We talk about how healing isn’t a straight line, and how sometimes just accepting what comes up is the most powerful thing we can do.
This episode is a reminder that healing doesn’t mean forgetting, it means being kind to yourself when the pain returns. I also speak to why this work is so close to my heart, and why I continue to support others walking the same difficult road.
