What is the best workout? Do fat burners work? To eat or not to eat before exercise? Today I answer listener questions about exercise and movement. This is a topic that deserves several episodes but for the first go ‘round, I thought it would be best to see where people are at in their journey. I was joined by an amazing special guest host to help facilitate the questions and keep me on track. My daughter, Kylie joined in on the fun and she is the BEST! We talk about how exercise has become over complicated and can feel more stressful than helpful. The sincerity of these questions really puts into perspective that people just want to make good choices but the way in which the options are presented still feel too overwhelming. I truly believe that incorporating movement into our daily lives is essential and my hope is that in this episode you will find inspiration and creative ways to weave it in. Movement is so much more than aesthetics, it is better sleep, more energy, improved mood, focus and more! Whether you just want to find an alternative to the gym or want to optimize the time you spend in the gym, this episode is for you!
