You don’t need a coach to tell you what to do.
Does that sound weird coming from me?
It probably does, but here’s the thing: coaching shouldn’t be codependent. Your coach should be a partner who helps and supports you as you work towards your goals, not someone you rely on to tell you what to do. The beauty of doing this work to create the life you want is that you get to choose what that looks like, so don’t let someone else define it for you.
Do you know what has to happen for you to stop being dependent on your coach? You have to trust yourself. It’s scary, I know.
In this episode, I’m talking about how to be less dependent on your coach, and then I’m sharing 6 tips to help you start trusting yourself.
It’s time to stop depending on professionals to tell you what to do. Tune in to get started.
