Unconscious tendencies, for most, involve a past built from our parents' unconscious tendencies. Into adulthood, most never evaluate (pain, rejection, betrayal, victimhood, self-destruction, & and self-abandonment). This ignorant dilemma is at the expense of our own autonomy that we forget is rightfully ours. With free will, which many forget the power and magic, we are capable of creating whole new identities that are authentic to the desires of ourselves, not from the ones we were made of, the ones rooted in generational trauma and abuse that weren't even our identities to begin with, but many remain intact due to fear, a truly innocent ignorance and reluctance to feel painful emotions from our past.
