In this episode, we have a loving conversation about healing the abandonment and neglect wound. We briefly overview what chakras these wounds affect and dive into the importance of being with the real memories and feelings within the body that haven't had the chance to fully be expressed, in addition to some ways we can start to give ourselves this space. On top of this, I also share some personal stories to illustrate what's possible.
