What lies beyond the ego? It’s awareness and oneness, present moment and love. Ego is what allows us to experience life as a seemingly separation person. The identification to the ego is what causes problems and the attachments to things outside of ourselves. Needing validation is part of the ego. As we know ourselves, we grow ourselves. As we grow older we can either become more identified with our roles and jobs and money or less identified. Eddi finds herself softening into her life and into her authentic self. When we know better, we do better. When you are laughing, when you look into another’s eyes, when you are doing something you love, you are present and your mind is not wondering.
