Spring has sprung and what didyou say to me?
The work wonders podcast isspringing back into action yes,
we're back for season six.

yeah, we've got through a lot of content,
haven't't we?
A lot of legislation, andwhat's this, what's that and
what does that mean?
All those things to do withmanaging staff.
But we're changing things up abit this season, aren't we?

It's time to specialise, to dig deep and dive
into some of the more nittygritty things about managing
staff.

particular topic or theme, ifyou like.
And yeah, you're right, we'lluse that to delve deeper and

if you've listened to episodesin the previous five seasons.
We've touched on this multipletimes.
We have, but this time you'regoing to get a lot more detail.
