Guardian is a passionate, forward-thinking preservation service organization specializing in timely conveyance and REO sales for the forward and reverse mortgage industry. With Jerry’s extensive background in finance and real estate, and his vision and passion for the industry, he and Guardian are a perfect fit!
Jerry has a BS from Fordham University (Go Rams!) and began his career straight out of college at JP Morgan Chase. He then founded Asset Management Specialists, Inc., before moving into his current leadership role at Guardian. Jerry has over 37 years of experience in the default servicing industry and was gracious enough to share his predictions for the housing market, the economy… and March Madness!
