted membership.
But somebody named hard screwgets like marine blood's been on
here since, like since marineor since mr billfold's been on
here and yeah, he just keepsmissing out.

(01:13:41):
Fuck around and find out poormarines.
You know I hate to say marinebloods.
Now I'm kind of rooting againstyou.
Like it's more fun the longeryou go and you don't get one.
It's kind of funny to me.
Uh, that's just the dark humor, sir um, if you guys are on our

(01:14:05):
instagram, guys don't forget tochat, say hey, um, let's give a
shout out while I'm getting arefill here.

he has this very fancy Sorry, oh, you're good.

(01:14:48):

It does help the page.
It gives you something tangible.

Speaker 3 (01:15:48):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (01:15:52):

It probably didn't.
No, it didn't.
It cut off again, it did it tothat first point.
Yeah, yep, yep, it took one.
I think it only lets us do somany in a stream, I don't know
why.
Sorry, harrison, we appreciatethe love, but yeah, it looks
like it only let you get one out.
Samuel Roberts got it.

(01:16:13):
I don't fucking understand,dude.

Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
Yeah, I don't know, like I don't know why it does
that?
Because there's not anysettings that we haven't set.

Speaker 1 (01:16:23):
Yeah, I looked at it the other day good, I don't know
marine bloods is like our saintjude's kid god, y'all are rude,
insert dramatic pain.
Look here, eric.

Speaker 3 (01:16:44):
That hurts me.
Oh shit.
T-ward says I'm going to take adrink every time Marine Blood
doesn't get a membership.

Speaker 1 (01:16:52):
Shoot, you won't make it through the show, bro.
You're going to be wasted fast.
Oh shit, that's too funny.
Well, I I wish I knew why itcuts off the memberships y'all.
Um see, oh and alan, by the way, we are over an hour and we're
still on instagram.

Speaker 3 (01:17:13):
is it still going?
Yeah, it's still going.
Okay cool, so it didn't cut off.

Speaker 1 (01:17:17):
Maybe they changed it .

Speaker 3 (01:17:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:17:22):
And to David Edmondson out there biggie size,
sir, biggie size, that's two, that's two.
Poor Marine Blood needs hiscrayons now.
He likes the red ones.
Oh, not gonna work.
Gifted but it.

Speaker 3 (01:17:41):
It says he gifted five memberships but nobody's
gonna get them somebody said theother day it was because that
was as many viewers as we had,and so it but that's not true,
because past that but that's nottrue, because the well, maybe
it is as many viewers as youhave, but people that weren't
viewing got memberships.
Right, right, yeah, I don'tknow, I know that's how it's

(01:18:05):
issued out, but I'm wondering ifit only lets you go to a
certain dollar amount for howmany viewers you have for how
many viewers you have?

Speaker 1 (01:18:15):
Yeah, I don't know.
David, bottoms up, don't sendmore gifts.
They will not go out to anyone.
It will refund them.
Yeah, I don't fuckingunderstand.
If anybody figures that out, please let me know.
I've tried to Google it.
I haven't found any definitiveanswers.
Even when I go look like I'lllook at it.

(01:18:38):
Right now I can look at thestudio on my phone and even now,
like memberships, I can see it.
There's nothing that's there'sno settings for it that limits
it.
It's got a limit to it, so Idon't get it.

(01:18:59):
It really sucks, because it itwould.
I think it would keep peoplemore interested knowing that
they had a membership yeah so Ijust want mb to get that
membership.
Devil dog Semper Fi Night mom.
My mom's going to bed.
Marines is going to eat theblack crayon because of

(01:19:24):
depression.
He's emo tonight it's his emocrayon Shenanigans.

Speaker 3 (01:19:28):
I like the word shenanigans yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:19:29):
Have you tried grokking it?
What does?

Speaker 3 (01:19:30):
that mean I'm scared to Google that yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:19:33):
Have you tried grokking it?
What does that mean?

Speaker 3 (01:19:37):
I'm scared to Google that, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:19:40):
What are you setting us up for?
Marine blood?
Am I going to get flagged bythe NSA?
Define grokking, let's seeGrokking, grokking.

Speaker 3 (01:19:54):
Empathize no, or communicate sympathetically
grokking empathize, no orcommunicate sympathetically to
understand profoundly andintentively oh, that's a good
word for a marine he googledthat shit.

Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
No.

Speaker 1 (01:20:12):
I get no respect.
Poor marine bloods, marinebloods.
He gets no respect.
I'm gonna message a friend whoworks at google as engineer.
Are we in portrait mode or ismy phone messed up?
No, we're in portrait mode, buddy, we uh, we're trying
something new yeah, we're tryingsomething new.
We want to get our instagramand our tiktoks going.

(01:20:32):
So, yes, yes, it's a littledifferent.

Speaker 3 (01:20:41):
Do you have your other camera turned on?

Speaker 1 (01:20:44):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:20:45):
Okay, I was just going to see what it looked like
with three cameras, if you did.

Speaker 1 (01:20:50):
I mean, I think I can turn on my.
Let me see here, add extracamera.
There you go.
I look washed out as shit.
Let me see.

Speaker 3 (01:21:10):
There you go.
I just keep stacking them, soit makes them smaller.

Speaker 1 (01:21:16):
I don't like.
Look how white I look.
Is that blow?

Speaker 3 (01:21:19):
up.
Doll supposed to be over therein the corner.

Speaker 1 (01:21:23):
Hey, it gets lonely in the room, bro, it's lonely
here.
Don't judge me, I am so lonelyRight.

Speaker 3 (01:21:35):
Oh, I better quit singing that song.
They're going to take us down.

Speaker 1 (01:21:41):
I know right, Uh-oh.
My cousin sent me a video Saidit's an 11-year-old's prank ends
in felony charges.
Curious what that's about.
Huh, I can't do anything aboutit.
Magdump, why do you?

Speaker 3 (01:21:57):
think TikTok hates free speech.
I'm just curious.

Speaker 1 (01:22:03):
Oh, they absolutely do.
Like that video I showedearlier.
If I hadn't blurred out thatportion, that would have got me
a strike for sure, really Okay,oh yeah, would have got me a
strike for sure, really Okay, ohyeah, would have got me a
strike for sure.
Yeah, I've.
I am on the cusp all the timeof getting banned from Tik TOK
because I'm not thinking aboutit and I'll post, like what I

(01:22:25):
post on everything else, andthen Tik TOK will flag me and
they're like Nope, that's astrike.
And I'm like fuck, and I'vebeen banned.
Not banned, but um just like howwe had the, the youtube ban,
that one time, right same time Icouldn't do anything on tiktok
for like 30 days or somethinglike that.
Yeah, I got.
Yeah, copyright strikes.
Yeah, that's another one.
Yeah, I've.

(01:22:47):
Uh, that's the thing, man, likeyoutube's cool about copyright
stuff.
Most of the time, like I'll doit accidentally, not knowing I
have something that'scopywritten and they'll they
just will block it and so youcan take it down.
It doesn't count as a strikeagainst you, which I think
that's fair.
That's how it should be.
Most of the time where I getcopyright strikes is the music,

(01:23:08):
because I always try to putmusic to the the shorts right
and when I put the music to theshorts, sometimes it's a song
and it passes all my checksbecause I the thing I used to
edit has like a copyright check.
So I'll run it through thereand it tells me yep, it's good
to go, but then it gets onyoutube and youtube's like no,
but it's good on everything else.
So youtube's really strict oncopyright for sure.

(01:23:29):
But we you know, I've been Iuse clapper.
So if you guys are like thefuck is clapper?
It's supposed to be thereplacement for um, it's the
replacement for tiktok, but itreally hasn't come to fruition
um, I just don't know that theydid a good job on that name,

(01:23:50):
though I know, I know, uh.
Chaplainplain Campbell onInstagram said Eric, how can I
get a patch for one of mylieutenants LTs?

(01:24:10):

Instagram Maniac Monty saidwhat are your thoughts on
corrections officer?
I'm kind of at the point whereI'm thinking maybe I should jump

(01:24:34):
over to police.
Kind of at the point where I'mthinking maybe I should jump
over to police.
What has held me back is I feelthat I would make a better
corrections officer.
It depends on what you want todo.
I'll put it that way.
My thoughts on correctionsofficers is they have a coming
to Jesus that's about to hitthem.
I think there has been too manythings going wrong in the

(01:24:57):
corrections world that they areabout to undergo major overhaul.
That's just the writing on thewall to me.
But if police work is whatyou're looking to do, go be a
cop.
You just got to figure out whattype of police work it is you
want to do?
Do you want to handle calls?
Do you want to get calls forservice all the time?
If you're a person that wantsto shag calls, go be a city cop

(01:25:22):
or maybe even a deputy, but ifyou're a deputy, you're probably
going to be a CEO, first anywayin the jails, and then earn
your way out to the street.
It looks like our TikTok.
Can you still hear me?
Yeah, I hear you.
I think I have a lag going.

Speaker 3 (01:25:45):
Yeah you're pausing a little sooner than you had been
, so it was like every 10minutes, and now it's every
couple of minutes.

Speaker 1 (01:26:01):
Too many people are logging in to watch something at
the base.
Yeah, you're probably right.
But yeah, if you want to be acop man, you've got to figure
out what you want to do.
If you want to write ticketsand be on the freeway all day,
go be a state cop.
That's what I got for that.
I need some two-cops, some twocops, one donut toilet paper for
when I sit with hey, come onnow.

Speaker 3 (01:26:22):
You know we were, we were being friends and we were
being all nice and um.
So there you know.
I actually truly believe thatyou know, especially if you're
not going to a big agency orgoing to a very long FTO slash

(01:26:43):
academy phase, I think youshould be forced to go work in a
jail world to learn how theytalk to you and how they treat
you and how they how.
You have to learn how to talkto people that are locked up
because they'll take advantageof you and you have to learn how
to work through that andcommunicate new skills before

(01:27:06):
you come out on the street, because you need to know how to
talk to people.
And you've said it a milliontimes, you know we don't the
this, this, the this generationof kids coming up.
They don't know how to talk topeople, santiago.

Speaker 1 (01:27:22):
He said the base is watching Two Cops One Donut.
I don't think that's what'sgoing on.
Real men sit when we pee Facts.
I will sit to pee if I'm tryingto keep the splash silenced.
If I'm trying to do a stealthpee Facts, I will sit to pee if
I'm trying to keep the splashsilenced.
If I'm trying to do a stealthpee, so to speak.
I need a big fat TCOD hoodie.

(01:27:45):
I know we've talked about thatbefore.
Man, I am having connectionissues like crazy.
I can see it.
Maybe we should call it Alanwhile we're having some
connection issues.

Speaker 3 (01:28:00):
It was fun.
I'm glad I saw you log in.
It was a good time.

Speaker 1 (01:28:06):

what I wanted.

He's like I just signed on.
Been a few weeks.
What did you pin on your chest?

(01:29:13):
They're looking at your badgethere.

Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
Yeah, that's why I was holding it up.

Speaker 1 (01:29:17):
Oh, I got you, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Magdump said that RiversideCounty, California, Sheriff
deputies do not work at theirjail.
So yeah, it does vary at yoursheriff's departments, at your

(01:29:37):
sheriff's departments, but, man,it just yeah.
To that person that was asking,I would love to tell you to
figure out what it is you'reinterested in and then decide
how to deal with it.
David Fitboost on Instagramsaid how do you emotionally
process putting your life on theline to help someone only to
have them spew vitriolafterwards?

(01:29:57):
I just I don't take it personal.
I doesn't matter if you hatecops.
You love cops.
For me, I'm just going to dowhat's right.
If I feel it's right, I'm goingto go do it.
It's really how I deal with it.

Speaker 3 (01:30:20):
You have to have your mind right when you go into it.
If you're doing it for theright reasons, it doesn't matter
what somebody says about you.

Speaker 1 (01:30:27):
Yeah, it's the emotional intelligence side.
I'm very comfortable with who Iam and why I do what I do.
It doesn't matter what you say.
I love being a cop and I wouldcall an era right now that being
a cop is not a popular thing.
I know a lot of cops that don'teven tell other people they
don't know that they're cops.
Or I go around bragging aboutit because I love it.

(01:30:49):
I think it's fun.
Andy Fletcher hit the likebutton.
My man, my man, appreciate it,think it's fun.
Andy fletcher hit the likebutton.
My man, my man, appreciate itguys.
So, all right, I've got nothingelse.
I think we're out.
We're rated.
An hour and a half.
That was a pretty good, goodtime.
You know what I think?
Was it that second video camerathat maybe slowed us down?

(01:31:11):
yeah, maybe that might havecaused some of the lag that we
were getting, because now you'vecalmed down.
Yeah, I was going to say itseems to be running smoother now
, doesn't it?
Yep?
So Nina Sandra said I love LEOs, us military brat Respect.
Too many bad cops are pissingoff the public Agreed, agreed.

(01:31:34):
But that's why we're trying tocounter it with good cops.
That's what we're doing, butall right, guys, I got nothing
else.
Everybody.
