In this episode I break down the process of eating consciously. Eating consciously embodies a combination of intuition, knowledge and understanding to provide your body with everything that it needs to thrive, mind body and soul.
If you struggle with emotional eating, yo-yo dieting or strict food rules you would probably feel familiar with going into auto pilot, eating past the point of fullness and never feeling quite satisfied. This is where conscious eating was born for me.
Thankfully, I had gained a lot of knowledge throughout my years of study that allow me to transition into this process easier, so I wanted to share some of these tips with you in this episode!
