Dr. Sam Shay, DC, IFMCP, is a functional medicine expert who solves complex health puzzles by helping people exit survival mode and reclaim their energy, brain health, and resilience through personalized, data-driven genetics and functional lab testing.

After struggling with severe fatigue, anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, and digestive issues from ages 6 to 18, Dr. Sam took control of his health as a teenager and has spent over 25 years studying nutrition, mind-body medicine, and functional testing. He holds three bachelor's degrees, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, a postgraduate diploma in Acupuncture, and is certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine.
