What is the story we are weaving and what is the thread we are using to navigate? Are we able to say, I will get through this, and I will find myself on the other side? What are our challenges in life and how are they hitting us deep in our soul?
How do we survive the stories and crumbling hits through this lifetime? What are the tools we used in the past that are not working so well in 2025? Are the younger generations coming in without all the old baggage and experiences of hardship from generations past? What will they learn and teach their children about the world?
What are the values, beliefs, and morals of each generation that have shaped society as a collective through wars, famine, pandemics, and disasters? Perhaps the outcomes of all life challenges are different with each decade of life.
While we feel taken to our knees with hardships and pain, grief and suffering have their own time and place in healing. The process of healing a body, heart, and mind has a very distinct path that you cannot jump ahead to avoid or put to the side for another day.
Honor yourself and the process you are in at the moment of time. Ask for help and guidance if you need to have a gentle hand to walk with you.
