Joya (00:00):
You are listening to.
We Woke Up Like this and I amyour host, reverend Joya.
This is a show dedicated toembodied spiritual awakening and
we love to talk about the messymagic of living a soul-led life
.
A true spiritual awakening isnot all unicorns and rainbows
and on this show we are notafraid to talk about it.
(00:22):
Your awakened frequency is thefrequency that will change the
world.
Enjoy the show.
Hello, beautiful lights andsouls, reverend Joya, with
Vibology here, and who are we init?
It is just after the full moonin Scorpio and I was in Sedona
(00:48):
for that and attended abeautiful fire ceremony singing,
drumming and being with anothersmall group of women actually
initiating my new medicine drum.
And since that time, since thisweekend, I have been in such a
deep process that I want to talkabout spiritual awakening and
(01:16):
I've been really stepping intoand feeling who I'm called to
serve.
And, especially since Weston'spassing, I just have this strong
sense of there's just no timeto waste for me.
There's just no time to waste, and I felt this answer come like
a thundering thunder from theclouds, that I want to work with
(01:40):
those who are initiated, thosewho feel called, those who are
initiated, those who feel calledand that, having done this work
myself already for the past 10years, that I'm pretty far on
this track, and not that it'sany place to get to, so much as
it's.
You keep ascending thesemountains of self, only to get
(02:02):
to the top and realize there'sanother mountain waiting.
So, as I sit and pause on themountain that I'm on, this is
who I've decided I want to workwith.
Because we leave breadcrumbs aswe go along and as I've been
seeking a new mentor for myself, because my mentor that I had
for years passed away at the ageof 85 a couple of years ago, I
(02:23):
have now really seriouslystarted asking for a new mentor.
Because this is the wisdomyears and I'm just entering the
wisdom years at the age of 54 ina couple of weeks that I'm like
, wow, in the in the realm ofwisdom years, I'm just barely
starting.
So it's like starting over.
I'm a baby in the wisdom yearsand yet I have accumulated and
(02:47):
gained so much wisdom throughthis process of being initiated
and answering that calling andsince Weston passed, that
calling has only gotten strongerto take it more and more and
more seriously Like there's justno more time to waste, there's
no more time to indulge thefallacies of my ego, like I just
(03:11):
don't want to do it.
It doesn't feel good anymore.
And now on our planet we areundergoing a planetary shift.
The planetary field is risingin frequency, literally it's
vibrationally happening and itis scientifically measurable
through the Schumann resonancefluctuations.
(03:32):
The magnetic field is wakening,as we know, and our solar
cycles are intensifying andthese light codes are coming in
from the sun.
And I don't know if you'venoticed, but the color of the
sun changed last year.
It's much more of a white lightthan it is yellow now.
So planet earth, mama Gaia, asa conscious being, is ascending
(03:58):
herself.
She's recalibrating and she'supgrading to a whole new
vibrational octave.
And as she upgrades to a wholenew vibrational octaves and we
are the cells within the body ofthis planet we are also
ascending and our collectivehuman consciousness is totally
being pressed open right now.
(04:20):
You can see how it's beingpressed and it's a pressure that
so many people are feeling.
But some of us can see the chaosoutside of us and we can see
the matrix for what it is.
We can see through theillusions, we can see through
the clown show and we can seethat the structures that are in
(04:41):
control and in power, arefighting to stay in control and
in power, and we see that thegreatest revolution that there
could possibly be is awakeningourself to the true nature of
our being, which is love.
And love is what the divinenature of the universe is.
(05:02):
And I'm sorry, my dog issnoring.
You could probably hear her inthe background here.
She's a snory dog, she's alittle old lady.
She's looking at me, so if youhear my dog snoring in the
background, that's just NamaNama snoring.
So spiritual awakening is nolonger a personal indulgence,
it's really a planetaryinevitability.
(05:24):
And for us to say yes to this, calling those of us who have
already said yes, who are theinitiated, who are the initiates
who are choosing to awaken ourspiritual technology inside of
us.
This podcast, my work, is foryou because we want to go back
(05:45):
into coherence with our divinenature.
So some of us have always felt adeep, aching longing inside of
us, like a feeling ofhomesickness, for something that
you just can't explain or yousense, and have always seen the
falseness of the surface worldbut just didn't have the words
for it.
You didn't fit in in school, you didn't fit in in your family
(06:09):
, you don't fit in with society.
You're just weird and weird isgood.
Suffering that have broken openall of the crust around our
hearts, all of the armor we'vebuilt around ourselves, that our
ego built to keep us safe.
(06:30):
We don't want to be safeanymore and a lot of us carry
these dreams, these visions, these callings that we're
wanting to answer, even if wedon't know what they are.
We just feel it.
We can hear it like a far offecho in a canyon.
That's like calling our nameand we could just hear this
little remnant of our name beingcalled as we turn our head
(06:54):
going.
I could hear it, I could feelit, I know it.
It's vibrational.
And for those of us saying yesto this, those of us who are
doing the deeper work, steppinginto this alignment, I just want
to say how much I admire yourstrength and your courage,
because I know firsthand this isnot easy.
(07:15):
Midwifing the new earthrequires that we have to midwife
a new self.
We have to rebirth ourselves, and birth is freaking messy.
How do you know if you're called?
How do you know if you'reinitiated?
What are the signs?
Well, one of them is that wehave this.
If you haven't always feltcalled your whole life, which?
(07:40):
Those are those.
There are those of us who havefelt that, who have experienced
that, and I'm one of thosepeople.
Since I was a little girl, Ihave felt called, but I didn't
know who was calling, and Ithought that the calling was
coming from somewhere outside ofme, and so I sought externally
for this answer who's calling me?
Who's calling me?
And in doing so I gave away mypower over and over and over
(08:03):
again to the wrong people.
But once I started realizingthat that calling was coming
from inside of me, that it wasthe self I buried, that it was
the true self that I buried whenI was just a little girl,
because I figured she wasdangerous or I figured she
needed to be kept safe from thecruel world I was growing up in.
(08:27):
So I buried this part of myselfto keep her safe.
And maybe you buried that partof yourself to keep her safe, or
maybe you buried that part ofyourself because you judged her
and became afraid of her, ormaybe it's both.
And so some of us have feltthis calling our whole life and
wasted our time giving our poweraway or running from this
(08:50):
feeling, this calling.
But then there are those of uswho feel this awakening.
That happens because weexperience a massive disruption
in the status quo of our ego.
The illusion of safety, theillusion of control gets
completely shattered, and thathappens through death, betrayal,
(09:11):
diagnosis and loss.
It's this catalytic moment ofloss, death, disillusionment,
that cracks open our oldidentity.
Or again that cracks open ourold identity, or again.
We have always felt thatuncontrollable longing for
something deeper, higher andtruer, and the older that we get
(09:32):
, the more this longing becomesstronger and we are no longer
satisfied with the desires ofthe ego, the longings of the
soul for purpose, for meaning, for impact, for satisfying
whatever this energy is that isseeking the fullness of
(09:53):
expression through us.
That is what we want to satisfy, not these desires of the ego
that want a nicer car, that wanta bigger house, that want to be
thinner, that want this, thatwant that.
Those things are great on thesurface level, but I know a lot
of people who have attained allthe things that they thought
(10:13):
they wanted and they feel moreempty than ever, and maybe
you're one of those people.
We start having these dreams andsynchronicities and signs that
become way too meaningful toignore.
Like you would have to be afool to negate the divine in
(10:34):
saying it's coincidence.
And for me, for example, thatnumber is 14.
I see it everywhere and nowit's become a symbol for Weston
and I had the most profoundexperience over this weekend in
Sedona with the number 14.
I could not believe it.
And just to give you an exampleto share how powerful these sign
, symbols and synchronicitiesare, it was Mother's Day and I
(10:59):
went with a girlfriend to Sedonabecause I knew Mother's Day was
going to be really hard.
Girlfriend to Sedona because Iknew Mother's Day was going to
be really hard and we stretchedtime.
We did so many things and wewere going to go to our Airbnb
earlier in the day, but we woundup not getting there until
about 1030, almost 11 o'clock atnight.
And when we get there, I gointo my room.
Actually, I was going to gointo the first room but
(11:21):
something pulled me to the otherroom and I went in there and it
was a Mother, mary, maryMagdalene and Yeshua room.
I was like, are you kidding meright now?
So then my girlfriend and I goto the bookshelf to peruse the
books and there's a bookshelffull of spiritual books and
self-growth books, and so I graba book off the shelf because of
(11:43):
the title.
Beautiful Tragedy is the nameof this book.
So I pick up this book and it'swritten by a mother who lost
her 18 year old son to a drugoverdose.
And I'm thumbing through thisbook crying and I see a note
folded up inside of this book.
So we open the book, we openthe note and it just says debt
(12:06):
at the top of it debt.
And then it says mortgage, car, motorcycle credit card with
some numbers written.
I looked at my girlfriend, shelooks at me, and we decided to
total up the numbers and thenumber equaled 14.
I could not believe it.
I even have a tattoo on my armthat says Momulus 14.
(12:26):
It is the symbol of Weston forme, so I would never call that a
coincidence.
That was a definite sign.
And so maybe those things arehappening to you too, where
you're experiencing these things, that there's just no way it's
a coincidence and you know it.
The next way you know you'reinitiated and you're having this
(12:47):
calling is that you have agrowing intolerance for
falsehood in yourself, especially in yourself, in
others and in the systems, andintolerance doesn't mean that
you are angry, so much as that.
You're now seeking a new way toexpress and live your own life,
because what you have controlover first and foremost is you,
(13:10):
and so this growing intolerancefor falsehood inside the self
means that you're coming intoalignment, and you're coming
into an alignment with your souland what your soul wants for
you, which means you stop doingthe things that insult your soul
, and you know what those thingsare and they're different for
all of us and you know becausethey make you freaking miserable
(13:30):
after you do them.
They're all of the ways thatyou numb out, distract yourself,
check out of what you know iscalling you forward.
You might also feel an innertearing happening between who
you thought you were and who youare becoming, and this inner
tearing is very real because wehave a system inside of
(13:54):
ourselves called the defaultmode network in our brain that
tells us who we think we are,and as we start to question who
we think we are and we start tochange who we think we are, this
default mode network freaks out, as does our ego.
But wait, this is who I am.
Who will I be without thisthing?
(14:15):
You know, and as I'm coming upon a year now of not drinking
alcohol, it's just so amazing tome that there was a time in my
life where alcohol ruled my lifeand the thought of giving up
alcohol seemed really difficult.
And now it just seems so funnyto give my power away to
(14:36):
anything outside of me.
But that very real tearinghappens between letting go of
those things and who you thinkyou were, which goes back to
that intolerance for falsehoodin yourself.
And as you give up those falsethings to stand in the light of
who you truly are, this is wherethat inner tearing begins to
(14:58):
happen.
So you start to hear I call itthe music beneath the music
where you start to sense beautyand divinity and meaning, even
when life looks chaotic.
And this awakening in ourselvesis not about becoming someone
new, it's not about ascendingand getting off the planet, but
(15:19):
it's about not being who you'renot anymore.
It's about letting go of all ofthe false conditioning, the
false self that you are notanymore.
It's so beautiful and there aremaps to becoming, but if you're
a human being you are on aspiritual journey.
And I recently had somebody sayI am not on a spiritual journey
(15:40):
and I don't want to be on aspiritual journey.
And I said spiritual journeyand I don't want to be on a
spiritual journey, and I saidwell, you're on one anyway,
because you're a soul in a humanbody, here, on spaceship, earth
, traveling through this matrixof reality that we've created
here, this false construct ofreality that is not real at all,
and it's just so beautiful togo through this awakening
(16:02):
process.
I mentioned that the mind andthe ego will fight your
awakening because they are yoursurvival mechanisms and they
exist to preserve your identityand to protect you.
And when awakening stirs you,the ego really does experience
(16:22):
it as a death, because it is thedeath of the ego as the master
of yourself.
And so you'll start tellingyourself these stories.
The ego is very tricky and wehave to learn how to notice when
the ego is tricking us.
It might say like, oh, I'm fine, I don't need to wake up, this
is just all there is.
Like, oh, I'm fine, I don'tneed to wake up, this is just
(16:44):
all there is.
I just want to stay in thismode of working and buying stuff
and Netflix and chilling andhaving drinks and whatever else
I'm doing.
I don't want to disrupt thispattern because I know what to
expect.
The brain loves familiarity.
It can also conjure up delay.
(17:05):
I'll do this.
When I have more money, moretime, when I have less stress,
it'll project itself this isn'tme, it's my job, it's my partner
, it's the world, it'severything outside of me.
It's not me.
It'll doubt.
This is a strong one.
What if I'm just making all ofthis up?
(17:31):
What if this is all in my mind?
What if I'm just trying toescape into fantasy?
What if none of this is real?
What if this is all there is?
What if I waste my life chasingsomething spiritual and I never
have fun again?
What if there's no God?
Doubt is such a strong one.
The ego can also get defensiveand become afraid, thinking that
your spiritual awakening isdangerous.
(17:53):
Or, of course, the ego'sfavorite distraction it loves to
just keep you numbed outinstead of feeling what needs to
arise.
Because that's what's thedifficult thing about a
spiritual awakening is that itis not a walk in the park.
It is not easy and it is notfor the faint of heart, because
(18:17):
we have to come face to facewith ourself in this process,
and so that's one of the otherthings that the ego can do is
that it can get spirituallyinflated and go feel like, oh,
I'm so spiritual, now I've madeit.
Look how awakened I am.
I'm so much more awakened thanthose people.
I'm a more awake than mostpeople.
(18:38):
If you're starting to havethoughts like that, rest assured
that's your ego.
Developing a spiritual ego and aspiritual costume is a costume
that the ego loves to put on.
And, of course, the egos, myego in particular loves to
self-sabotage.
I'm just going to burneverything down before this can
(19:00):
change me.
And along with self-sabotage,after a self-sabotage episode,
comes shame.
And getting caught in thatshame spiral feeds the ego,
because now that's what you'rethinking about and that's what
you're feeling.
It's such a hook, it's such asnag that keeps you stuck.
And so it's so important torealize self-sabotage is a trap
(19:24):
of the ego.
It would rather make you feelmiserable than lose its hook of
what it perceives as safety.
And there is a saying that saysthe ego will choose a familiar
hell over an unfamiliar heaven.
Change is hard, but it's onlyas hard as you make it to be
(19:44):
that.
It's just the mind tricking you, and you learn to separate
yourself from that mind.
I am not these thoughts, I amnot my ego, I am not my story,
I'm not my body.
So who am I?
The more we wrestle with it,the more we create something to
wrestle with.
And so we don't want to wrestle, we want to step out of the
(20:05):
wrestling ring altogether andinstead just look at it and say
I see you and I'm going to dothis anyway.
And we can get to this point oflife where we literally change
our brainwave state.
And so the first stage in thesoul spiral of awakening is the
(20:28):
stirring, which is the deepsatisfaction where the longing
arises.
Our world just feels hollow andmeaningless and we start to
feel like this homesickness forsomething more.
And we can stay in the stirringfor a while because we can make
.
We can mistake the stirring tobe that this job is not
satisfying me, or my, my partneris not satisfying me, and so we
(20:51):
go to seek a new one, and onlyto discover that, wherever you
go, there you are, thesepatterns recycle and repeat
until we start to go oh, maybe, maybe it's me, maybe I need to
go inside to answer this call.
And then, once we do that, theshattering occurs, which is this
(21:14):
event could be external eventor an inner collapse that
shatters our old identity, andthis is where the ego cracks,
the heart starts to break open, and then we go seeking, and this
is where the ego cracks, theheart starts to break open.
And then we go seeking and thisis where the soul starts to
search.
We read books, we look forteachers, we seek new practices,
(21:36):
we go to retreats, we gotraveling.
There's a hunger to understandwhat's happening inside of us.
There's a hunger to discoverwhat this more is that we're
seeking.
That doesn't come from thingsand stuff, but we're still
seeking.
We're seeking it outside of us.
But then comes the initiation, which is the first surrender,
(21:59):
which is we begin to trust theunknown and the soul begins to
enter into the mystery, where wejust really say and admit and
feel I don't know.
And this is where the egoreally starts to fight the
hardest.
And then we go through a deathand a rebirth, and this is where
we have a deeper ego.
(22:21):
Death and this is where we havea deeper ego death.
Our patterns that are old, ourdreams that we had, the
identities of who we thought wewere, fall away, and in this
space we can enter into deepsilence, grief, and even a void
may arise, because what wasthere isn't anymore and what's
coming isn't here yet, and sowe're in like this void, this
(22:48):
vacuum space of I don't know yet, and it's the, it's the between
what was and what is coming.
But then we move intointegration, and this is where
the soul learns to walk in twoworlds.
We are both human and divine, and we begin to take on an
embodiment of a newconsciousness.
And this phase repeats over andover and over again.
Actually, all of these can, from death and rebirth on, and
(23:11):
maybe even initiation, constantly being reinitiated as
well.
And then we always have to gothrough this process of death,
rebirth and integration over andover again.
And they begin to happen fasterand faster which that's the
good news as we embody newlevels and new vibrations of
consciousness.
And then the great news is thatwe step into illumination, which
(23:34):
is where light, literal lightfloods.
Our being, our unity is tasted, our divinity, spirit, source,
god, creator, whatever you wantto call it, is no longer out
there.
It is very much alive inside ofus.
We feel it inside of us and werealize that how we live our
(23:54):
life is the answer to our ownprayer.
How we show up is how we honorthe divine, and we realize that
this divinity that's in us is inall.
There is no separation, andthat's what that namaste means.
The light in me sees the lightin you, and this light is the
(24:14):
ultimate reality, the ultimatetruth that is always true, that
ignites and lights all of us.
It illuminates every life thatexists on earth.
And then the ultimate state ofour awakening is when we start
to live in a gamma state ofbeing which is full coherence
(24:36):
between our soul, our mind, ourheart and our body.
We are living as the axis mundi.
The creation that we are, thecreation that flows through us,
becomes pure expression.
And when we're living in thesegamma brainwave frequency, we're
in peak states of consciousness.
(24:57):
We're primed for mysticalexperiences.
We're primed for mysticalexperiences, unity, awareness.
This is where miraculoushealings occur.
And we have this hypercoherence of body, mind, heart
(25:19):
and soul, which means we havemuch faster experiences of
synchronicity and what peoplewould call miracles.
And, as the way of mastery andcourse in miracles said, there
is no order in the difficulty ofmiracles.
Gamma living is literally livinga resurrected life.
It's not escaping our humanexperience but really literally
transfiguring our humanexperience and living from a
(25:40):
completely different place.
You can feel life pulsinginside of you and for me it's
the vibration of the Christiccodes of unity, freedom and love
, ultimate creator power, andit's just so beautiful.
So what can you expect when youreach that state where you're
(26:04):
living in the gamma frequency,in these higher levels of being?
What does life look like whenthis is a new way of being, when
you can return to that originalblueprint of the soul?
And this is what Yeshua and theMagdalene came to teach us
Divine masculine, divinefeminine unity consciousness
(26:27):
within.
And he came 2,000 years ago toteach love your neighbor as
yourself.
And the divine femininefrequency is here now to teach
us.
There is no other, just love, unity consciousness.
So when you reach this new stateof the future human who lives
(26:49):
in this high state of gammaconsciousness, you experience
effortless presence.
Time feels really spacious, even when you're busy, and every
moment feels textured withrichness in all of its
simplicity and presence andawareness, present moment.
Awareness doesn't becomesomething that you practice
(27:12):
anymore.
It becomes your default setting, and my girlfriend and I that I
went to Sedona with experiencedthis so powerfully on Sunday
when I said we stretched timebecause we were present.
We did so many things in oneday that it was like wow, it
feels like we've been here for aweek.
The second thing that happens israpid manifestation, because
(27:34):
you are now aligned invibrational coherence with the
field of reality, which is love, and the higher vibrational
frequency you hold, carry andemit into the field, into
alignment with creation.
You are no longer emitting aconsciousness field.
That's at those lower, denservibrations where you're creating
(27:57):
chaos and you're stuck inpatterns and you're stuck in do
loops.
You're always creating.
I always want to say that, whenI see these manifestations,
learn to be a master manifester.
I'm like you already are.
It's more like learn how tostop creating what you don't
want and learn how to startcreating what you do want and
(28:17):
don't create from want.
Want implies you don't alreadyhave it, and that's what these
levels of mastery are is thatyou know everything that you
could possibly desire is only athought away.
So you notice these instantfeedback loops where what you
think, feel and choose reallyquickly manifests into your
(28:38):
awareness, into your world, andalignment becomes the engine of
your creation, not forcingthings to happen.
So you're not forcing anymore, you're not pushing forward,
you're not going against thestream of life, trying to make
things happen, you're flowing aslife itself.
And what's funny is like thesemaster manifestation states,
(29:00):
when you reach this high levelof awakened mastery.
It's no longer about creatingstuff, and there's a story I
love about a monk who, aninitiate, went to his monastery
to go live there and he says Iwant to manifest a Ferrari and a
big house and that's why I'mcoming here.
(29:20):
And the master says then you'llbe able to do those things.
And then somebody says why didyou tell him he'll be able to do
those things?
And he said because after hefinishes 10 years being here
with me, he won't want thosethings anymore.
And that is very true.
So the third thing that we'llexperience is heightened sensory
perception, meaning colors aremore vivid, sounds sound deeper,
(29:45):
more harmonic, and you can feelthe energy behind people's
words and behind their energy.
You could feel the vibration ofspaces and it becomes.
You become very particular ofwhere you invest your energy,
where you invest your beingness, because you can feel everything
(30:06):
so intensely.
So you move from seeing a worldof objects to really sensing
the living field of the energiesand the frequencies that are
contained in everything.
The fourth thing is thatsynchronicity becomes your new
normal.
Coincidences are magicalalignments that happen
constantly.
You think of someone and theycall you.
(30:27):
You decide you want to do thisand someone says, oh, you need
to meet so-and-so, and that'sexactly the person you need to
meet.
But we have to be open andaware and looking for these
things to notice when they'rehappening in our life, and you
will feel spoken to by life.
Numbers, animals, songs, everything will start to be
speaking to you, which is thereality actually of how the
(30:51):
universe does work.
But when we don't have the eyesto see and the ears to hear, we
don't notice it.
Everything becomes a mechanismof message delivery for you, a
mechanism of message deliveryfor you, and you realize that
your inner field and the outerfield are one field.
The illusion of separationvanishes and the universe stops
(31:13):
being random and it becomes amirror and you start to realize
that you are a creator withinthis field and that you are so
much more as a being of lightthan just your body.
The fifth thing is that you willreach deep emotional stability.
You'll still feel emotions, emotional waves will still arise
.
You're not numb.
I mean, for instance, you knowI'm in.
(31:36):
I'm still in grief.
I'll be in grief, I don't know, probably for the rest of my
life and not having the physicalpresence of my son here.
But these waves move throughand they don't hook you.
You just allow what to arise, what wants to arise, to arise
and move through you as anenergetic wave, rather than it
(31:58):
defining who you are, and youdon't tell yourself stories
about them and you feel thisunderlying equanimity and I love
the word equanimity which islike this and space.
It's this peaceful space ofbeing, like this unshakable
ground that you're standing on,that's beneath all the feelings,
like you're in the eye of ahurricane all the time not all
(32:21):
the time, but when it arises youknow what I mean and joy
becomes less about excitementand it's more of a state of
peace, wonder, reverentgratitude, where you just have
this constant happy hum runningyou inside of your heart.
So you feel everything, butyou're not enslaved by it,
you're not trapped by yourfeelings and emotions anymore.
(32:42):
The sixth thing is that youexperience compassion without
compromise, meaning you lovedeeper than ever, you have more
empathy, you have more care, butyou don't sacrifice your soul
to quote unquote save anyone, and you don't sacrifice your
well-being on the altar of otherpeople's approval anymore.
(33:05):
You know we were talking aboutthis.
I was talking about this withmy girlfriend that you know if
her daughter feels uncomfortablearound a particular friend, and
so she told the particularfriend that she cannot be there
when her daughter's around.
So she's honoring herdaughter's emotions, where most
people would teach their childto sacrifice how they feel, to
(33:26):
honor this other person'sfeelings, so they don't look bad
or make this other person feelbad.
So we don't do that anymore.
We honor what really trulymatters to us and to the people
that we love, and theseboundaries that everybody talks
about.
Boundaries arise naturally.
We don't have to have walls, wedon't have to have anger, but
(33:47):
they're just expressions of ourown self-honor and our
boundaries are for ourself.
We are the ones who don't crossthem, and if we don't cross our
boundaries then other peoplecertainly can't either.
And you see the divinity andeven the darkest parts of
yourself and in others.
You know that underneath all ofthe ego's BS which you know I
(34:08):
have said a million times isyour belief systems, that
underneath all of that BSthere's light, the same light,
the same soul, the same divineenergy in the one.
That is the all.
So you see that.
And the seventh thing isenhanced healing capacities.
Your body begins to heal fasterbecause you are in coherence
(34:33):
with wellness, with healing, with wholeness and your old
traumas that used to use or onceneeded years of therapy or that
were always there.
I have to work through mytraumas.
You can now just release themby seeing them through breath,
through sound, throughwitnessing, through crying,
(34:55):
through experiencing the griefof them and letting them go, and
you become a healing field forothers.
The more whole you become, themore coherent of a field you
become, the more you vibrate outthat coher field for others.
The more whole you become, themore coherent of a field you
become, the more you vibrate outthat coherence to others.
And the eighth thing is accessto higher knowing.
You just know we start to getaccess to our clairs, our
extrasensory superpowers, thatmost of us have these abilities.
(35:17):
We start to get fasterdownloads.
Visions, ideas, theseunderstandings, wisdom just pour
into our awareness without ushaving to do anything, and
creativity becomes directrevelation.
Creativity is a path, it's aportal, and there are things
that AI can't replace, and humancreativity is one of them,
(35:44):
which is why it's so importantto step into those spaces where
you can be in creativity inwhatever form that looks like
for you and for me, of course,it's sound making, music,
drumming, intuitive voice,painting, dancing.
There are so many ways to stepinto this feeling of creative
(36:09):
flow.
And I've often said that flow, stepping into the flow state, is
the closest we actually get toGod in the human body, because
we are no longer thinking, weare no longer in time, and it
becomes like something is movingus.
And how many musicians, howmany writers, how many chefs,
(36:31):
how many painters have said Ididn't do it, something moved
through me and did it.
And that's what I'm talkingabout.
We move into these much higherstates of being.
So this is what's so beautifulabout following the calling of a
spiritual awakening.
Is that?
Yes, it's painful, yes, it'shard.
Yes, it dismantles your life.
Yes, you have to descend andascend.
(36:53):
Yes, it happens inside of yourbody.
Yes, it's a destructive process, but on the other side of it.
But on the other side of it, ifwe have the courage to go
through the valley of the shadowof death, we come out on the
mountain of light, joy, peacethat surpasses understanding,
(37:16):
knowing and living.
A soul, aligned life, where ourlife is our prayer.
Our breath becomes conscious, realizing that our breath is
life and we create in this world, as it says, in the way of
mastery, the good, the holy andthe beautiful because you are
(37:37):
creating as a force of love, andthe quality of the divine
nature of the universe is love,it's creation.
So I love talking about theseprocesses that I've mapped out
here, as I've spent a lot oftime writing this down and
journaling it, and it's just sobeautiful so you can ask
yourself you know as you'reascending and as you're working
(38:00):
and you're going through thesethings, where you are in this
process and to love where youare in the process.
That's what's so beautiful towork with women who are
answering this initiation, answering this calling, walking
(38:24):
this walk and sharing thesetalks, pointing the way, being a
way shower.
So until next week, beloveds, Iinvite you to join me online at
vibologycom for a soul sessionor a sound bath or, of course,

very powerful way.
