stuff, like the stuff that youcan Google the stuff that you

women needed to make millionsand millions of dollars, more
women would be making millionsand millions of dollars. And so
there's so much that is notbeing talked about not being
worked through, which I dobelieve wholeheartedly is the

biggest barrier for womenbecause we're resourceful AF if
we want to figure a system out,or a software out or a strategy,
like we're gonna we're gonnafind the way. And so it's it's
the really the invisible stuffthat really blocks you from so
much fucking money. And that'sreally what we're going to be

talking a lot about this weekduring the birthday bash. And of
course, we'll totally dive intothe fun, you know, sales and
marketing strategies, because Ican't help myself, I do love
those too. And just in all thehours I don't even I've lost
track of how many women I'veworked with how many hours I

have, like been on calls withpeople, like it's too much to
count. And so I have just such adeep knowing and understanding
of this world. And the beautifulpart about talking to women
privately, is they really deeplyopen up to you like maybe you
and I have been on a call. Andit's just been so beautiful

because that one on one support.
You can't beat it. Like you havethis beautiful container, this
private space where you can justalmost stand naked in front of
somebody and be like, yeah, hereare all of my deepest fears and
challenges and it I want tobreak through it. Right and so I
understand that that can alsofeel still very scary. And you

like I what I have found evenwith like my coaches is you get
to a point where you just don'twant to hold it anymore. Right?
Your palms are sweaty, it'sheavy. It's slowing you down.
And the minute you can get tothat moment, that place of Yes,
where you you are no longeravailable to hold the heaviness

even if you can't really fullyarticulate what the heaviness is
or why it's there. You'rewilling to unpack it, right. And
that is a beautiful, like, trulyQuantum Leap moment, because
it's the catalyst to so muchmore, I'll never forget, I think
it was about eight years now,ago before I had kids. And we

were newly married. So it wasprobably like about seven years
ago, actually, like, seven toseven and a half, because we're
almost at our eight yearanniversary. Not that it like
exactly matters, but it isimportant to like, as much as I
can be accurate. So we'll justsay, seven and a half to like,

meet myself at the middle. ButI'll never forget, I was in a
leadership program that was verymuch emotional intelligence
base. And one, I signed up tosupport a friend, which is such
a cute reason why, like, I wantto be there for my friend,
right. And so I went mainly forher. Little did I know, I would

stand in front of that group ofpeople and say, I'm going to
leave the nonprofit that Istarted. And I have no idea what
I'm going to do next. Right. Andso that heaviness that I was
feeling, I knew my authenticself, my wealthiest self, I
don't even think I used thatword ever in my vocabulary,
(06:08):
seven and a half years ago, butI do now. And so like, that
identity of me knew there wasmore. And although I didn't know
fully, to the magnitude of whatit was going to be, I knew that
it was there, right? It's like,kind of like when you can pick
up somebody's energy. Good orbad like it, but you're like,
(06:30):
Oh, I, I don't know what thislooks like. But I can feel it
right. And so that, like when weget to the point of like, you're
ready to put it down, whateverit is, an unpack it is the
catalyst to everything youdesire, and so much more. And so
really, what I want to talk toyou about today, on the birthday
(06:52):
bash series is your desire towant more not need more. And the
hardest part about this is youmay, quote unquote, need more,
right? Maybe you have debt thatyou want to knock out, maybe
your significant other is payingmore of the bills right now. And
you really need to make more oryou want to leave your job. So
(07:15):
you need to make more or maybefor you, you want to go on a big
trip. So you need the money,right? And so yes, logically,
that is true. And there's alwaysgoing to be a logical need for
money, no matter how much moneyyou're bringing in, right? Like,
there's always there's alwaysgoing to be something in the
(07:37):
best way possible, right? Buthere's the shift I want you to
create today, if you're ready,and I believe in you. So you can
decide that you need the money.
Here's the caveat to that. Whenwe come from a need energy, it
is very desperate. It is veryheavy, it is very lack mindset,
(08:00):
meaning that you need it sobadly, right? Like, it feels
like almost like maybe you wenton a date with somebody and you
didn't love the date. And thenthey're like blowing you up like
crazy. And you're like, ah,like, just leave me alone. Or
maybe you're on maybe you'vebeen the person on the flip
(08:21):
side, where you're contactingthat person, right? Because
you're like, I thought we had agreat time, right? And you're
like, contacting them andcontacting them and maybe you
show up somewhere to like,because you know, they're gonna
be there or vice versa. If it'slike that person did it. It's
(08:42):
very needy, right? And it's notattractive, like, you're not
gonna, like immediately, like,let's say the person is doing it
to you. Because that's like amore playful situation. So like,
that person's being reallyneedy. Do you ever go, Oh my
gosh, you just need me so muchlike, okay, like, Let's get
(09:04):
married and have babies right?
No, it's gross, right? Likeyou're not attracted to it,
right? It's not attractive. Andon the flip side, like people
don't want to be like ignoredbut there is like this
playfulness and flirtiness let'ssay you go on an amazing date
that it was like, I want to behere. Oh my gosh, this is so

freakin good. Like oh, are theygonna kiss me like it's just so
different? It's a wholedifferent vibe and then like
maybe that personyou know kisses you can night
and it's the best kiss ever. Andthat's all you can think about
and you have like the best sleepever. You thought I was gonna

say something else, didn't you?
But you have the best sleepever. And then they like call
you in the morning just reallyquickly. Like don't take a bunch
of your time right there. It'snot this need energy. It's this
one energy and you answerbecause you wanted to write and

then maybe a couple days laterthey Send flowers because they
wanted to. And it's like, oh,yes, like, this feels so good.
So the vibe is so different. Itis a one to one energy on both
sides. This is what we want formoney. And with you. So it's
still the same scenario ofdating somebody, but the vibe is
(10:30):
so different. And so no matterwhere you're at right now, in
your money journey, you cancreate this. Absolutely,
absolutely. And we really wantto focus on the energetics of
money first, because you holdall the power, no matter what is
in your bank account, right now,there are people that have
(10:51):
millions of dollars in theirbank account, and they actually
have need energy, very lack veryscarcity. And it's a different
vibe, there are people that have$1,000 in their bank account,
and they're like, I am rich, AF, right. And they're just
living their best life. And it'samazing. So it does not matter.
(11:13):
Okay, what is actually in yourbank account right now, what
your business is bringing inwhat your salary is, how much
debt you do, or don't have. Noneof that matters right now, when
we are working first, on theenergetics of money and you. And
so to give you a practical,practical example, I really want
(11:34):
you to tap into, do you havewant energy when you are
spending money, meaning it feelsvery, very good, and very
exciting to spend money, right?
There's no like feeling in it.
And then do you also have oneenergy when you're receiving
money, right, your paycheck?
Maybe somebody gives you a giftpays for your lunch, or a new
(11:55):
client pays their invoice Are welike actively promoting your
offers online or your productsor whatever you've got going on.
Because that's the one energyyou're choosing, right? One,
two, energy is all choice. Andit all feels good all the time.
And it's so possible, and youmay be sitting there or driving
(12:16):
and be like, there is no way inLA that it can be all the time.
Everything is a choice.
Everything is perspective.
Everything can be shifted,everything can be different. And
immediately when you say so. Andso even if you find yourself
getting nervous to spend money.
(12:37):
It's not to say oh my gosh,Nellie, I'm not perfect. And I
just messed up, you said I canget there all the time, there's
no hope for me, you can stillhave it all the time. Because
this, the situation is not over.
Until you say it's over. Right.
So like, let's say you're atTarget. This was me. years ago
(12:59):
in college, I had such a lackmindset, a need energy. And it
was so real because I wasworking multiple jobs, I was
trying to like pay for college,like I was so overwhelmed and in
over my head drowning. And noteven fully knowing I was
drowning, but like, you know,the feeling. So even if you
(13:19):
don't say I'm drowning, ifyou're in water truly drowning,
you're drowning, right? And so Ihad so much of that around me.
And so like when I was with myfriends at Target, I had so much
anxiety spending money, thateven when I started to make
money, I would go into Targetand get triggered, right? Like,
(13:41):
I'm like, Why? Why is thishappening? Like, I have money
like, it's okay, it's safe forme to spend money at Target,
right. And so we can workthrough all of this slowly, and
it feels so good. But the firststep is acknowledging, you've
got some work to do, whetherit's receiving money, or giving
(14:02):
money and giving money meanslike spending money, it doesn't
mean just to charity, it's likegiving money away. And that is
truly like basic money. 101 isgiving and receiving money is
not meant to just stay inaccount all of it, right? Like,
obviously we want money to workfor you. And also, I don't want
(14:23):
you to be that millionairemultimillionaire billionaire,
like there's no cap on yourpotential. I don't want you to
be I don't want you to be at anylevel of money and feel unsafe.
Right. And so this is the powerof the energetics of no matter
where you're at right now.
There's always room to grow. Andyou can immediately shift your
(14:44):
energy so I'll give you a verypowerful example. I was getting
annoyed when I kept pulling outmy credit card. This is a very
recent example. For like littlethings like Starbucks or Panera
or Like we're grabbing smoothiesreally quickly, like little
things. And it just annoyed mebecause it's hard for my ADHD
(15:06):
brain to know like, oh my gosh,am I in budget for, you know,
what I would like to spend forfood? And entertainment? Or
like, or am I not? And I can'talways sit down in the season of
life to like, go through thecredit card statement and add
things up. And so I kept swipingand kept swiping and kept
(15:28):
swiping. So even though thesituation was complete, like the
scene, if you will, it's notover until you say it's over.
Write. So there, there's alwaysan opportunity to choose again.
Okay, so I went to work becauseI am a believer, like, I embody
this work, and I teach it. Andthat's why I know it works all
(15:49):
the time. And so I said, Whatwould feel better, I'm gonna
choose again, what would feelbetter. And I was like, I would
love to pull out cash, and keepit in my wallet. Wealthy, Nelly
has cash always, no matter howmuch is in there, like, she has
cash. And it has felt, oh mygosh, unbelievably, juicy, sexy,
(16:10):
thrilling, and powering. Like, Ieven went to Tim Hortons this
morning and opened up my wallet,got a $10 bill out, I even
peeked to see like where I'm atwith the amount of cash that
they pulled out. And I it's beensuch a fun game of stretching, I
pulled out like 200 bucks. Ihave stretched that to under
(16:32):
bucks. And I've been able tolike guilt free. Spend it right.
And so this is the power ofbeing more aware of your
feelings with giving andreceiving money, that we really
can't continue to work throughit. Okay, and not apologize for
it and enjoy the process. Okay,so I really want you to tap in
(16:53):
to see what feels like therecould be some room to grow. And
I would obviously totally picksomething specifically because
if we if we stay in the grayarea of like, yeah, like, a lot
of it doesn't feel good. It'stoo big. It's too abstract. So
like, think about giving money,meaning spending money, like
(17:14):
giving money out away, right?
Whether you swipe your card, youcash, how does that feel? And
also how does it feel to receivemoney, I have always felt so
much better receiving money.
Like, I love making money. Andwhat I've had to really work on
is being safe and feeling goodabout spending it, investing it,
(17:36):
growing it right, that has beenreally where I've been focusing
more of my time and attention onbecause I know that's where I
have more room to grow. Sothat's what I really want you to
step back and think about today,like which side gets to have
more one energy and then zoomreally far in on what is a small
(17:58):
money move that you can maketoday. Because that is my goal
through the Birthday Bash isyou're making one money move a
day, as I'm like coaching youand supporting you. And then my
invitation to you is to apply tobe one of my VIP clients, I have
decided to really zoom in myselfand really go deep with a small

group of women, and customizinga plan for each of them. That
fully aligns with their needs,their wants, their desires, and
also their learning style andenergy and time capacity. And I

alignment with where you're atand where you're heading. And it
is in energetic agreement of ayear at a time. And it grows

thought this would feel good andit doesn't. So it's like a
beautiful, flexible containerbut energetically you are
committing to growing and havingsupport for a full year of
transformation. And so I havenot seen this done. Like if you
have seen this done, I wouldlove to know because I have not

seen it done. And I'm soexcited. Like I've seen
obviously people haveapplications but not in this
away. And I'm just so excited tobe at least one of the
trailblazers online. So often Ifind people getting decision
fatigue of like, should I have aone on one coach, I'd be in a
mastermind should I buy thatcourse. And then you start to
(19:47):
spend a lot of money and thenyou're not really maximizing it
and using it and you're kind oflost in the sauce. And so I've
just decided At what has felt sogood to me. So this is another
money move, I suppose, becauseit wasn't feeling great how I
was presenting offers, and I waslike, You know what would feel
(20:09):
so good, really having a smallgroup of women individually like
those to still be like acommunity feel. But we are
individually creating plans andhaving accountability for each
and every woman that we areworking with, and really
tracking their success andhelping them get there. So I'm
(20:29):
super pumped, you'll very rarelyI don't want to say never. But
it'll be very rare that you seeme promote a very specific
offer. This is now my main focusof applying, like apply to work
