Systems can absolutely be abuzzword nowadays, like you need
systems, you need systems, youneed systems. And it can be
absolutely overwhelming. Thishas been the most challenging

category for me, like I can talksales and marketing all day
every day. I can talk mindsetsystems are very challenging for
me. And equally, I know how lifechanging that they are. And so I
have a different perspective onsystems that I want to talk to
you about in regards to makingmore money. And of course, like

we're here to work less and makemore. So in order to work less
systems are your your BFF. Inorder to do this, with ease,
flow and fun. So often, we areexhausted, we are adding so much
to our to do list, we have a todo list that is in multiple
locations, we are justoverwhelmed and overstimulated

and there's so much going on.
And so as somebody that isgetting certified in ADHD, I'm
learning so much. And althoughsystems and you can like really
use systems as like,organizational, operational
processes, right, becausesystems aren't necessarily
always software software ishelpful and follows a certain
(02:42):
system. But it's truly like theframework, the procedure of how
something is done. So that way,it's a recipe to rinse and
repeat over and over and overagain. So what I would love to
work on with you today is reallythinking about that offer that
you are going all in on. And ofcourse you are working on making
(03:04):
the experience even moremagical. And then I would brain
dump, what systems do you needin place to really help this
offer? make you a lot of money,right? And do it with ease flow
and fun. So it doesn't overwhelmyou and stress you out. I think
it really is important. So youcan think of software, right?

Like, do we need to brain dump ato do list and make deadlines by
when are we going to doeverything right reverse
engineering, that launch, if youwill content planning, we need a
system around that. We will alsowant to look look at like, Okay,
how are people going to pay? Arethey going to be on a sales
(03:50):
page? Are you sending proposals?
Do we have a template for thoseproposals? If they are going to
a sales page, do we need a videofor it? Do we need to update
right? And I don't say all ofthese things to like overwhelm
you. It's just to really startto think about getting

everything organized, gettingeverything planned and prepared.
So you feel really, really good.
And at the end of the day, Iwould decide one system that you
feel you feel like you need solike, as I've been going through
the VIP process. There's a lotof different things. When I had
my VIP day with my friend Holly.

We did like a pure VIP day andit was so fun. And I even told
her I said I can see my gaps andmy business like they're so
clear to me like there aredefinitely some room for
improvement. And it doesn't feelShamy or bad like it's a part of
business no matter what you do.
And it's such an opportunity todo Do them like I have full

control over this. So it'sreally, really motivating to me
to really get this all organizedand plan and prepare as if it's
going to happen. Because it isgoing to happen. I can't control
when, but I can't control, justlike we talked about the other
day, I can absolutely controlwhat I do, right, the steps that

I take, and making sure that Idon't feel overwhelmed and
stressed is a very importantthing to me, especially with two
young children, there's alreadyso much unpredictability there.
So I would prefer my business tobe as easy as possible, because
I don't have the time or energyto make it stressful, which is

actually a really good thing.
Like, I've thought recently howmuch my eight month old Boone is
such a miracle because he hasreally helped me look at just
life and business and what'simportant to me on just a deeper
level than I feel like I waspaying attention to before and
(06:07):
so I one of our retreats back inMarch, when we went to
Nashville, I had an amazingguest speaker, Monica Schneider,
she's awesome. And she really islike the system's guru. I have
lots of friends and clients thatare systems like systems guru
gurus, so Monica is a great one.
And then Carolee is one of myamazing clients as well. And

she's loves systems and and isalso neurodivergent friendly,
which is great because ADHD isthey need systems we need
structure, right? It doesn'tcome as easy to us, but we
really do. We do appreciatethem. I've got a sick kiddo next
to me. So I want you to braindump. Everything you feel like

you need and then pick onesystem. And let's get er done
