Stephanie Gailing is a life guide, astrologer, and author with more than 25 years of experience. Her unique approach weaves together compassion-based coaching, wellness strategies, dreamwork, and astrological insights to provide her clients with stellar life guidance.
Since the 2009 publication of her book Planetary Apothecary, Stephanie has become a pioneer in the field of wellness astrology. Her work further deepened in 2012 when she began exploring sleep sanctification and dreamwork, incorporating this transformative realm of self-care into her client and education work.
Her work has been featured in Well + Good, Refinery 29, Bustle, Seattle Times, and other outlets. Stephanie holds a Certificate in EcoPsychology (Pacifica University), Advanced Diploma in Coaching (New York University), and an MS in Nutrition (Bastyr University).
