When a municipality commits to downtown revitalization, the pivotal place to start is with a visionary and well-informed plan. That’s where the City of Welland finds itself and that’s exactly what we’re doing. Consultants have been chosen, community engagement will soon commence, and a downtown-focussed improvement plan will take shape.
