Kathryn Plummer, Professional Volleyball Player, Member of the U.S Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Teams, former Division I Student-Athlete at Stanford University, and 3x National Champion, describes her journey in sport in 3 words: bumpy, competitive, and growth. In her collegiate career, Kathryn collected honors such as NCAA Final Four Most Outstanding player, and espnW’s First Team All-American and National Player of the Year. Kathryn plans to travel overseas this season and play volleyball in a professional league in Japan. Today, she shares her incredible journey in sport and offers a powerful perspective on being vulnerable and asking for help. She also reminds us all to embrace our athletic bodies and to be positive and gentle with ourselves.
