Next week will be one year since I started performing standup comedy here in Tulum and it has been a wild ride with a lot of unexpected benefits.
I want you to think about ways that you can learn resilience too.
So I'm going to tell you a little bit about my standup journey, what I've learned and leave you with some takeaways about how you can think about creative outlets as a way to overcome your perfectionism and enjoy something that you never thought you might do before.
