Acting on a tip from a compromised FBI agent, Bulger went on the run and was able to evade capture for sixteen years. That is until… our guest today, Neil Sullivan, a deputy U.S. Marshal, joined the FBI’s Bulger Fugitive Task Force. With a two million dollar reward on his head, Bulger’s days were numbered.
