Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey friends, josh
here popping in with another
bonus episode here with thepodcast.
I wanted to take just a littlebit of time to share with you a
little more about Brock, whichis the latest big addition to
Web Designer Pro.
This is our AI assistant thatwill literally help you find
anything in Pro and also giveyou coaching based off of Pro
(00:21):
source material.
Now, if you're listening tothis, right when the episode
drops, I just posted a pre-rollwhich just gives a teaser of
Brock, so I'll spare sharingthat exact same thing again.
But, in short, circle recentlycame out with AI agents and we
got a beta version played aroundwith it for a couple of weeks
before I released it early tothe community.
(00:41):
I think it's.
I don't know if it's out ofbeta right now or if it's close
to, but it's freaking awesome.
Basically, what you have accessto is in your DMS as a
community or coaching to yourmember.
Inside of pro is there's alittle tab now that says agents.
So for members, if you haven'tchecked it out, you can do it
right now.
There's a tab for agents andyou'll see Brock there and it is
(01:06):
pulling again.
It's trained and pulled fromonly pro, so it's really cool.
It's not taking informationfrom other sites or Google or
other large language models,it's just pro source material.
It'll help you find lessons.
It'll help you find templates, sops, uh, anything you're
looking for that you're likewhere is that?
It'll help you find posts.
It'll help you find members.
It'll help you find templates, sops, anything you're looking
for that you're like where isthat?
It'll help you find posts.
It'll help you find members.
(01:27):
It'll help you find all sortsof stuff and it'll give you
coaching because you can ask it.
It's kind of like a pseudo AIJosh coach, because it's pulling
from everything that we have inpro and a lot of like you can
ask it.
You know, give me advice.
And from like like Josh Hall, and it'll give you advice.
It'll pull from my posts and itwill pull from newsletters and
(01:48):
courses.
So it's really, really cool andI want to just share a couple
of things about it.
So, first off, brock is namedbroccoli.
My daughter, annie, named it.
I uh, recently I was like allright, sweetie.
I was like I'm going to, I wantyou to name our AI assistant in
web designer pro.
I was like what would you liketo call it?
(02:08):
And she was like broccoli andit was adorable and I was like
all right.
At first I was like, okay,we're not going to call it
broccoli, but then I was like, well, we could shorten it to
Brock.
Sounds kind of cool.
I know Twitter X has grok so Ididn't want to get too close to
that, but I was like Brock'spretty cool and it was such a
sweet sentiment that I was like, okay, let's do it, we'll call
(02:36):
it Brock.
So Brock, our AI bot again, it'san AI agent that lives inside
of direct messaging in pro andthe cool thing about it I think
for you as a member and ifyou're not a member yet, this is
a perfect time to jump in,because there is like zero
hindrance or friction now to getwhat you want from pro.
I mean there's no other way tosay it Like we've.
(02:56):
We've got some learningpathways and success pathways
I've built over the years in proto help you find tips on like
pricing or tips on gettingclients, even pathways through
the courses that are best foryou.
I have inside a pro in thecourses section there's what's
called web designer pro HQ,which is like a curated list of
(03:17):
all of my SOPs that arecategorized, all of our
templates and sales scripts andeverything.
But I'm you know there's alittle bit of digging around in
that and what I found is a lotof members because there's so
many not only resources butposts and pro that people are
like like I get them.
All the time Members willmessage me and be like, hey,
there was somebody who postedabout this and I'm trying to
(03:39):
think like, did I miss that orwhat was it?
This one?
Now Brock can help you findstuff instantly, instantaneously
, and it's freaking awesome.
So, again, you can find lessons, you can find posts In Circle.
There's a bookmark feature, soyou can, of course, bookmark
things, but, as we all know, with bookmarks, then the next
problem is managing 300bookmarks.
(04:01):
But Brock can help you findanything and everything in Pro,
whether it's a post, whetherit's a resource, whether it's a
resource, whether it's a lesson,whether it's a newsletter,
anything and again, sourcematerial.
So just pro.
And the other way, as Imentioned, I would really
consider you, think about usingit is as your AI coach.
Now I have the coaching tier inweb designer pro to get direct,
(04:23):
personalized coaching and DMaccess to me.
Now I am going to give everyonea heads up on that.
That is going to be moving to await list, probably in April,
just because I am very close tocapacity at that.
As of right now, I've got itcapped and we only have, uh
today, five spots are open.
So I'm going to get to thepoint where that's going to be
(04:44):
wait lists and I'll probablyopen and close it.
I'll open it up likely everymonth or every couple months
when people either leave pro ordowngrade.
But Brock is there to help youas kind of like a pseudo AI
coach in pro.
So I'm really excited to helpyou get some coaching based off
of my stuff If you're not on thecoaching tier, either if it's
(05:05):
full or if you can't afford itquite yet.
So I did a test and I just wantto show you how good Brock is.
It's freaking sweet.
So I just asked it uh, what aresome ways I can get to eight K
per month in recurring revenue?
And, of course, the moredetailed you get with prompts as
we all know with any AI modelthe better.
Uh, brock said to achieve andI'm not going to read this every
(05:26):
word, but it gave me somereally good responses on this in
particular To achieve 8K permonth in recurring revenue.
Here are some strategies you canconsider.
Number one offer a websitemaintenance plan.
And then it said launchingmaintenance plans to provide
ongoing support and updates forclients Could include hosting,
plugin updates, security checks.
Many web designers have foundsuccess by bundling hosting and
maintenance together.
(05:46):
Very true, good call, brock.
Provide ongoing SEO services.
Offer monthly SEO services tohelp clients improve their
rankings Could be a valuablerecurring services.
Seo as an ongoing process, yep.
Number three the subscriptionweb design model.
Consider offering web designservices on a subscription basis
where clients pay monthly feefor continuous updates and
(06:07):
improvements.
Number four digital marketingservices.
Provide ongoing digitalmarketing services, such as
social media, and these are allsourced and linked to, by the
way.
Number five education or atraining membership for your
clients.
And then there's more to this, but I'm just giving the overview
.
And then, number six strategyand consulting.
Offer monthly or quarterlystrategy sessions to help
clients with their businessgrowth and digital strategies.
(06:29):
This can be a high valueservice for clients who are
willing to pay regularly.
And then I said for moredetailed guidance, you might
want to explore the lesson onrecurring revenue which it
linked to and a newsletter thatI have in pro.
That's about building recurringand repeat revenue.
It's part of a series that Idid, as in my newsletter, that's
(06:50):
archived on pro.
These resources providein-depth strategies and examples
on how to build stablerecurring revenue streams and if
you need any more assistance, feel free to ask and it'll give
you the sources on where thiswas pulled from.
Now I could ask um, now I couldask show me member posts or show
(07:12):
me posts from members I'm goingto do this live Show me posts
no-transcript From members whoare building recurring revenue.
So this takes a differentapproach depending on how you
again prompt it.
That took a lesson of mine in abusiness course.
It took it from my newsletterand it took it from my grow
(07:34):
pathway, which is a pathway tohelp you get to six figures.
Okay, here are a couple postsfrom community members who are
building recurring revenuerecurring revenue milestone.
So we had a member who sharedtheir little milestone on how
they built recurring revenue.
So that's linked.
And then 10K month progress.
Another member is working closetowards 10K a month right now
(07:59):
with over 6,000 from recurringrevenue and project completions,
and then they share exactly inthis post what they did to just
jump over the six K mark in MRRmonthly recurring revenue.
So you could ask for more, butit just goes to show you there's
a lot of different ways to useBrock.
This was kind of a mix ofcoaching and finding stuff, but
(08:20):
it works and it's freakingawesome.
And yeah, there's a video thatgoes into a little more of you
want to check it out?
I'll make sure that's linkedbelow in this bonus episode, but
I would give it a go.
I would highly recommend, as amember of pro, that you start to
utilize Brock.
It is available on thecommunity and coaching tiers
right now.
If you are a member on thecourses tier, which just gives
(08:42):
you access to the courses, allyou have to do is upgrade to the
community tier and then notonly will you have access to
everything else in pro as far asthe community, all of our posts
, everything and you'll get DM.
Your DMs will open up.
You'll get access to Brockimmediately in your DM.
So that's all you have to do.
And if you're not a member ofpro, I hope this is just one
(09:08):
more reason that you may want tocheck it out.
Again.
We have three tiers availablenow.
Um, brock is available on thecommunity and coaching tiers.
Uh, but if you just want to getgoing on courses just to learn
some stuff and get your businessgoing or solidify some of your
systems, to be able to get themost out of your time in pro,
then you're welcome to startwith courses.
My plan is to eventually comeout with a Brock light You're
(09:28):
kind of cool.
Uh, just for the courses tier, which it has to be trained
differently.
It would only be trained on thecourses because, as we just saw
with this, this is pulling fromall the resources in pro.
It's pulling from premiumresources and different levels
that the courses tier I mean thethe courses tier in pro is just
strictly access to my courses.
(09:50):
But, as you're seeing here, there's a lot more in pro that
it'll give you access to.
We have additional trainings, guest expert trainings.
I've done trainings in there.
We've got posts, we've gotchallenges.
We've got all sorts ofadditional stuff here,
newsletters and everything elseoutside of just the courses,
which is what this is pulledfrom.
So I do plan on doing a BrockLite eventually, but I don't
(10:12):
know the timetable on that.
I'll have to train an agent andright now, under the courses
tier, members at that leveldon't have a DM that's open,
because DM is going to be openup to all members of pro, which
is why that is currently acommunity only feature.
So, uh, jump on in.
You can go to web designerprocom.
I'll have this link below andyou can start using Brock today.
(10:35):
Just give it a go and see howmuch you'll learn and see how
fast you'll be able to make someseriously quick progress here
inside of pros.
I'm just absolutely pumped foryou, um, as a member of pro
those of you who are members, and if you're not yet a member,
web designer procom jump on inand give Brock a go, and I would
love to hear from you.
You can, when you do, jump in,check Brock out and then, well,
(10:56):
I'm going to follow up with youas a member.
Uh, I'll send you a welcomevideo and then we can touch base
and talk some shop and growyour web design business here
this year.
Sound good, All right, guys, Iwill see you in pro and enjoy
Brock.
The WDP bot.
