Is EFT safe for Christians? Is it New Age or occultic?

I've been asked this question many times over the years and wanted to begin to answer a few of these concepts.

In this video, I share my personal journey of healing through EFT—from years of hidden fear and anxiety to a fun unexpected moment of freedom while snorkeling in Hawaii.

Yes, really—God met me in the ocean. 🐠

What once triggered panic attacks (yes, even at the Great Barrier Reef!) became a space of calm, peace, and joy.

And I didn’t even target that fear in my healing journey.

And that’s why I’m so passionate about Emotional Freedom Techniques—especially when grounded in Jesus, guided by the Holy Spirit, and rooted in how God designed our bodies to work.

But I also fully understand concerns with things we don't understand. I wanted to honor that and share a perspective.
