Gwen Jorgensen, professional marathoner and Gold Medalist in the triathlon at the 2016 Rio Olympics, as well as 17-time ITU World Triathlon Series Winner, shares her journey in sports. Gwen shares the importance of taking care of your body, physically and mentally in order to have longevity in the sport.
