It sucks. Truly it does. But sometimes it needs to happen. Break-ups are hard! They aren't fun to go through either. So I am here today to talk about break-ups and how to handle them, how to lead into them, what to do after them, and how to grow. People pleasing is a trait and a gift. There are some times though where it might get to chaotic or unhinged. So to help out i talk about the ins and outs of people pleasing and what you can do to notice it, monitor it, and create your line to not cross while being able to control your people pleasing superpower. We have all wanted someone so badly that you just start going for them head first. That smell of desperation that starts to come off of you, well, it's not attractive. Change that! Attract others that you want to attract and more people will notice too. So if you want to learn a little more about the in's and out's of chasing and attracting, then put those ear buds in and enjoy!
"No!" Is not the worst thing you will hear. Let's talk about rejection because it happens. I go into some pointers on what to try and do if you get rejected. By knowing this information, you can get rejected as many times as possible! You probably don't want to but at least you wont feel sad.
