Holding the Upper & Underworld at the Same time, Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation & Reiki Circle

This episode is a bit of a two-in-one. In it, we start by talking about the New Year and how the timing of it can very much contrast with the actual season of winter, which is more of an invitation for stillness, contemplation, death, and dying. We also talk about the importance of allowing ourselves to be with these emotions and the importance of holding nuance, especially when we are in deeply alchemical periods in our lives.

From there, I share the recording of my most recent Meditation & Reiki Circle where we talked and meditated on gratitude and appreciation. If you'd like to receive the Reiki energy from the meditation, set the intention to and say inwardly or aloud that you're open to receive.
