In this episode of Wake Up with Patti Katter, host Patti Katter welcomes Amy Robbins, the CEO and Co-founder of Alexo Athletica and a dedicated advocate for women’s self-reliance, firearm safety, and empowerment.

Amy shares her journey from hosting lifestyle TV shows to recognizing a gap in the market—the need for stylish, functional activewear that allows women to carry with confidence. As an avid runner who experienced safety concerns while training, Amy obtained her License to Carry and quickly realized that traditional options for concealed carry in athletic wear were uncomfortable and impractical. In 2017, she founded Alexo Athletica, providing a solution that merges fashion, function, and personal security.

Beyond her work in the apparel industry, Amy also discusses her involvement with Parler, a platform dedicated to free speech and privacy, and its integration with blockchain technology to foster a decentralized and transparent digital space.

Welcome to wake up with Patty katter Patty katter, a place
where light overcomes darkness here we share powerful stories
of people who embraced their strength and came out on top.
Get ready to wake up, discover your purpose and wise Hello.

(00:24):
Everybody you're listening to wake up with Patti Catter again,
and I am Patti Catter. I have Amy Robbins with me today
from Parler. Yeah.
Parler's back, everybody you didn't know.
So exciting. I want you to tell me a little
bit more about Parler. And for those listening who
don't even know about it, maybe.Actually, OK, so that's a great
place to start. So before I tell you what we're

(00:45):
doing, let me give you the little back story on what
happened to Parler. A lot of people in your audience
are probably aware of what happened, but they may not know
like the details. So because that was me before I
started working with the new parlor, I remember being a user.
It was 20. I guess it was 2020 or 20.
Yeah, right, right around. Okay.
Remember, President Trump got kicked off of Twitter?

(01:07):
When that happened, the social media world just went into a
frenzy because we were really starting to notice major
suppression. Censorship accounts, especially
that were very biased towards conservative accounts, were
getting flagged for misinformation, election
interference, you name it. Whatever excuse they were
wanting to use to to suppress people, right?

(01:29):
So then the unthinkable happens.A sitting president gets removed
from a social media platform. So everyone was looking for an
alternative. Where do we go that we can have
freedom of expression, where we can speak freely and not get
deplatformed? Parlor had been around for a
couple of years, but it really got notoriety during that time.
So overnight they were the fastest growing app in the App

(01:50):
Store, gained 20 million followers in a matter of just a
couple of short weeks, and then the unthinkable happens.
And they were a part of one of the largest coordinated
censorship attacks in America. So what was happening on the
back end is that AWS, Google, and Apple colluded together and
decided that Parlor was the app that was being used to

(02:13):
coordinate the January 6th attacks, which is absolutely
ridiculous because it was happening on other platforms
too. But they decided that they
didn't like this platform and they silenced 20 million people
overnight by kicking them out ofthe App Store.
And then AWS took off their cloud server.
So the company died. It went from like a billion

(02:33):
dollar valuation to nothing overnight and instantly 20
million people were silenced. Isn't it hard to?
Believe that they were able to even do that, right?
It is, I mean, you think about, you think in America that
everyone upholds the beliefs andthe like, the core beliefs that
we have that fundamentally we are, you know, have the right to
freedom of speech. And it's not true.

(02:54):
We're starting to see more and more now.
And it was, we had a sneaky suspicion that the government
was probably behind it in some ways.
And those suspicions were actually just confirmed last
couple of weeks. It was really interesting when
all the US aid scandal information was coming out, we
read a report that the National Science Foundation, OK, which is

(03:17):
supposed to be an organization that further promotes the
advancement of science, got a 740,000 ish grant from the
government. They turned around and used that
money they paid Stanford Institute to do a research paper
targeted towards Parlor. We have now found out that that

(03:38):
is the report that was used by AWS, Google and Apple to justify
taking Parlor off of their app. I mean, I wonder if it's grounds
for, you know, a lawsuit. Well, you are asking all of the
right question. So there's definitely some some
things that are going to come down the pipeline.

(03:58):
And because that is just that isunthinkable that the government
would collude with private and public companies to silence that
many people is you just don't think that that's going to
happen in America. You, you hear this happens in
places like the Soviet Union or the Chinese, you know, communist
government, but not in America. And yet it did, and the

(04:20):
government was single handedly behind all of it.
That's insane. So tell me about when you
started out on social media. I do want to hear this.
Yeah, yeah. So me personally, so my
background, I'm, I'm an entrepreneur.
I own a company called Alexa Athletica.
I invented the first concealed carry activewear for women on
the market. So my background was not in the

(04:40):
political sphere necessarily, but I was a big Second Amendment
advocate. I believe that women and
everybody have the right to be able to defend and protect
themselves however they see fit.And so I was in media at that
point hosting a show for the, that's actually when I first got
on social media. I believe it was probably
Instagram and Facebook back at that time.
And if you remember the good olddays of social media, they
really weren't shadow banning, censoring, kicking people off,

(05:02):
flagging for misinformation. So I grew an audience pretty
quickly and then very quickly learned that the Second
Amendment community is not friendly, like Big Tech is not
friendly to that community. And so they actually started
experiencing censorship a long time before the political world
did. It's just everyone's eyes were
open to the political censorshiponce, you know, what happened to

(05:24):
President Trump happened. Yeah.
So I've, I've been utilizing it.I was looking for an alternative
just like everybody else was. I got on Parlor back in 2020.
And then I remember, I think I had it for maybe a week before
it shut down. And nobody knew and nobody knew
what was going on. Everyone was just getting mad at
the app and the the owners of the company because they're

(05:44):
like, we want to get on our app and we can't.
And they did not know what was going on behind the scenes.
So they have no idea that that these companies shut it down.
And it was never, it wasn't going to be coming back under
that ownership. Oh my gosh.
So you and I kind of talked privately yesterday about how do
you go around these rules on social media where you can't
even show a weapon, even if it'slike for self-defense.

(06:05):
Oh. Yeah, no, I was banned three
times from TikTok for simply showing my how my product helped
women. So whether it was Mace in the
pocket, it was a Taser or it wasa firearm, TikTok didn't like
it. They said I was promoting weapon
sales and you can't even buy a weapon on my website.
And then I'm like, I'm actually here trying to help women when

(06:25):
we find ourselves in a situationwhere men are bigger, stronger
and faster, as we have been seeing with all these illegal
border crossings, we're seeing the uptick and rise like in
cases like Lake and Riley's where women go out on a jog and
they get assaulted and murdered. And I don't ever want to see
that again. So I wanted to be a resource for
people. And you know, you had to solve.
You have to self censor. You kind of have to know how to

(06:47):
skirt around the rolls. And it's exhausting, honestly.
Like I'm tired of having to censor myself.
I'm tired of having to put a banana in my pocket to be a fake
gun just because they don't likethat I'm showing that form of
self-defense. Absolutely.
I was just talking to a guy at Texas Park.
He was saying that he had a gun in his pocket.
He's literally a policeman. And somebody had a picture of

(07:07):
him on Instagram or TikTok, I think it was.
And he was saying, like, wow, I was just banned because I had
my, you know, part of my uniformon me.
Yeah, yeah. So, you know, Fast forward to
May of 2024, I get a call from some of my really good buddies
who said we bought parlor. And I'm like parlor, like the

(07:28):
social media app, They're like, we've bought parlor and we're
bringing it back. And I'm like, OK, awesome, cool.
What do you, what do you want meto do?
And I was like, that sounds really neat.
But I, I, I was not in that. I wasn't in that realm.
But you know, at this point, of course, I was still doing media
from my own company, but they called and just said, Hey, we
haven't, we've got a story. Like people need to know that
we're back, that we have better technology than ever, that we

(07:51):
own our own private cloud, that we are uncancelable now because
of that. Like we own our data centers,
that that's what happened to Parlor 1.0.
And we want the world to know that this is where we're going.
We want to break out of the parlors, the January 6th app.
And so we need somebody to to dothe media for us to go and to
tell that story. And one thing I said, OK, this

(08:11):
sounds great, but I want to knowa little bit more about the
platform they had. One of my dear friends, Jacob
Boyens, was a partner in the company.
He is a known abolitionist humantrafficking fighter.
Focus this is all this time and attention on keeping women and
children safe, which is very aligned with my own personal
goals and and purpose in this world.
So they were telling me that Parlor is going to be the first

(08:32):
free speech porn free app on theon the market.
And I said, hey, tell me more about this.
I didn't realize like porn was so rampant on these other
platforms. So one thing that we're finding
with X unfortunately, is that yes, while they are a free
speech platform, there are hundreds of millions of
pornographic images, including child pornography.

(08:55):
And as a platform, because they're protected under an
article called Section 230, theyare not required by law to take
those images down because they would be they would be
considered a published sure, if they curated the content.
And which is out of this world insane because if you think
about it, they can censor all ofour political content and take
that down, but they won't takedown child pornography.

(09:17):
Are you kidding me? Like, so when I heard that, I
was like, this is crazy. This is so great that you guys
are going to take a stand. You're going to draw a line in
the sand on on keeping women andchildren safe.
And the reason why keeping porn off of your platform keeps women
and children safe is because porn is a gateway to human
trafficking. And there are hundreds of
millions of images that we're not consensual that somebody

(09:37):
could take and grab an image of you do an AI deep fake, put that
image online, it could ruin you.It could be detrimental to the
woman's psyche, to the child's psyche forever.
And there's nothing that they can do about it because they're
not. The platforms are not required
by law to take them down. I wondered about that because
literally the other day I was scrolling through my Twitter and
then making women like a. Picture of an Well, you heard

(09:59):
what just happened with Kanye West.
Yeah. I mean, it was it was egregious.
It was so disgusting. I mean, now, granted, can a
grown adult go look at whatever they want to look at?
Fine. But you don't know which child.
Like, you don't have any parameters and filters to
filter. If my kid grabs my phone and
that pops up because I'm following Kanye.

(10:19):
So like, that pops up on my feet.
Are you kidding me? So I just like the fact that
parlors drawing that line in thesand, they're going to take a
stand against us and then they're actively going to be
fighting human trafficking. And so I love that.
So I was like, yes, sign me up. I want to get that message out
to the masses. People need to know about this.
People bury their heads in the sand when it comes to
pornography because they look atporn through 1 lens.

(10:40):
They just think that's an industry where consenting adults
have decided to live their life and do what they want.
And like, no, there's actually, there's actually so much more to
that industry into the problem that we're seeing.
We're seeing these high school girls get images taken of them
and deep baked and someone that has a beef with them circulates
it to all their class members through instant message or
direct messages to these platforms.

(11:01):
And there's nothing that the parents can do about it.
And that's heartbreaking to me. So I'm glad that Parlor is
taking a stand against that and and is just not even going to
allow it on the platform. Oh my gosh, that's a great,
great. So tell us a little bit what is
on parlor Like tell us more about that.
You know, like what are the? Features So let's Fast forward
to when the new company bought Parlor.

(11:22):
So originally the idea was to build a decentralized freedom
platform that they owned all of it, but they're giving the
ownership of your data back to the user.
So Parler knows that Facebook, Meta, Instagram X, everything,
everyone is buying your data. They are following and tracking
every single move that you make, not only inside the app, but

(11:45):
outside of the app as well. And they are making close to
$900 a day by selling your data to third parties.
Whoever wants to buy your data, You think about the 3 billion or
7 billion people that are on Facebook, that's a lot of money
that they're making. So Parler said we're not going
to do that. We're not.
We're data privacy is extremely important to us.
So we relaunched the the social media like public forum, which

(12:06):
everybody remembers like that's like the the old school Twitter
basically. So we launched that first, but
with the whole idea of having anentire alternative ecosystem to
everything that big tech has to offer.
So if you're listening, you got to go to parlor.com, you can go
to the App Store. We're actually about to release
a brand new like version of the app that should be out as soon

(12:28):
as Apple approves it, which I don't know when that's going to
be probably in the next couple days.
So you'll see a whole new facelift on it.
So you've got you've got the social media platform.
Now you have a long form video content platform.
So we have an alternative to YouTube.
And I will tell you, I put my show, the Amy Robbins show on
Play TV for a very specific purpose.
And that purpose is if you're a new content creator or you have

(12:49):
a message you want to get out, you don't have to play the game
of trying to figure out what YouTube is and is not going to
censor. You can have very fast growth on
Play TV because there's no hidden algorithms.
So I don't know if people know this, but there are algorithms
that are built into social mediaplatforms that make you see
content that they think you wantto see.
This is why everyone is so divisive now on social media

(13:10):
because we all think we all get shown content that is in our
little bubble and, and then we think everyone thinks like us
and then they divide us by like dropping a couple of, you know,
trolls in there to say, well, I don't believe in this.
And then everyone just fights with each other.
So there's no hidden algorithms on on play TV and probably it's
organic. So, but it's very quick to, to

(13:31):
grow on that platform. We have a digital wallet.
We are built into the Optio blockchain.
So anyone that's into crypto, you can get really excited about
this project because everyone, whether you're a user or a
creator, is going to get rewarded through our blockchain
with the Optio token, which willgo into your parlour pay wallet,
which is already launched. What else do we have?

(13:51):
We've got, yeah, blockchain project, digital wallet, social
media platforms. We just acquired a major content
delivery network called Egio Edgecast.
They just streamed the Super Bowl.
So we're not the best and fastest live streaming and
content delivery platform out ofall of the free speech apps.
So super excited about that. And it's all in one app.

(14:11):
All in one ecosystem. So let's say I go and download
right now through my Parlor account, I can access my Play TV
account. Here's one of the cool features
that is, it's not there yet, butit will be there.
So it's to think about this, because you're a content
creator, you don't have to go right now.
You're spending time growing an Instagram audience.
Then you have to go grow a YouTube audience, right?

(14:32):
They're two separate audiences. OK, on Parlor, if I, if someone
follows me on Parlor, they're automatically following me on
Play TV. So I'm already growing an
audience and every time I post avideo to Play TV, it's going to
automatically go into my feed. So I'm not going to have to do
double work to try to grow two different audiences, which is
very different than every other.I mean, there is no platform

(14:53):
right now that has it all in oneecosystem.
So everything is in one ecosystem.
Right. And I love that because I mean,
anybody out there listening, youknow, you have your different
apps you have to open up. Exactly.
Instagram. Yeah, time consuming.
That it is time consuming and then also you're like you're
getting different types of content on all of these
different platforms. So now you kind of will no OK,

(15:16):
if I want to watch this, if I like this person on social media
and they're a content creator and I want to follow their
videos, I want to hear their podcast, I want to see their
short form. We even have short form video
content called burst, which is, which is like your Instagram
reels or YouTube shorts. So depending on whether you like
to put out full link content or short content, we have both of
those options on there. So but like your audience knows

(15:39):
what they're getting and I thinkthat's beautiful because then
you just you follow the people that you want to follow.
You see their content and it's just a way to grow and get back
to like what social media was supposed to be about, building
community. Exactly.
And it is funny, right, that youhave these media platforms,
especially Facebook. They say you wanna connect with
family, this is where you go. And it became so much of A beast

(16:02):
to deal with. I mean, yeah.
I see, I don't know if you've noticed this.
I see more suggested content in my feed now on Instagram than I
do the people that I follow. That is just outrageous to me
because it's like I take time tofollow people that I want to
follow and I want to see their content.
Please stop feeding me the content that you think I want to

(16:23):
see. I'm tired of that.
I want to get and that's not you're not going to get that on
Parlor, which I'm looking forward to getting back to that
like old school way of like finding the people that you
want, finding the topics that you're interested in and then
following them and then seeing their content.
Now can somebody actually put ads on Parlor or is?
We all have an ad platform, but let me tell you the the

(16:44):
difference that we're doing so when we talk about monetization
opportunities on and you owning your data, you own your
experience on Parlor. So traditional methods of
advertising is that the advertiser, you know, when
either pay Facebook and then they just start showing
everybody ads in their demographic, they pick the
demographics or you know, the advertiser can pick the

(17:04):
demographics. But me as a consumer, I don't
really get to, I mean, I kind ofget to control.
I can say I don't want to see any more ads like this or
whatever, but I get nothing in return from that.
On Parlor, if you opt into seeing ads, you're going to get
rewarded with digital rewards. So now I say look, I want to see
an ad from Alexa Athletica. Great.
They're actually going to get digital rewards from my company

(17:26):
from wanting to see this. And then as a content creator,
you can pair up and partner withthe people because that was
another thing. We launched our marketplace, our
shop. So now just like TikTok Shop,
where you can buy products directly from the TikTok Store,
we have the Parlor Marketplace and the Parlor Shop as well,
which the digital rewards that you're earning in the platform
can be used at to purchase actual physical products out of

(17:48):
our marketplace. I mean, we really don't have to
go anywhere else. No, no, that's the beauty.
That is the beauty. And that's why I'm so excited
about this. This is why thank you so much
for having me on because we're just, we're getting the word out
to everybody every. You know, once Parlor left,
Rumble and True Social did a really great job marketing.
They had hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars to pump
into it. They had all the big names that

(18:08):
were on Parlor, obviously left Parlor and then went to Rumble
and into truth. And so we're we are definitely
the underdog, but we're the darkhorse because we have all the
technology. We have the solid technology
stack that these other companiesdo not have.
They keep talking about private clouds.
They keep talking about content delivery networks.
They keep talking about wanting to build on a blockchain and

(18:30):
having a digital wallet, but they don't have it yet and
they're long way away from having any of it.
And we already have all of it. So I have to ask, everybody's
going to be like, OK, who's behind?
Because everybody, you know, they talk about this TikTok, the
Chinese app, Yeah. Is it an American company?
An American owned company, yeah.So the, the owner, the chairman
and the CEO is Yasser El Jabali. So we're American owned.

(18:52):
We're privately owned at this point.
We're not a public company. So it's, I mean, he is the
founder, he is the owner. We do have some investment
groups, you know, that are interested in in working with
us, but all American based. And yeah, it's all here in
America. You're not going to have to
worry. And all of our our cloud is
based here. We do have data centers all
around the world because we are a global app.
We're actually really big in Brazil, we're really big in

(19:14):
Europe. So we we're big apps.
We do have data centers in otherplaces, but we are American
owned. We're right in Dallas, TX.
Plano, TX technically. I love that so share a little
bit. How can people actually get the
app? Is it in an App Store?
It is an App Store, so we the new version you can go to
parlor.com and you can download it.

(19:35):
You can go to Apple and Google, but the new version, you can go
ahead and and download it now ifyou want to, but new version
you're going to see like a wholenew parlor app with all new
features and a new facelift is what I love to call it.
But that will be available in the App Store soon.
Play TV is in the App Store right now.
Our digital wallet, I believe isstill web version because it's
we're just waiting on approval from the app stores.

(19:55):
But you can secure your digital wallet through the parlor app
right now. So you don't have to go download
a separate app at this moment. You literally through your
parlor account you can go and secure your digital wallet when
you do that as you scroll as. As you like, as you comment, as
you engage, you will start to see a daily distribution of
rewards coming from our blockchain.

(20:16):
That's incredible. All right, so when I log into.
Part. Right.
Is there anything specific I should know?
Like do I? I mean, it looks pretty simple
because I downloaded it again and I love it.
Yeah, so. I was going to tell you, so
there's a feature, there will bea feature.
It's not in the current app. When the new app comes out,
you're going to be able to invite your friends.

(20:38):
Every 10 friends that you invite, you're getting points,
you're getting turning into digital rewards.
So if you decide to invite your friends and share their
contacts, and by the way, we're not taking their contact
information and doing anything with it.
It's just as a way to get more users on the platform.
So I actually found the referrallink in there yesterday.
Surprised. OK, so go and secure your wallet
first before you start inviting everybody so that you can get

(21:01):
your rewards for inviting your friends.
Thank you for saying that. I wouldn't have known that.
Yeah, I know it. Puts a download of a learning
curve, especially if people aren't familiar with blockchain
projects, they're not familiar with digital rewards.
Our token is on an exchange by the way, so for any of your
crypto people in your audience. So the exciting thing about that
is that and we're looking to geton the community is looking to
get on a few more exchanges, which is huge because then you

(21:23):
have just more options of thingsto do with your digital rewards,
right. But there's a little bit of a
learning curve. I've been learning all of this I
was not in the tech space and quickly immersed myself into
this world just like I did in the gun world when I worked for
the NRA. That was not my background.
I had to deep dive and just jumpinto, jump into the deep end and
learn everything I could about firearms.
I'm doing the same thing with tech and I'm loving it.

(21:45):
It's really exciting. The future is tech.
I mean, the future is what the future is blockchain technology.
The future is these decentralized platforms that
give the power back to the people, that give you ownership
over your experience. That is the future, and that's
what we're doing with Parlor. I love it.
So when I did go to download theapp, yeah, I did see the Play

(22:05):
Store app. So is it?
Do I keep it separate? Don't have to.
So well, I'll tell you this right now, I do believe there's.
So I think when you do it in your app, it will take you to
the web version. But if you don't want the web
version, you can download the app and then you've got you've
got it, but they're all connected.
So as you like I said, if you grow your audience and people

(22:26):
start to follow and like your content on play TV, eventually
they're also going to be following you on Parlor as well.
So it's one audience, one familythat you're growing, I.
Absolutely love that. Yeah, I love.
I love that. Just that whole idea, it's like
a big paradise shift for what everybody else is doing so.
Do you still have your? Oh yeah, yeah.
And it's on the parlor. It's on the parlor shop.

(22:47):
So people are going to be able, and I'm really excited about
this because we are going to be the first company in, I don't
consider my line being in the firearm industry, but I guess it
could be considered that since it can hold firearms.
But we'll be the first one in the firearm industry that
accepts cryptocurrency. And so, yeah, so I'm really
excited about that. And you can do it all through
your digital wallet right there. So yeah, so people will be able

(23:10):
to buy it through the marketplace.
You can also go to our website, alexaauthentica.com and buy it.
We just don't accept Optio on our website.
We will only accept the Optio coins in our marketplace.
It's so funny, it's usually at the end of my shows, I ask
everybody to share their social media handles and it's like, OK,
your TikTok, your Instagram, your Facebook, do you still use

(23:32):
that just to tell people? So I.
Do because I had a good audienceon those platforms.
The problem is right now I'm completely shadow band.
I've tried I've had multiple conversations and phone calls
with the customer service reps over at Netta.
They swear to me my account is not shadow band.
I'm like, that's impossible because less than 1% of the
people, if you go look at my following is getting shown my

(23:53):
contents, not getting shown to my followers.
I was like, I don't want you to show it to people outside.
They're also not showing it. They're saying that I'm not
discoverable right now because Ishared a post about Dodge and
they said it was partial misinformation.
So they flagged my account. They're shadow banning me, so
I'm I'm using it. It's a shotgun approach.
I think that sometimes if you'renot exhausted from social media,

(24:14):
then you can take the shotgun approach where you're just
putting all of your content on. I put on my short form video
content, clips from from my longform content.
I only put that on play TV, but my short form goes on all the
other stuff to promote and to move people to play TV.
That is such a great, great idea.
So those of you listening, you're definitely absolutely
correct, Amy, because I was on the phone with Mehta recently.

(24:37):
Just too frustrating. Yeah.
Just to figure out one simple problem and it was literally a
URL issue. Just one problem, I kid you not,
spoke to probably 15 people fromdifferent countries who could
not. Understand.
Yeah. So if they can't understand this
one little tiny thing like how do you understand anything about
Doge you? Know like, yeah, but you have

(24:59):
some what, 19 year old back there fact checking and deciding
that something is partially misinformed, but you're not even
going to tell me what part is like it's just ridiculous.
And so I'm so over it. I.
But so many people are still on those platforms now until they
get off those platforms and comeover to something like Parlor,
we're going to be dealing with this.
Yeah. Yeah, I love it.
Love it. All right, everybody, So make

(25:20):
sure you go over and check out Parlor and then share your
social. Media too, Absolutely.
So it's the Amy Robbins on all the platforms.
So whether it's XI prefer you togo follow me on Parlor, go
download Parlor and get on there.
I'm super active and it's me posting.
I'm personally like putting my stuff out there.
You can also go follow my show at the Amy Robbins Show.
So it's actually just my account, so it's connected to my

(25:42):
personal account on Parlor. So you just go follow the Amy
Robbins and you can watch the show on Play TV, Subscribe, like
our content, do all the things because that really helps us
continue to have a platform thatI can get more people on to
share their messages. And I think that's so important
that we collaborate, people thatwe help other people out who
have experience censorship, deplatforming, demonetization,

(26:03):
because there's a lot of important information and
messages that are out there thatare getting completely censored
by big platforms, but they're not on Parlor.
That is amazing. And I love that you said that
it's you because I mean, I'm honest with my followers.
Yeah, sometimes it's not me. Yeah.
Yeah. And it's because there's too
many platforms. But I'm like so excited about

(26:23):
the. Ones that I want to post yeah
and I want I post on my Instagram and I post on my on my
parlor account so like you're actually wanting to engage like
I call them back yeah usually engage in conversations I I talk
with my with the people that arewanting to be there if you're in
the time to interact with my content like I will take the
time to interact with you as. Well, yeah, I did that in my

(26:43):
story. But I tell you what, with
Parlor, I'll, I'll do. It like awesome.
One spot, it's so difficult to go to all.
Those other places, yeah it is. So tell your audience to go
follow you on prior start interacting with all the there.
So yeah. Paddycatter.com or Sorry at
Paddy Catter. Perfect, Yeah.
All right. Thank you so much, Amy.
It's been a pleasure, Patty. Thank.

(27:04):
You. Thank you.
And everybody who's listening, if you go to the notes section,
you're going to be able to find Amy's social media.
You're going to be able to checkout Parlor if you have a more
time because you should not havea hard time.
It's very simple to find. It so pretty straightforward.
Yeah, thank you and thank you everybody for listening.
Until next time, make sure you go check out the show archives

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
