Most women don’t realize how many harmful chemicals they’re exposed to daily—until it’s too late! In this eye-opening episode, I sit down with Tee Forton-Barnes, a fierce advocate for low-tox living, who exposes the hidden dangers lurking in everyday products.
From cleaning supplies to personal care items, harmful chemicals may be contributing to headaches, allergies, respiratory issues, and even more serious conditions like cancer. And here’s the shocking truth—your indoor air may be more polluted than the air outside.
Tee doesn’t just sound the alarm—she gives you the tools to take control. You’ll learn how to spot dangerous ingredients on labels, swap out toxic products for safer alternatives, and create a home that protects your health and the environment. These changes aren’t complicated, but they’re life-changing.
If you’re ready to safeguard your health and reclaim your space, this episode is your starting point. Don’t wait—small changes today can lead to a longer, healthier tomorrow.
