My guest, Kari, kept a secret for 35 years and when her daughter found out, she tried to end her life. Kari grew up with no self esteem and was in an abusive relationship when she found out she was pregnant. So began her journey of shame and suppression of the secret. Once the secret was out, Kari began her journey to learn to love herself and forgive herself for what happened in her past. Kari is a fitness coach and Author of the book called, Cut the Anchor.
