Helen Ashton is the Vice President of Human Resources at Campbells Company of Canada.

Helen obtained a Bachelor's degree focused in Economics and Information Technology from York University and a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resources. In this episode, we discuss her career journey from the military to human resources and the current transition to the digital workplace due to the COVID-19 pandemic, where she shares incredible insights into how to lead a new workplace environment. We also discuss the importance of mental health and Helen shares some of her best practices for supporting your team during this challenging time in the world.
