Noche Miller: Understanding Horse Whorls

I grew up learning about horse's whorls (or whirls or swirls) and have always found them fascinating! One of the first things I always do when I meet a horse is to check out their whorls (and their ears and their profile and their eyes, their chin, etc.) Because of this fascination, I was pretty excited to chat with Noce Miller. Miller is the author of Understanding Horse Whorls. Miller says: "Looking at whorls is a time honored method of judging a horse’s temperament. Long held as superstition, there is science to back it up. Hair and brain are formed from the same fetal cell layer.
