Remembering why you started when the journey feels long
Knowing you are deeply lovedâeven on the hard days

Embracing rest as sacred, not earned

Choosing how you show upâevery single day
Forgiving and letting goâbecause freedom is better
Finding a mentor, coach, and friend (and knowing theyâre not the same)
