Pas aan het eind van een jaar nemen we de tijd om te reflecteren over wat is geweest. Echter dit jaar heeft Covid ons gedwongen geleerd om vaker rust en stilte op te zoeken. Ons terdege bewust van gemaakt om de verbinding met onszelf op te zoeken. En bij het op zoek gaan naar die verbinding kom je die enorme stilte tegen. Stilte is een immense ruimte in me. Die ruimte is gevuld met eenheid, samenhorigheid, liefde. Als ik heel stil ben, voel ik in mijn onderbuik een soort trilling die ik omschrijf als pure verlichting. Het zit er altijd, maar als ik afgeleid ben, voel ik het niet. Die buiktrilling is mijn zuivere kompas. Als ik iets wil beslissen, kan mijn hoofd van alles bedenken met zijn dubbele agenda. Maar als ik puur onvoorwaardelijk wil leven, laat ik mijn hart en mijn onderbuik spreken.
