This is part 2 of a 2 part series about the Westwood Mall Shooter. We left off in part 1 with Hawkin's suicide note. The police knew he was going to do something but they didn't know where. By the time they could intervene Hawkins had killed 8 people injured 9 others and then turned his gun on himself.
