In this episode we will discuss getting hovered by toxic people, be it family members, or any abusive, toxic person, gaslighting and other toxic techniques, and how it is okay to go no contact, even with toxic family members in order to preserve your own mental well being, We will explore abusive relationships, reactive abuse, safely leaving abusive relationships, and coparenting with an abusive partner after you leave.
